On their webpage it said Saturdays they were open till 2pm. We get there and the sign on their door says not open in Saturdays. Were had to go to office depot instead. Office depot was really nice and helpful.

I went in with Amazon return via UPS and without a box to mail product back... aka I was unprepared. A lady who worked there took the time to explain step by step exactly how to correct my return on my phone. Then she printed the correct label and offered me a box. All in all it was quick friendly service that cost me literally a $1.00! Highly recommend 😊

I used to give this business 5+ stars. Unlike the workers at my local post office, they were always polite, friendly and efficient. I would make the extra 20 mile drive to drop off packages to avoid dealing with our local post office. However, last Tuesday, I made the drive and dropped off a guitar I sold on eBay. (I had printed the label at home and affixed it to the package.) Now, after 5 days and no record of a scan, they (along with the post office) tell me there’s nothing I can do. Pak Mail, like the post office is pointing fingers at the other guy (“yes, we’ve had problems with the carrier not scanning packages - yours is the fourth). Now, like the post office, they are nasty when I call and just want me off the line. My expensive guitar is not their concern and they don’t keep any documentation to prove it was actually picked up by our illustrious post office. So, here I sit. Package whereabouts unknown and a buyer in CA who will take his money back from PayPal because he is not getting the item I shipped via Pak Mail. Thanks for caring, folks. You only got 2 stars instead of zero because the boss actually called me back to tell me it’s not their fault and there’s nothing I can do.

Went in to try to ship an internet box back to the supplier. No one is at the counter, stand there for a minute, say Hello, hear a Hello back, but still no one came to the counter, after another minute someone comes up but doesnt say anything. So I tell them what I need done and was told that they couldnt do it. Said something like they couldnt ship UPS...??? Not helpful. Why is the a UPS sticker on the store if you dont ship UPS????

I just went in and had a package shipped. The price seemed high but I needed to ship it. I asked about it and was told it was a bigger package and was going all the way to Tucson. So I paid the $100 bill and left. I did ask for the dimensions before I did. Got home and entered all the info into UPS quote tool and found their price to be $50. So they charged me double. The package was all ready to go when I got there all they did was create the label. You lost a customer permanently

The girls personal call came first. ( her card was declined somewhere) I’m ok with that. Then someone else helped me and acted like she just didn’t want to help. Complained about how she was too busy to ship today then told me to go to UPS 2x. I said ok tomorrow is fine but she just wouldn’t have it. This was so frustrating. I just wanted to ship a package and she never even ended up giving me a rate. Again by telling me to go to usps or ups.

Friendly, upbeat, down to earth staff!!

I have used these guys many times before and felt I was getting great bargains until recently. We went on vacation to Alaska and shipped a fishing pole and a tote they charged us $679.00, yes I know that is crazy but I thought my husband is going on a fishing trip of a lifetime. When I told my husband he was not happy and we called it had already been sent out. To their defense they did supposedly call to reroute it however it all still went to Alaska and good thing my daughter told us because they were going to send it back. She picked it up from fed ex for us and we had our stuff. When we went to the post office to see what it would cost to send it back and to my surprise it was only $106.59 priority mail and $1,000 insurance. We asked if it were cheaper to ship to the states than from and they replied no. Why such a difference well all I can say is I wont make that mistake again. I will not be back, I will check the cheapest price myself then go that route. Very sad that I had to learn the hard way.

Absolutely outrageous prices. They tried to charge $75 for a medium 5 lb package and when I balked she said I could keep it then. Went to the post office and had it shipped for $18. Terrible business.

Great place! I am in this Pakmail location at least a couple times per week.They have taken care of me time and time again. Venera, Jen and the new guy Andrew are all very helpful each time Im in there. I also have a postal box here and that works great for receiving returns when I cant sign for them.

One stop shop, does UPS and USPS mailing all in one small location, very nice and personable employee too!

Despite the construction in front of the store, Venera and Jen continue to have a positive and helpful attitude. I would highly recommend these guys for any packaging or shipping job!
