I would not use this company specifically the agent located in Lapeer. they will tell you that you are covered and keep taking your payments but when you need them in a tragedy they will avoid your calls and blow you off. NEVER AGAIN

Excellent customer service! Pricing was better than other quotes I received. I have a commercial policy with this agency and Amy is very knowledgeable about the requirements needed for a business and is always willing to answer any questions I have. All requests I have made for changes or certificates have been addressed immediately and I have received the updated information usually within 30 min when possible. Amy is always friendly and never gives you the impression she is bothered by your requests or questions, which is rare in my experience.
