Very knowledgeable. They dont pressure you into buying things you dont need. When selecting chemicals I was asked what my water was like and what I was trying to do. She said you dont need this this or this. Honesty and good prices, what more could you ask for. This is my go to pool supply shop for my mothers and my pools going forward.

Made an appointment with this company to open our pool. The day of our appointment (that both my husband and I took off work for) they were a no call no show even after calling and speaking with Theresa several times that day inquiring when they were going to arrive. The next day my husband went into the shop and spoke to Theresa in person, she assured him that she herself would be at our house that evening to open our pool. Well needless to say another no call no show! Don’t lie to people and say you are going to do something and don’t. And to not even call with an explanation?! Horrible experience and would never recommend this business to anyone.

I had a nearly green pool thanks to the excessive heat and rain we got a month ago. They analyzed the water, showed me what I needed and it cleared right up. I have been going back and having the water tested every 7 or 8 days and it is staying clear. I would highly recommend this business.

This business never has any of the basic essentials for maintaining a pool. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

I called about a broken pump and they said they would get me in the next day when their truck arrived with a stock of pumps. I never heard back from them despite leaving multiple messages. Take my money! Geez. If you cant keep a promise, dont make it!

They are very professional. They are only back ordered due to the shipment problems from COVID19. THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT. They cant control national shilling issues so people need to be understanding.

My mother had her pool liner replaced at a cost of 3000 the the who installed it placed washers into the cracks to hold the liner in and then he forgot to cut a hole in the liner for one of the jets my mother mother was not aware of this at the time she turned the pump on cause he never said anything to her about that issue whatever it was like dont turn your pump on cause he had to get a new jet or anything like a professional would which when she turned the pump on the water that was supposed to go into the pool went inbetween the liner and wall which caused the liner to pull away from the wall the ground of the pool has dips and heal marks from him walking around the ground which makes the pool unsafe to walk around in for childern when she tried to let the pool company know the problems it took 5 days of calling and leaving messages with them she finally got to talk to the daughter of the owners and left her a message with her letting them know the problem she got a call back from the installer and he was rude and blamed my mother for his shady work and told her that she was on her own abd to deal with it herself well i got news for this company the better business Bureau has been contacted as well as the attorney general as well as a private attorney so i highly would stay away from this shady company there only trying to make a quick dollar and it doesnt matter if there work suck cause theyve gotten paid and its only to the next victim to scam and rip off and not stand by there work DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK

I needed my pool liner to be replaced, & had issues with my filter. I found the staff to be courteous, professional, helpful, & honest. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. My new liner looks great, & the filter now works properly. The work was done in a timely manner, & done well! I am very satisfied with Aquarius Pools by Theresa & the crew there! I would definitely recommend this company!

The girls that work there are very polite and smiley. Heather knows her pool knowledge and is very polite. The store looks nice and stocked. I love getting my water tested here and they know me by first name. I recommend them for services as well. Very family oriented business

Aquarius Pools did an amazing job replacing the liner in our 22 X 40 ft. in-ground pool. Very professional and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the best. Store staff was very friendly and helpful. Installer knew what he was doing and it looks awesome! Thank you, you are the best!

I scheduled a pool closing for Tuesday 9/17/19. Nobody showed or called. I called and they rescheduled for Wednesday. No call, no show. Nobody here on Thursday either. I scheduled with another company. Very disappointing.

Aquarius Pools by Theresa, LLC. Weve lived in Lansing since 2007 and had two in-ground pools and Aquarius Pools has always been there for us and always had the right advice, parts (sometimes even used) and could dispatch service for us. Theresa worked for Dave and was always a knowledgeable individual about pools and especially the chemistry. There have been some rough times at Aquarius since Theresa left and Dave sold the business. Imagine my surprise and relief when Theresa purchased the business this past July - great news! Shes building a database and hasnt missed a beat with regard to her knowledge! Were fans!

Well stocked and very personable staff. They do everything. Theresa is a doll. We found our new pool company!!!

This is the fourth time that this business has not been able to conduct a pool water sample. Dont waste your time and take your money elsewhere.

Great place Theresa wonder lady and business orner

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! They removed the liner from my father-in-laws pools in mid-May. Discovered that they ordered the wrong liner and would have to fabricate it to fit the pool. They rescheduled to come back at a later time to do the install and have been rescheduling ever since. The old liner is out and the pool is at risk of collapsing because it is a sand bottom. It is now July 1 and we still do not have a liner in the pool. The owner did offer to upgrade our pool from a sand bottom to a vermiculite bottom but weve still not been given an actual install date. They stopped by again today and got in a yelling match with my father-in-law and blamed him for the pool not getting done. Just before leaving without doing any work they said that they might be back tomorrow but it would have to be in the afternoon because they dont like to work in the morning. Our families Forth of July/Summer ruined because they cannot get their act together to get the new liner in. Very frustrated and disappointed with this company. Completely unorganized, rude, and lazy. When the workers were there they spent more time arguing with each other and taking breaks in the front yard then they did working. NEVER EVER, EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible customer service, I called to ask a few questions about my above ground pool and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and acted like no one had ever asked questions about a pool before. I was hoping to get my pool serviced by them but I will NEVER refer anyone to this company nor do any business with them ever!
