Rented a portable trailer toilet for our wedding and it was a hit. Everything arrived clean and in working order, would rent again.

We were subbed to do a job where this particular company was contracted to provide a portable toilet. They did not clean when they said they would, a week late to be exact, when you have a crew of 6 guys you can only imagine. To top it off when they finally cleaned it there was no TP.

Above and beyond customer service! We had an emergency and they were quick to come out and help us. The driver was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and not only serviced the area but cleaned it very well! I would highly recommend Jays for your service needs.

We used the deluxe toilet units for a back yard wedding, they were very clean, came with hand towels and plenty of toilet paper. Our guest were super pleased.

Made an appointment (for tomorrow) a few weeks back. When I called today to inquire about a ballpark timeframe, not only could they not find the appointment, but couldn’t even find me in their system. Odd since they were out in 2017 (and I have the receipt to prove it). The receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful throughout and didn’t seem to put much effort into figuring out what happened. None of this sat well with me, so I took this experience as a sign to take my business elsewhere. Which I already have.

I have used Jay’s Septic twice. I had the come out the first time and do a normal tank emptying. They evaluated the system and made recommendations on upgrades with no pressure. They are hard working and not afraid to get waste on them. The best in the biz!!The second time, I was sitting in my bedroom and heard the toilet bubble and let me tell you, it was bad news, the tank froze up and would not allow anymore waste.So, I called Jay’s again and they came out right away and and took care of it. The same technician came out so there was no learn curve for him as he had been here before. so needles to say, he fixed the frozen line and emptied the tank and put all of the grass back where it belonged. I am very happy as I was able to have my morning glory!Thanks Jay’s and if I knew that tech’s name I would have put it in this post, a special thanks goes to him. You get more than what you pay for with Jay’s!!!!!FYI - My bill was $275 and they came out immediately, amazing!!!

I just had to write a review about a gentleman named Loren. I suggested to my elderly neighbors who needed their septic tank cleaned out to call Jays. A very nice and professional man named Loren showed up and was simply amazing. Loren found the tank with no problem, and parked his truck in the front of the house and ran a hose to the back as not to put ruts in the lawn even though it would have been much easier to park the truck in the back. Lorens demeanor was above par and was a extremely professional. He explained what he needed to do and was very efficient at the task. Loren is a true asset to Jays and I wouldnt hesitate to call Jays again because of the service we received. People like Loren are becoming increasingly rare in this day and age. Jays better give this man a raise because the customer is always right and the customer should be satisfied. Whatever youre paying Loren isnt enough! Pride and professionalism cant be bought or paid for, and Loren is doing it for free. Thank you Loren and Jays septic for an above and beyond job!

Ive always used Jays for tank cleanings but today I had a clog issue. Nick came out same day, listened to what I thought was the problem and was able to confirm and snake out the clog. Friendly, prompt, honest work. I will recommend Jays to anyone.

I have only good things to say about service from Jays. Barry came out on short notice to get me out of a mess-about-to-happen and soon after, Nick came out to correct a structural problem. Both were not only very knowledgeable and good workers, but were very pleasant to work with. I felt I was well cared for by office staff as well as these two gentlemen. Thank you, Jays!

Gordon was prompt and courteous. He showed up to the event location with the portable 12 restroom trailer and had it leveled & hooked up in short order. The trailer itself was in great condition. Our guests really appreciated having fully functioning restrooms complete with air conditioning. I would definitely use them again for our next big event.

Do not waste your time, I rented the 8 foot portable trailer early August. It arrived two days before it was scheduled (which was perfectly fine, and very thankful for) I was not there when it was dropped off but had someone else there. After inspecting the unit, the women’s side reeked of urine. The toilet itself was dirty. I had called the company spoke with Jennifer she said that the driver would come out and clean it. (Entirely not the drivers fault or issue) while waiting, I moved onto the men’s side. Let me tell you, it was horrific. There were what I’m assuming were dead fish flies on the ceiling, urine on the toilet seat and pubic hairs. Now here is the real kicker, there was urine on the base of the toilet and all over the ground. I had called Jennifer back because I was cleaning the until and once I hit urine city I was livid! She told me to stop cleaning because the driver would be doing it. So I had indeed stopped. But Moving to the urinal there was urine on the wall. Now the driver does come back, tells me that he will throw some chemicals in the toilets (he did not clean the unit). I mention the urine, he said they use yellow cleaning solutions. (It was urine) I had told Jennifer I was going to send her pictures of the unit so she could see what is going on, I did so and never heard back. I actually had not heard from anyone until I had called the day after it was picked up. I had spoken to Jennifer again, and had asked to speak to a manager. She said that she would reach out soon. It’s now the 18th of August and I called again, and spoke to Laurie or Laura. (She was kinda rude) but she said to make this situation right they refunded me 30 dollars for having to clean it. I asked if she looked at the photos and she said yeah, and mentioned about the footprints. Which I’m not mad about the footprints I’m mad that I spent 840 dollars to clean up pee, no apology but a whole 30 dollars and the come back of we use yellow cleaning solution. It’s a joke.

