I will not be using them for my taxes ever again. The person I usually use was busy and booked which is understandable. However, I was given another taxpayer to assist me with my return and needless to say the worst thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!! As I’m I don’t if the lady I’m asking questions especially about things that she didn’t bother to bring up that would be more beneficial. Two (2) weeks later I had to call them and find out that the lady entered my ENT WRONG ON ONE OF MY W2’s!!!! No one bothered to reach out to me or even email letting me know what was going on! So, my return had to be re done, was processed and I still don’t have it. I’ve called the 800 number and the office more than once and can’t seem to get a straight answer about anything. I called just now and I’m being told something way out the way and different than before. I’ve never had this issue before but the just lost me as a customer of theirs for good.
