Conner is an excellent employee and great with customer service. He was by himself at the store today. In spite of the pressure he was under with multiple customers and tasks, he made each customer feel special with quick, calm, friendly and effective actions and responses. His pool of cars was short today and he apologetically had to offer a smoker car with a crack in the windshield to me. I was glad to accept it because he was trying to help me out of a tight even though he had a short selection of cars. This is the kind of can-do service that many businesses need to emulate today.
The employees were very kind and professional, took care of an insurance snag caused by the insurance company and got me in a car quickly. Very good experience!

The Laplace La enterprise location has always been my go to for rental cars but I’ve noticed in the Past few years There is a huge turnover on employees. It’s not always the same smiling faces. The last time I rented it was for business purposes and was awarded a discount code because my car was not ready and I needed to get to my destination soon. I did pre book months in advance. When I arrived this past week it was ready on time but needed to be cleaned. There was only one worker who was as responsible for check in and out, cleaning and everything else. The lobby was full. That probably explains why there is a huge turnover. I had an issue with my rental car needing air in tire during my trip to Florida. I was advised to seek out the nearest Good year around my travel and they treated me like they didn’t want to deal with a enterprise rental car, I was highly upset as I needed to get on the road with kids before dark. The service manager did accommodate me after I said a few workday but that left a bad taste in my mouth. If good year doesn’t want to do business with enterprise than their ties and connections should be severed. It is not up to the customer to mend the relationship. I will say the lady whom checked me in did give me 1 day free due to my issues as she was the person I was in contact with when good year was being shady and I appreciate that. I still need to use my discount from the prior manager from my business travels so I’m not sure when I will get to use that.
My first car I rented recently was good, nice, & clean. On the way to return it I asked could I pay for another day and they stated that the car I was in was scheduled for a oil change which I was proud to hear. So when I got there they gave me another car which was fine also about a hour into it once I stopped the car it didn’t want to turn back on the car kept saying keys not detected. I stressed my concerns to the employee who was there at the time and he game never a refund of 11$ dollars back which I paid 75$ on a new rental for a extra day just feel that I wasn’t properly token care of in that situation.
The staff is extremely nice and courteous. However, the vehicle was extremely smokey. We drove it once and it pretty much sat the rest of the time. We tried to remove the smell but was unable to do.Would rent from this office again, but likely check car first. Wanted to ask for a credit, but I guess it is what it is.

The people were nice and answered all my questions that I had. They picked me up and dropped me back off once it was time to go get my vehicle. I recommend using them for your car needs.
2.5 stars is what I would like to give.The Enterprise Laplace, LA 70068 location personnel are friendly and work to quickly assist customers each time that I rent from this location. The office is clean and comfortable.Areas for improvement are associated with the rental vehicles.1. Each time I have rented from this location (~3 times in the last 2 years), the vehicle fuel level is low. It is much easier to return a full vehicle than it is to return a vehicle at 3 marks from empty. A customer should not have to immediately fuel a rental vehicle after having just left the rental location. This seem to be a practice at this location.2. Vehicles at this location are not cleaned well. Each time that Ive rented, the vehicle needed to additional vacuuming and windows needed to be cleaned on both the interior and exterior. This last rental needed to also be washed. Despite needing a good vacuuming when I returned it, the vehicle was in much better visual condition when returned than it was when rented. The location took $10 off of my rental fee to make up for having to clean the vehicle. This is really disrespectful.Though this location is a benefit for my town, renting from the MSY location results in a much better experience. It would be good to see some changes implemented at the Enterprise LaPlace, LA location.

The rental smelled like smoke. My family and myself had to travel 7 hours smelling smoke. Customer Service was awesome but the rental was horrible. There is a do not smoke rule so why was this rule violated causing the next renter discomfort.

Not very well got harassed the whole time on returning the vehicle with a credit card on file I found it to be very weird that I had to pay every week when I had a credit card on file I’ve rented from enterprise for years other rental car companies would charge the card for the full amount at the return date I kept this car for 35 days n was harassed on when I would return voice message says to come by so they can look at the car to make sure it’s okay by the way I have a 300,000 policy on all my cars!!!!!

The truck was nice, had to wait awhile for it to be cleaned, but the wait wasnt too long. Biggest problem is it smelled like marijuana masked with Lysol, gave me a headache so I spent 10 bucks buying air fresheners because it was the only truck they had.

I always use Enterprise for my rental needs, however this is my first time using this location. My car was totaled and I must say the staff at this location has been extremely helpful with helping me with my rental needs. I especially want to thank CJ hes very courteous and shows empathy to his customers which is a plus in my book. I would recommend this location to anyone .

