Our water heater went out on a Friday. We called Garys and they sent someone right over and had a new water heater installed before I even came home from work. Very professional and took great care of my family. Thank you.

We tried to use this business to get some AC installed. It took at least a week and two phone calls to get him to get to the house to give a quote (after not showing up the first time). After he left he said hed get us the quote the next day. A week passed and I called. Lady on the phone said he was busy and would call the following Monday. No call again. I called late that week to be told the same thing by the receptionist. Made all sorts of excuses saying it was another person or companys fault. The least they could do was a courtesy call or estimate when Ill actually get the numbers. I wont call them for anything again. Very unprofessional.

Garys is the place to go!!!!I used Garys plumbing today to fix my hot water heater. Joe is THE GUY. He did a great job. And theyre affordable! I really appreciated that he took the time to explain it all to me from what was wrong to the couple different ways he could fix it. He was quick, friendly and kind. Not to mention he was at my door within an hour to an hour and a half of me calling! I will never use another plumbing company, Garys just earned a new customer! Thank you ! !

Garys was hired by the buyer of my home for an inspection. When inspecting the sewer line, they did not contact me to find out how to access the sewer clean out, rather pulled the toilet without my knowledge or permission and did not replace correctly. They needed to clean out the sewer line, and had to come back for that service but charged almost twice what I was quoted by other local plumbing services. Additionally they recommended work to the heating system including replacing a part due to wear and tear that had been recently replaced (and is still well within its recommended lifespan). The total repair cost far exceeded what any other company in town would have charged for the same work.

Everytime I have needed plumbing, from frozen pipes to a hole in a pipe to a drain disconnecting and needing to put in a new sink, they have always been able to help me. I have called with what I considered emergencies, and have always been treated very well by Janna and everyone who has been into my house fixing things. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

On a Friday, we found out we had a broken valve that would not stop leaking unless we shut the water off to the house. Garys Plumbing squeezed us in that day and replaced the valve. Thank you Jason!

The plumbers were very professional. They were on time for their schedule appointment and had our hot water heater installed within 45-minutes. Jana at the office was amazing and she she provided my wife, mother-in-law and me outstanding customer service. Interesting enough they were able to get the job done where Home Depot was unable. They earned a job WELL DONE and a very BIG thumbs up!

Joe did an excellent job repairing the toilet and leaking tub in my new home. Very professional and explained in detail the work he was doing and the issues he found. Will be using these guys again.

After 5 weeks of calling trying to get an inspection done on our heating unit we finally got a call back. Scheduled over a week out to ensure we could get the time off work. Waited for over an hour after the scheduled time before we called to see what was going on, only to be told sorry we need to reschedule. It is a common professional courtesy to inform your customers you are running behind, there is no reason to no show to a job.

We had so much work to do, very happy with them. Their crew are my “rock stars”. Would not use anyone else! Thanks guys for all your hard work! Very professional!

Garys provides zero to terrible service... borderlines unethical and criminal. I run a large business and we called them for a quote to run simple checks on our gas fed appliances, part of annual maintenance. No quote came in, instead they showed up and started performing work while environmental director was scheduled out. Next thing we we know we receive notice from Garys that not 1, but 3 of our large commercial heaters have cracked heat exchangers, carbon monoxide was said to be flooding our community. quote to fix was 20K plus. Well, this would be not only a huge deal, but a statistical anomaly to have 3 crack at same time. I of course got a second opinion, they sent camera though heaters and found zero evidence of cracks and/or carbon monoxide. Garys proceeded by sending 3 guys into our building to confront me in my office while on phone with a customer. Using colorful words they threatened to call State and OSHA for our refusal to replace furnaces.... We had already notified both... but, Garys never did call them since they knew there really was no danger! They are a scam and predatory, taking advantage of peoples fear and ignorance. In the end they still sent us a bill for $4,500... we have refused to pay. DO NOT USE THEM

Had a pipe burst in my trailer when the temp was really cold out. The guy that they sent was amazing. Answered all my questions honestly and gave suggestions on what they could do for a remodel I have planned as well. Very friendly, on time and not a waste of my money.

We had a heater problem. Because parts had to be ordered, we had wait 2 days. That wasnt too bad, it wasnt too cold outside.Once the part came in, it didnt take long to install. But they had come back a 4th day, because they didnt do a little maintenance cleaning, so the heater could only do very short heating runs.After all of this was done, now the heater runs great and the bill was not too awful. I would recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future.

They did an inspection on a home I was buying in Laramie. They sent over someone who wasnt even a master plumber. He spent little time and his report on the house did not even include or mention the water damage to the house. My real estate agent said he would never use him again (1st time). Also he charges 5x what was expected for doing almost no work.Now Im having plumping problems less than 2 months into buying the house.

Had an emergency call late at night he came out did the job had a great attitude and he worked fast

First off I would like to say I dont leave very many bad reviews. I am understanding when it comes to running a business. I had them look at one of my rental properties in Laramie. (I Live in Denver) I told the lady I need you guys to look at the plumbing and tell me how bad it is. I made myself vary clear that no work was supposed to be done out side the minimum service call fee with out a quote first. The next thing I know I get a phone call from the plumber that was at the property and he says he has heaters running in the house. I asked how much is that going to cost me and who told you to do that. He said I was there for 3hrs. I said no work was supposed to be done with out a quote. He said he would get the heaters out of there tomorrow. I asked him how bad it was and he couldnt tell me he said Im not sure I didnt look that closely I just put the heater in house Then I get the invoice for $1,500 it says there was three people there and they logged 17.5 hours but nothing got fixed and the plumber never said anything about anyone else being there. They completely took advantage of me being out of town. My renter said there was only one guy there and that he was setting in his tuck for most of the time.

Great service. Excellent employees. I have been very happy with their service.

Called them to fix 2 leaks. One was near a spot they had fixed in the spring. The other was a leak above my water heater. The lady said someone would call me back. Several hours later I called again and she said i would have to pay cod and they couldnt come for 3 or 4 days. In the mean time my electric water heater shorted out and started a small fire. They cared more about making sure I knew I had to pay(which I have always when they have been here)than about my safety.

They dont honor warranty dont get work from them find someone else

I called an hour before close for a clogged sink. Someone was at my house the next morning at 8:30, and had it fixed in no time. On top of that, the secretary and the plumber were both incredibly nice.

Very frustrating experience just trying to get a quote. It took three phone calls and two weeks just to get the process started, and theyve been working on a quote for over a month now. I called another local company and got the same quote in 2 days. Will not use Garys in the future.
