The prices are too high per minute for the wash, and it is too difficult to add credits to an account. The equipment and how well it cleans is excellent though.

UPDATE: They pre approved 15 but only processed 3.00Unbelievable. 2.50 for 4min charged 15.00. I had seen prior post and thought must have single time issue. NOPE. Still happening. STAY AWAY.

Does anyone know who operates this place? Put in $3 and water won’t even spray out enough to get my car wet. I have a video. This place should close down!

Used the card option charged me 15.00 for 8 min and I used 3.00 in quarters to get car washed. Not a good wash

Somewhat confusing to use, but once you get going its great! doing it myself did a much better job than paying for an automated wash. I really liked the high pressure wash. I purchased a towel as well to help wipe down windows and inside of doors. will be coming back

I checked my bank statement after using cowboy carwash an they charged my card 15.00 for 4 minutes! Very outrageous! Do not use your debit cards

Swiped card, red light came on, nothing came out of the handle. Waited a minute, swiped card again, again received the red light and no water. Repeated this process a few more times, trying different swipe directions and such until finally a green light came one and the washer started working. Timed the wash on my phone stopwatch. 06:42. Six minutes forty-two seconds. Sign said $2.50 every 4 minutes. I should have been charged $5. Instead I was charged $15. No contact information online. Instead Ill file a complaint with the Wyoming Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. $15 is a MAJOR rip off. At least the soap worked I guess. Would give this place zero stars if that were possible.

Woo! Its been a while since my cars been this clean. This is one of the few washes Ive used that high pressure is really high pressure(do not place hand in front of sprayer head on high pressure).It got everything off and I didnt even need to scrub.

Has been my favorite car was in town until recently. I keep going back because I like their wax product but as of late their card readers dont work. Attempted 3 different cards on two different readers. None worked. Got frustrated and went to different carwash.

This place will charge you 15 on your card minimum. No way to get anything back. Fraud

Charged 15$ when i swiped my card and it was nowhere near a 24 minute car washHowever, later the charge was changed back to 2.50 and i got all my money except 2.50 back.

They automatically take $15 from card and later adjust. Convenient otherwise. Owner is Dooley Oil. Gets job done. No frills. Everything seems to work.

I tried getting a car wash, after I swiped my card a couple of times the light kept flashing red and the water wouldn’t come on. They didn’t have a problem charging my card $15 though, worse part is my car didn’t get clean. I called and left voicemails a couple of times and nothing...

Used my card today thinking it would charge by time as it normally would... $15 is overpriced. If I wanted to pay that amount I would go to an automatic car wash and have a machine do it for me. Not sure if the cost was posted anywhere but a heads up would have been nice.

It was a decent car wash. It was absolutely ridiculous price. I used my card. I swiped once and it let me go for about 20 minutes for $15. I still needed more time so I swiped again and it charged me another $15 and I only used it for about 3 minutes the second time around. Kind of a rip off.

Best carwash in town. Great high pressure and the wash options switch quickly. Short wait for the soap to run out of the gun to rinse.
