I am very please with the work they did for us. They finished today April 21, 2021. Very professional knowledgeable they cleaned up every day before the left. Would use them again.

UPDATE: I had a few issues with my floor within the first month. Certain spots looked like it didn’t take the product they used, the wood they installed on the step cracked all the way across, and there was a spot where they sanded too much and left a low spot. We called several times and were told that they would call back to schedule a time to come by and take a look. We called back multiple times, only to be told the same thing. 9 months later, and they STILL have not so much as called us back. My initial good review is now a bad review. Pay a little extra and have someone more professional do your floors.ORIGINAL REVIEW:My floors look AMAZING, and I can’t stop staring at them! Over the years, we have had Cumberland Floors install wood flooring in two of our homes.We have been extremely happy with their quality workmanship and their business ethic from our first contact to the completion of the installations. We have a large family (and pets) and the flooring is still beautiful after years of enjoyment!We highly recommend this company and can give an honest recommendation to anyone interested in new hardwood flooring!

We replaced our old kitchen and dining room floors and carpet in our living room, hallway and master bedroom with hardwood from cumberland hardwood floors. They were professional, polite and accommodating every step of the way. The new floors were installed, sanded, stained and finished in no time at all and the custom color goes great with our cabinets. We will be replacing the carpet in the other two bedrooms in the future and we will definitely be working with them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new floors or refinish their current wood floors. Cumberland does excellent work!

These people are amazing. We remodeled our stairs and entire second floor. They are masters at what they do and I plan on using them again this summer.

My review is like some others I made a bad choice when I hired Cumberland after seeing their work I dont think they know how to do a good job. I to have the finish coming up thru the joints and peeling.The job was NEVER put in tight and now I to have to contact someone else to correct their BAD job.Dont make the mistake I did and hire KIDS to do a mans job
