Love this place, always go here to repair my phone when its messed up. A bit expensive if you dont have phone insurance, but their screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty and they also replaced my back camera for me when I went in to have my screen repaired since I didnt have the insurance and so it cost so much. Wonderful, fast service every time I go there.

My laptop broke in the middle of finals season a while back, and Best Buy said itd take a week or two to find the problem and fix. These guys had it done in a single afternoon. I literally refuse to go anywhere else now.

Nico gets the job done right everytime, from fixing my phone to answering all my silly questions on the phone. Great asset.

Good service, good work, took a little longer to get back than expected, had adhesives all over tablet itself but all together good experience.

I got an iPad fixed here about 3 weeks ago and I have droped it once on carpet and the whole screen is busted again, payed $160 and it went right down the drain

So happy I stopped here! My phone was smashed both front and back, had my life on it. These guys were able to make it good as new! Less than 24hrs turnaround.

I took my shattered to piece cell phone in to see about a new screen. I was expecting them to say no in the condition it was in. Instead he said give us an hour, They fixed my phone!!! I have used Cracked several times for various services from cracked screens to actual repairs. They are always professional, friendly, and have included a free glass screen protector with each service. Many times they will repair your phone while you wait. Excellent business!!

Got my laptop going again quickly & didnt even charge for the service. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dealt directly with the owner. He said it would be done in 2 hours. I said no problem Im going to be in the area tomorrow so I will pick it up. Fast forward to the next day I talked to the tech at the counter and he said I have no idea why its not done. He said a half hour for him to fix it. I came back 30 minutes later the phone was still not fixed the text said its going to take another 2 hours. So I gave them 3 hours. I came back and talked directly to the owner he not only did not line up anyone he used an excuse of a family matter which is poorer professionalism at the highest level. Over promising under delivering and not lining up the staff is poor management skills and a poor business that is run. Sadly on top of that I paid for a battery and he never replaced it. Avoid this place at all costs the owner is a joke.It does not matter what the owner says. There is no excuse for poor management.Sadly this will be reflected on his business as long as he is in it which I dont see its going to last that long.

Went in with a broken screen, a black dot and a purple line on my phone, came out with a perfectly new screen exactly like how it was before i dropped it. Great service, and fixed in half an hour!

I stopped in today because my phone was stuck on silent. Within 5 seconds it was fixed and back to normal. Then they refused to take any payment. Great people, I will be back.
