Service was super quick and the 2 ladies at the front deck….omg!! They are super cute and truly are car chicks. Big plus!! Even if it’s not for service on my vehicle I will definitely be back soon to hang out with those ladies!

I love the progress that store has made. The customer service is amazing, the store is clean, and the service has gotten 100x better than when the previous manager was there. I also over heard the ladies talking about ways to improve the store and how to incorporate awareness months and causes into their store, which i thought was AMAZING and speaks volumes about the type of people working in that store. Im recommending them to everyone i know from now on and look forward to getting ny vehicle serviced there again.

Man what can I say! This location always takes care of all my needs! I came there for a fresh set of tires & brakes..the offered the NTB credit card and it helps me finance all of my needs. The card is a simple way of boosting credit and helping you pay for tires or anything else I need

Bought four new tires, $900. Included is rotation for the life of the tires, $8 a tire. Installation took an extra hour and a half waiting for the tire sensors to be delivered. When I finally left I got less than a mile down the road and the tire pressure light came on. So the sensors weren’t installed correctly.10,000 miles later I went back for a rotation and to get the sensors fixed but was turned away because I have spacers on my wheels. I told them the spacers were on there when I bought the tires and they still installed the tires. They said their policy is they can’t service it with spacers. I called customer service and was told the same thing. She refused to help me in any way, then asked what else she could do for me so I said send me the $32 I paid for lifetime rotation and I’ll never deal with NTB again. She simply said “ok we’ll send you $32”.Pathetic company, terrible service, and horrible customer service.

Most of the 5 star ratings are false. Workers were told by Jennifer L to write fake reviews. Customers pay for alignments never done. Oil changes performed, with old filter still on. No changing of TPMS kits, but your paying for them. Thieves!! Trust me I worked there.Absolute rip off.

I was in need of air in my tire. I called and spoke with Carlos and I ask what time your store closes, he said 6PM at this time I looked at the clock and it was about 630PM. He asks what I needed and he says were closed but Ill wait for if you can get here in 10 minutes and he did just that, waited. That was a warm gesture of great customer service.

The staff at NTB Laplace was very helpful and efficient. They gave me all the options to purchase a new set of tires for my car. The manager Carlos was very helpful and kept me updated on the status of my tires. I recommend this shop to anyone.

I was hearing some squeaking so I went in to have my brake system diagnosed. NTB discovered the problem and scheduled an appointment to have repairs done.When I went in for my appointment I was told they didnt know if they could service me and they would let me know when their mechanic came in from a doctors appointment.I left there to have my car serviced elsewhere but also they never called!

Very bad service 5 hours to put tired on once it was on the rack. Techs had no clue how much air to put in my new tires. Had to ask manger who had to look it up on line. Its noted on the tires. Come on people. You would be better off going to Walmart tire center.

I was refused service because they were backed up!! It was 5:40 and all I needed was a new valve stem! Pure garbage can juice!!

I went into the store to price tires. I noticed a sign that if the representative doesn’t offer you the NTB credit card, you get $ 500.00 off. Well, store manager, if you look at the monitor, I wasn’t asked that question. Do I still get the $500.00 off? I need 4 tires for my truck.

Made appt for 11 didnt get out of there until almost 130 for 2 tires. The front desk tried her best to be helpful but clearly needs more training in customer service as she was having trouble focusing on the customer in front of her. I watched the entire time as the shop staff horse played and interacted with other friends pulling up instead of working on the vehicles. The guy jonathon just seemed to be on his lunch break which is understandable. Once his lunch was over he was right back to work so no problems there. I would expect more from a business with such high customer volume and perhaps focus more on getting the customers out in a timely manner. If I didnt absolutely have no choice but to get these tires today I would have took my business else where.

Went to get an oil change came in a bit early and Jennifer was super nice and got me in really quick my car was done before my appointment time. Would definitely recommend great staff friendly and fast!

We had a blowout on 55 on our way to a wedding in Mississippi on a Saturday afternoon. After getting towed to NTB the two Jens working saw we were in a jam and rearranged a full appointment scheduled to stop everything and put a new tire on our car in the parking lot. We missed the ceremony but made it for the reception and still got to celebrate with our family. Thank you so much.

