Zero Stars really. Dropped tractor for service on a coolant leak. Eight days later we found nothing had been done to the truck, despite being told it was partially fixed! Supposedly they were waiting on a part from Kenworth for 5 days, then for whatever reasons, couldnt work on it that or the next day. I tried to pick it up on the 7th, but they assured me the night mechanic would have it together that night. The next morning when I showed up to get the truck, instead of a repaired truck, I received a reprimand for having trusted them to do what they said they would do! The owner/manager or whoever the morning person was, explained rather forcefully, that I would NEVER have been promised my truck would be finish at a certain time! I have no idea who he thought he was talking to, but apparently Star Truck doesnt need my business. That and Im pretty sure he thought my driver was the owner! Nope. Hey, I get it. People can have bad days! Kewl! I forgive that! But, that doesnt mean I forget or have the time to waste waiting endlessly for people to do what I hire them to do!

The people are nice but equipment not so good

This is a terrible place to rent a truck or trailer or CDL testing had a bad experience with the first two. My friend had trouble with there testing. Please be aware this is a shady company.

Bad place to rent a trailer, i did rent one .and request for better tires on it but manager told me they were ok .so they did not chage them, they replied if tires blow out we cover, when i hit the road for 3 months about 4 tires blew out, yes they called for service and replace tires but what happen next is the bad move from star truck ..once i ruturned the trailer they said me they charge me for the tires because it was my fault drive the trailer and hit the holes down the road ..ha ha what a trap they set me up .. So they did charge me $ 680 for the tires ..means they know what they are doing .they use old bad tires to rob customers that easy ..i highly recomend no to rent here or at least no to rent a trailer with junk tires ..or you will be buying new tires for star truck(trap)...here is an email sent to me by star truck after i found out they stole the money from the credit card.Star truck mail:Our tires are monitored closely and we do not have unsafe tires on our equipment.  All drivers experience damaged tires, sometimes there is no way around it as the highways are full of pot holes and debris.  You can’t miss them all.   This in no way reflects upon your driving ability.The tire vendor was very adamant that this tire was damaged.  When a tire fails they fail in specific manners which allows us to determine what type of failure occurred.I’m sorry, but we will not be crediting back your account.

Perfect trucks 10/10 would rent from anytime

The mechanics are a little slow fixing things but my tucks are mostly propane
