This is my favorite oil change experience of all time. Friendly and knowledgeable, and seem truly happy to be at work. This was already my car wash… I’m not sure why I never used the oil change side, but from now on this is my place. Loved taking my dog with me and being able to stay in the car with her… also - it may seem silly, but they have grates that they close and open so you are not driving over a big hole, which always freaks me out. I imagine driving in to it every time, so that definitely helped my anxiety over getting the oil changed!

I got a car wash from this place and payed the extra 3 dollars for it to be “better.” My car was still covered in mud afterwards. The part that gets me is he went around and wiped all my mirrors and windows and had to have saw there was mud all of the side mirrors and back of my car but did nothing about it. Very frustrating. If I could figure out how to post the pictures I would.

Very efficient, friendly, transparent service. All employees were very nice, went above and beyond, we got the mid-range oil change and they always check everything(i.e. ball joints, tie rods, grease fittings, ect) and top off all fluids, and show/tell you what they are doing & anything that needs attention. At the end they let me know that my suv looked to be in really good condition. My Engine light was on and they went above what is expected and ran a scan and let me know what it was saying, very much appreciated. Keep up the fast, knowledgeable, hometown friendly service. We will be back to this location when needed in the future, this was our first time and they made a repeat customer out of us!

The staff at the Valvoline Express Care are always friendly and considerate. They always do an excellent job and make sure I am all taken care of (oil life reset, advice for future service / maintenance etc.). I have gotten excellent service for a good price every time I have gone.Again, very friendly and considerate group working here.

The last time I was here will be the last time I visit.I pulled in with about 30 Minutes before close for an oil change. They charged me for the full service and didn’t check anything, they popped my hood and started the oil change without asking me what type I wanted, I know it says in the profile of my car, but they put conventional in my car. My car takes a synthetic blend.I was very upset that I paid full price for services I didn’t receive. They seemed rude and upset that I showed up so close to closing, they didn’t talk to me or ask if I needed anything else, just did the oil change and came to my window for payment. When I looked at the receipt that’s when I noticed they put only conventional in my car.I used to really like this place, but I will never be back, I’ll go back to paying about $10 for the same and better service at my dealership instead.I did go to the dealership for a new oil change ahead of the Mileage due, and found out they left a plug in, and the last few times I’ve been there I always have a slow leave of oil because they don’t put my oil filter in tight enough.I did try calling a few times but no one answered, so I wrote corporate and never received a word back.

I will not be going back they did not do what they said they were like they checked that they added windshield fluid and did not I had to buy from a gas station my engine light came on after there service and had to take it to Suburban Volvo PC pressure leak from something they did

Car wash is decent... products seem okay. Prices are way too high. You get roughly 25 seconds per 25 cents to wash your car. Its cheaper to drive five minutes down the road to the other one. This is my first time using this place abd by far the most expensive out of the 100s ive been too. Sell your store by volume and not so much gross.

Can you tell me how a $58.99 synthetic oil change with a $10.00 coupon can turn into a $70.64 bill. Sorry never again...Will go back to dealership! Cheaper and they even lube your doors.

Went in to get a oil change, they didn’t reset my oil change memory light, and they didn’t tighten up the oil filter on my vehicle, and when I drove home I felt the vehicle riding way rougher then it should. I get home and have to climb under there myself and tighten the filter, and add more oil in the engine. Then come to find out, the tires were aired up to 60 pounds of pressure! I looked at the tires maximum pressure and it is only rated for 51! So how could anyone overlook any of these steps? I will not be returning for any reason. Unacceptable in my book!

Very disappointed with the owner Troy Wolfe. I have brought my vehicles here for many years with no major issues at the car wash. Just this weekend I took a 1999 Jaguar XKS convertible through and asked as I have many times to be sure the manual antenna is down and they did not and it broke off.Not a huge deal, $20/25 repair. However they opted to not towel dry the vehicle as advertised and paid for because obviously that would be awkward.I stopped in to see about reimbursing for the repair and he points to the sign that says POWER ANTENNA.And Im like its an OEM non power antenna so definitely is not on the sign.Long story short the manager/owner would rather go to court than reimburse $20 for good faith and to be polite. So I guess I will be contacting Valvoline and Lapeer Court and we will enjoy our time together in court.

My wife has been a customer here for 8 plus years. Today she went for a car wash, an employee snapped her mirrror off and we were told too bad. So much for customer service.

Full synthetic change 75$, fine with that. 25$ for rotating my front tires to the back seemed like it should have been included.. Not to mention sluggish work and I drove away with an entire set of lugs not tightened up.. Lucky my tire didnt break off. Never again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