I had a hole field installed the crew was knowledgeable and courteous very out going to make sure the hole process was painless on me well mannered and completely professional I would highly recommend them to everybody. From management to delivery people it was a pleasant experience

Jays’s came out to pump mySeptic tank. The driver got out and walked the property to find the septic tank. He then proceeded to back up from the far side of the driveway (the other drive provides easier access to the tank). He hit my Overhead power line. It literally shook my house and ripped it out of my roof. After the tank was pumped the worker and the owner came to my door and said they that this was their fault and they would get everything taken care of. Hours later I have a power line hanging over my front yard and a hole in my roof. We ended up making other arrangements to have the wire taken care of. A roofer came out late that afternoon and threw some tar on my roof. Jays charged me the entire fee. I called and asked about some sort of partial refund. He said he would get back with me. I’ve never heard a word.

Jays came out a month ago and emptied my septic tank. Never inspected it like they did 2yrs ago. Then two weeks later it over flowed with septic water. I called and told them I thought the pipe from tank might be plugged. They asked to do a septic evaluation for$325. I said go ahead. They came out and said my field was bad. I did not believe that so I called all American Septic. They came out and found baffle in tank and the line 1 foot from tank was plugged. Cement had caved and crushed. They fixed it for a thousand dollars. Jays wanted to put new field in for $15,000. I have dealt with Jays for 20yrs. But I will never call them again because they are untrustworthy

Gordon did a great job setting up the portable lavatory for our son’s graduation party, it was very clean and fully stocked with paper and hand soap.

We used Jays to rent a bathroom trailer for our wedding. They had the best prices and were very easy to work with. Gordon came to deliver the trailer and was so friendly. For my outdoor wedding we rented an 8ft Porta Lisa Trailer. It was absolutely perfect! Gordon dropped it off the day before and was very kind as well as knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and made sure to put the trailer exactly where we wanted it. He also made sure everything was working properly! We rented the 15 foot Jag for our wedding and it was beautiful!!! So many guest complemented us on not having normal porta-potties. They were well worth the money! We had our tank drained for the first time this weekend and the tech discovered one side of tank was not accessible. He called a supervisor, who came out within 20 minutes, checked the tank and helped the tech complete the job. Very appreciative of the knowledge and good service we received from both the office personnel and the technicians. We will continue to use Jays in the future!

I called to ask if they were able to locate a septic tank. The lady that answered asked me if the plumbing was working, worded in different sentence, 5 times. I repeated myself stating yes the plumbing if working and that I just need the tank located. She then said she needed to put me on hold to review their schedule and hung up. Great customer service!

We at SkipperBuds Cass Lake Marina used the services of Jays Septic all summer during our Construction process for our Marina Guests. We used a Air conditioned Trailer and some traditional rental johns. They were very accommodating and affordable for our long term use. This company does an outstanding job of providing an air conditioned trailer to manage the 100s of folks seeking to refresh themselves (soap, running water and towels) not to mention maintaining this facility throughout the day. Some folks just werent raised to pick up after themselves. Jays folks make sure the facility remains clean and supplied throughout the day. Excellent company! Rented the 8 foot Porta Lisa trailer for our wedding 8/15/15. These bathrooms were AMAZING. They were clean, classy and just perfect for our guests. Jays also had great customer service. I think I called several times just to make sure I understood what the bathrooms would need to work properly. They provide 100 feet of electrical cord and water hose with each trailer. I just made sure there was a water supply nearby and an electrical source- SO EASY!

Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our event. Gordon, our delivery and contact person went above and beyond! Everything was timely and clean.

Called Jays last Thursday morning. The woman who answered was not rude or mean, just efficient. She explained the pricing and procedure. To get the low price, I was to uncover the tank and be ready for them to arrive.Appointment set for Monday morning 8-10. At 9:55 am, he is just backing into my driveway. A very polite man. After 2 minutes of conversation, he got right to work. He said my levels are good and didnt try to scare me into believing I need a $20,000 field replacement.It took about an hour to complete the job and the price was as quoted over the phone. I asked if they send reminder cards, he said they used to, but they have a new computer now and he is not sure if she is caught up yet.

Although I requested a month earlier to have the port-a-john picked up on the 30th. By the 2nd I knew something was wrong so called. Apparently no one recorded my request and it would have sat there indefinitely if I wouldn’t have checked on it. And now they are billing me a full month for non-use. I get that it’s not pro-rated. But they messed it up.Guess I should call them and have them bring it back. And decorate it for halloween.My builder said they did the same thing to him before ...guess we take our business elsewhere from here on out.

EXCELLENT service. Cant say enough about how professional and skilled they all are. Even their secretary is polite and knowledgeable. Their prices are not the cheapest but they are the best at what they do and worth the few bucks extra.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Contracted for a monthly porta-potty rental with weekly cleaning. Having a bathroom renovation done. Unit was dropped off on July 27 (its now Aug 9). Despite calling 3 times, we still havent had the unit cleaned. Even bathroom contractors have commented that the unit is ripe.

We have Jays portables on our job site and all they ever do is suck and fill. No attention has been taken to address the cleanliness of the walls and floor. Us tradesmen deserve better conditions... We are professionals and should be treated as such.

The scheduler was friendly and courteous, and she arranged for a technician to be there that same morning, as soon as the trucks warmed up.
