Waited 3 weeks for an estimate per Owner Dan Milliken. NO REPLY

The true bright spot is the estimator thay comes out. He is a certified arborist and takes time to explain. I would give 4 stars due to a few issues with the crew that comes out but last time they were out, no issue and they came back to check on something out of concern.Been using them back when the owners sister Dawn was coming out to estimate.

Ive used arbor tree service for 10 years. The arborist that comes out to give the quote is excellent and very well educated and the crew that comes out to do the trimming is very professional and cleaned up really well.

I had an emergency ice damaged tree removal needed and the Arbor Tree Service personal were very prompt, polite, professional and fast. They had a backlog of damaged trees (first come, first serve) to take care of, but they were aware of my concerns and did the job in great time. The bid was great and so was the job performed. This Birch tree had two very large trunks and one had split right up the side about 9 feet. It also had several large branches overhanging my new roof. They did such a thorough job that hardly anything touched my roof. I could easily tell because of the fresh snow that had fallen the night before they arrived. Only a few very small twigs had landed on my roof. They also removed the stump and took everything but some of the stump grindings that I will use as mulch. I am glad that I had them do the job. In the past I had the same tree trimmed by another company and they nailed my roof and gutter pretty good by dropping a branch on them. I have more tree work in back that needs to be done and I am for sure going to call Arbor Tree Service. They were GREAT.

Excellent service and work. Sugar maple was an absolute monster of a tree and the guys took it down in a snap. Crew that took down our tree was thoroughly respectful, friendly, cleaned up everything, and were super fast.Highly recommend arbor tree of lapeer and we are so very excited to have them come back in future to take out a few more vicious monster trees we have.We will always call this team!! We just had a fantastic experience with Arbor Tree Service. A crew of five arrived promptly for their appointment at 8am today and did a fantastic job with our project. The project entailed a complete demolition of mature trees, bushes and timbers. The team took special care of the neighbors property in addition to ours. All stumps were ground deep to avoid future mounds. Importantly, the team spent a good amount of time cleaning up the mess afterwards to ensure it was left in good condition. In summary, I would highly recommend Arbor Tree Service for your tree removal or demo projects.

Over all the experience was great. The his guys were friendly and efficient. The one tree I was worried about falling on my house they took down with ease reassuring me the whole time. I only have one complaint. They said they would move the wood for me but they booked out of here right after the check was written and now Im stuck rolling these 300lbs pieces of tree with my 14 yr old. Not fun.

So 8 in the morning and they’re here grinding a tree in front of my house while I’m trying to sleep wake up my 3 year old son because he is scared. 8:00am that’s ridiculous. I will make sure no one in my neighborhood ever uses your service again

Very unprofessional, they damaged my house and didnt tell me, when I called to ask all he said is that it was already like that, total lie, I would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for a quote to remove two large trees from my property 4 days prior to the scheduled appointment day and time. The evening before the scheduled day for them to come out (after I took the day off work) I get a call to cancel the appointment because of another job.I will not attempt to use Arbor Tree Service ever again and I would not recommend this unpredictable company. Schedules with them, regardless of how far in advance you schedule, are not reliable.

Asked not to trim the branches on a tree but they did it anyways. They ruined it. Hackers with chain saws
