Had my Cadillac looked at here. Was never able to get the vehicle serviced since it was totalled but the staff was very polite and worked well with me and my insurance company to get everything taken care of. Pricing seems very fair as well.Would recommend since its a family business and follows up well.

We had to have our Jeep repaired due to hail damage. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The original estimate and check we had from our insurance company didnt include all the damage but they contacted our insurance company and worked with them, I didnt have to do any of it. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff goes above to make sure your satisfied.

Excellent work. Car looks brand new. If I had to complain about anything, it would be about the insurance adjuster, not Bessettes. They kept balking at the parts list, but Randy and everyone else at Bessettes ended up finding middle ground that made everyone happy... Most importantly, me.The staff are polite. The work is professional. Im a fan. If I ever need a body shop again (I hope not), I wouldnt hesitate to insist my car went here, even if I had to pay for the tow.

Dropping key off (after hours) was not only available but also, secure in an envelope! Very organized. And while I only had my windshield replaced, I felt the job was effecient, and priced decent! Great job!

Had a great experience with Bessette’s. Was side swiped, they repaired quickly, car looks good as new. My car kept vearing to the right after the repairs.. it was difficult to get figured out why, but they said they would take care of any problems, and they did, even though it took some time. I am happy with the job they did, being so nice and keeping me informed along the way.

Very friendly and professional. Any questions I had they took the time to explain and did not rush. The owner handled my claim and even gave me an envelope for my keys to drop in the drop box just in case I wanted to drop my car off after hours. My car was done when they said it would be. I am very pleased with the work and they even washed and vacuumed it! Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Some employees one in particular could use a little training on customer service and how to handle stress. I have dealt with him twice now and I have received the same attitude. If he was my employee he would have been let go on the spot! I spoke with the owner but felt that he would not improve on anything. Will never recommend!

Bessettes fixed my Jeep after it recieved some front end and door damage. My Jeep Cimmander looked beautiful when I picked it up. They even had it done early. Lapeer is lucky to have such a honest and talented body shop. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend them. Bessettes is best!

I have been taking my cars to Bessettes for 25 years.... I have had multiple car/deer accidents, as well as a few vehicle collisions, so they have seen me alot. We are always happy with the quality of the repair as well as how were treated. Weve found no reason to try any other body repair shop!