Made an appointment for 8:30 a.m. and I got to the place for 8:15. I was told the guy wouldnt be here untill 10. The service people were nice but this is totally out of line. No way anyone should have to wait over an hour for the person just to show up. You get one chance and that was strike one. I went to another place that would take me as a walk in. If your gonna schedule people a certain time verify that with the mechanics first inconvenience is not a good business practice.

Super helpful and honest. Had hit a tire and stopped here because I thought I had a leak. Low tire pressure light. They checked all four tires, made sure I was good to go and sent me on my way!

I was a little disappointed that I had to research to buy what I felt was the best deal for me and the appropriate tires for my car. They did offer suggestions for tires they had in stock but I wasnt sold on those. In the end I liked the service provided. They personally picked up tires at other locations in order for me to get the B2G2 special before the special ended. They are always very nice and accomodating but if your picky like me then you need to know what you want walking in the door.

Just had an outstanding visit to this store. The whole crew was helpful, polite, and professional. They even changed the tv off of the View. And just by that alone- i wont be going any where else for my tire needs

It was my first time at national tire and brake. Kai offered amazing customer service when replacing my tires and front in alignment. it was no pressure sales and I felt as if I was getting the best deal possible when I walked out the door.

So far, so good. They have gotten me in and out about as quickly as could reasonably be expected, didnt break anything, dont charge anymore than everywhere else. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Will keep coming here until they give me reason not to.

I have been a loyal customer to NTB Laplace for over than 5 years, they always did honest clean business until last the last time, they were dishonest and they did a horrible job fixing my truck, initially i went there to change brakes, as always salesmen try sell you more stuff, i was convinced to to change the tires while my tires where still in good shape, long story short, we agreed on 1.3k after i left, I received a call that there is leaking which I know its not true but anyway the price went up to 2.7k,I got mad and i went there and after them explaining that the truck will be driving better than brand new when they finish i agreed to pay 2.7K, the day i picked up the truck, i was trying to leave my house and the steering wheels got stuck, Its the first time ever it happens and this is a safety issue!! I called and i mentioned the problem, then I left Louisiana for couple months when i return back, I schedule an appointment and I was discussed from their service, they just want to make money, the brakes which are few months old are making sounds as if there were never changed, they dont want to fix what ever they broke instead they claiming its an older model!!! I wish they mentioned that before they processed with the repair.Please dont go to NTB they will harm your vehicle and they wont take the honor to fix it, unless you pay more $$BTW I never left a negative review this is the first one!!

Made a mistake on the stars.i meant to give them zero. They succeeded in damaging four new wheels for me.my steering wheel is shaking and my hood vibrates.they failed to balance my tires.dont waste your time at NTB.drove to Gonzales to get wheels mounted and balanced at diferent shop.60 mph.was top speed on interstate. Faster than that truck shook and vibrated so bad I was concerned about my safety

We had a flat tire and were stranded in LaPlace. NTB was the only place besides Wal-Mart that was open. I spoke to Jennifer on the phone and we had the car towed to her. They were not able to patch it. We were stuck. Over 700 miles from home. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us locating a tire since no-one had our size and it was a Sunday. Because of her we found a tire and while we were still stuck until the tire came in, she made sure we were a priority when it did come in and made sure we were ready to go ASAP. She was amazing. I work in customer service and I know good service when I see it. Thank You.

Always have to wait for a oil change. I came at 7 when it open, nobody not coming til 1030am l. It’s always a 2 hours time for to get a oil change

Thanks to road construction, we found ourselves visiting NTB- National tire and & Battery. The men were very polite and accommodating. We picked out a matching tire to the other three which still existed. These men put the tire on our little silver Jetta TDI and they asked about our diesel milage. They said all the admiring words about 48 miles to the gallon highway and told us about their truck milage. We left feeling pretty good and on a new replacement tire.

Rip off city!!!...I know nothing about cars, but I new something was dishonest when NTB tried to charge me $1600 for a shaky steering wheel. I went down the street for a second opinion and got my car fixed for $180. #buyerbeware
