I called because of leak, which turned out to be coming from the skylight. Dillon, himself, came out to cover it so it wouldnt cause more damage. Put me on the schedule for repair, but it rained that day. Called and explained why there was going to be delay. His guys came out 3 days later, replaced skylight and did the other work that was part of the estimate. His guys were very courteous, went above and beyond what I expected...if I have any other issues, will definitely use them again

I called The Exterior Zone because I had water coming in from the roof. Dillon sent me a text telling me what time he would be at my house and he arrived right on time. He quickly discovered that I had a small hole in my roof, and I was glad to hear him say that he woud fix it that same day. Within an hour or so my leak was fixed. The price was very reasonable, and I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them and will call them again when needed. I started refinishing my deck. Then when I pulled back some outside baseboard I found a lot of water damage into the house and around a sliding door. Spoke with Dillon on the phone and sent him some pictures. He came out twice to make sure we were on the same page and how the repair would go. It went excellent and he even provided me a couple of different options. I would recommend The Exterior Zone to anyone.

Dillon came out, I explained that I was interested in having a few things done and wanted a cost breakout. He then said that he would have to charge me to provide an estimate like that. I told him I wanted to compare his quote to other contractors and he told there was no way I could compare. Im sorry, but Im more than capable of identifying differences in materials and magnitude of work to see which company will provide me the best value for my money. Every company I am quoting is highly rated, licensed, and insured. Dillon was rude, condescending, and never sent the quote he said he would. I will NEVER use any company he is a part of.

So when I needed a new roof last year, his estimate was one of three I pursued.