I have rented twice, maybe three times a year from this location for the last few years. The last three times I’ve gone there to pick up a reserved car it’s been hell. First off, I reserved a car A WEEK IN ADVANCE for a vacation. But of course I show up and they make you wait forever. Then of course they don’t have the car that you requested and reserved. So they try to up-sell you into something higher end for more money or try to give you a smaller vehicle for the same price you would have paid for the vehicle you reserved. Then of course the cars are never clean. Always dirty. But they claim “they’re cleaning the vehicle and are pulling it around front”. Still dirty. Dusty and nasty on the inside. Smells like someone was smoking cigarettes.
Best experience renting a car ever, Im a Hertz Platinum member but now Im switching.

So let me get this straight.You need a credit card,not debit to get a car.People have credit cards because they dont have the money to pay.So Ive got money to Pay in my bank acct and cant use a debit card!!!!Im through with enterprise.Car rentals is one of the biggest RIP offs anyhow.

Even though I wasnt able to pick up at my original time the staff notified me 2 days before I would have an hour delay. I was even called morning of to let me know when my vehicle would be ready. Staff was friendly and professional.
I hit a wild boar on my way to work and needed to get a rental. My insurance company made the reservation and before I could get off the phone with them Enterprise was calling. Lloyd was my POC and he was truly amazing. He made sure I had everything I needed. I had a issue with the car and Enterprise made all the arrangements to get a replacement. I thank them for being so nice and courteous
I made reservations at my local enterprise rental car store. I called the day before for a ride, and they assured me a ride. I understand the store open for 7:30am, and I asked to be picked up for 7:30am because I knew if it was later I was going to be late for work and I was. I called at 7:45 to see if someone was coming and they said my ride was on the way. But i feel I should have received a call just to let me know that someone was coming. The rental was a dirty (meaning it was not washed that morning), the gas meter was on 1/4 of a tank so that mean I had to put gas in it immediately after I got it. I would like to rent there again because it’s local and convenient but not sure if that will happen.
My rental experience at Enterprise could not be more delightful. The professional staff headed by the manager, Bryant and attendant Tanisha, could not have been more accommodating. The staff at the branch made me feel as though my needs were top priority. Adding days to my rental was a breeze and a phone call away. When I returned my vehicle the lobby was busy but the staff made everyone feel relaxed and attended to all customers in a friendly and expedient manner.
Renting a car from Enterprise in LaPlace was very easy. Reserved it online, walked in to the Enterprise and was out in 15 minutes. It would have been easier if I would have had MY things together. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as renting it. Defiantly will use them again.
Their cars are fine but Enterprise keeps adding policies and fees -- its making their competition look more appealing.
Rude. Rude. Rude...The short chubby girl (Jessica) is very sloppy & highly unprofessional. She doesnt know how to speak to customers even on the phone she sounds like she doesnt want to be bothered. She doesnt hand customers their items or the keys in their hands. We will NOT be coming here again... We rather take a ride to the airport & get it cheaper @ Dollar Car Rental.
The Laplace La. Location does not have enough employees there!!!! When I call, lots of times the phone just rings, this happened while I was in the office one day, I felt like answering myself, if just kept ringing. The location should be changed to a BIGGER lot, too much in the same location. Right next to Walgreens drive up pharmacy, along with several other stores...PLEASE SERIOUSLY CONSIDER MY REMARKS. I m not thd only one who shares the same concerns...spoke to others when I come in. Not enough choices either, DUE TO LOCATION!!!! I feel more midsized vehicles should be offered. I feel strongly that the prices are VERY OVERPRICED for the smaller vehicles. Considering another company next time, for the time being, I m comparing. Why dont you offer discounts to AARP and AAA?

Highly recommend. Great customer service! Good rates. Only downside is the Google Maps directions to their location. Its at the end of a small strip mall behind Walgreens.
All went well from customer service side until checking out. Our bill was not correct as we were overcharged and I probably would not have noticed it but accountant wife protested. With some delays and discussions the bill was adjusted and the rep appologized.The check out was unusually long due to a ambitious rep checking over every ding on a number of vehicles offered to us.All was good but somewhat time consuming at the check out and check in.

Rented a Ford Focus----never againThe car bucked the entire ride, would not accelateate above 80 mph and the radio would not play unless the passenger seat belt was engaged, mind you, no one was sitting in the passenger seat.When I called enterprise to complain, the day after returning it, I was told these were all safety features from Ford, which I didnt believe. The car needed repairs!!!!I was refunded one of the two days of rental!!!!

The only problem I have with Enterprise I have been waiting on my Security deposit since Febuary 28th. Does it usually take this long.

The staff was great! My only complaint is that the vehicle that I rented had a strong smoke smell that Febreze could not even diminish.
