Steve handled the auction ok, however when it comes to paying in a timely manner, find someone else. On at least five occasions, he has said the check is or would be in the mail, we still have not received anything. Our auction was on April 20th, 2019. It is now June 22nd, 2019 and were still waiting on our proceeds and documents from our fathers estate. I would suggest finding a better auctioneer, one that believes in turning over proceeds in a timely manner.
