Generally get excellent cut for our dog. Not so much this time. May need to speak up next time we take her. Staff is great

There was a sale of smaller bag of cat litter when you bought two. There was only one of the shelf and the manager went to the back to see if they had more so I could get two to get the deal. They unfortunately only had one and offered to still give me the one bag at the sale price even though I was only getting one and the deal was when you purchased two. I unfortunately needed more litter than the 1 small bag would give me. The manager went above and beyond and discounted the price of the large bag to match the price of the two small bags. The pounds of litter were pretty much the same. It was incredibly nice of her and in my opinion great customer service.

We have 2 huskies and always take them to get groomed here. All of the staff is amazing! We usually use Makenzie as our bather and Amber H when they need grooming. They both are AMAZING with our dogs! Our girl (white one) has anxiety at the groomers and Amber is patient with her. Always has great deals on toys.

Sadly, our daughters hamster died after 16 days. The store policy is a 14 day return for a dead hamster, but they were nice enough to let her pick out another one anyway. She was thrilled! Thanks again PetSmart!!

Fish tanks were beautifully cleanThe store sermed short on staff do we had to wait. But just a few minutes. The associate was quite knowledgeable about the live fish

Small fish selection for a larger chain pet store. And then couldn’t find an employee to help us. We were probably there for 25-30 minutes before we were finally able to get some help.

Had everything I needed. And my beautiful puppy got to pick her own treats and toys!

I love it. I take all of my pets to Banfield inside, and buy their toys and food from Petsmart. Everyone is super helpful and seems to really care about pets. Parking is great, there are doggie waste stations outside and throughout the store. It makes caring for any pet a little more simple.

Some stock was missing. But the store was clean and neat. There were some items that I found that would be helpful to my dogs and me. I was able to get items that I needed, and was promptly assisted by the friendly and efficient cashier.

Ive been going there for years. It has the most helpful employees, very polite and respectful. They have great products. 💕. Love Pet Smart .😺

Grooming area was filthy all around dirty white hair everywhere including the waiting area where I was sitting with my dogs. Hair was blown out into the store it was so bad, horrible smell and overall hygiene. They had three groomers and two bathers on duty. KAYLA, a pet bather, was extremely disrespectful and argumentative my entire stay until I got my dogs nails trimmed by a groomer. She was sitting doing nothing didnt want to hand me a broom so I could clean up the area my dogs were sitting in. When a groomer was ready she tried questioning the groomer, are you sure are you sure, as if theres not enough time for my scheduled appointment I made to get my dogs nails trimmed. How unprofessional and catty, not to mention this Kayla girl was going around covering her mouth and whispering in her coworkers ears right in front of this customer, disgusting Petsmart! Is this highschool? Theres no salon manager at the time, which is clearly needed due to how these employees treat their customers they need guidance and authority because that was highly inappropriate. I would stay far away from Kayla the pet bather if I were you. Michelle the store manager I will be calling, due to her not being in

I love that they will come out and get my fur baby at the curb. They always call to check on him after and he never leaves in pain or traumatized. I trust the staff completely with him

The place is very pet friendly and human friendly too... Unfortunately, not the fault of the store, previous dogs urine smells at certain parts of the store, stimulated my dog to pee & mark the spot as well... So, we notified the staff and apologize, and also felt very embarrassed. But the staff are very friendly, and very good customer service. Thats reflective of sound management leadership.

Started shopping here about 3 months ago and loved it... more i shop the more I dislike it, disorganized and prices of things are rare because it never in the right spot. Online shopping deals dont show up when shopping in the store unless you show them their own website, can never get a staff members help unless u go check out never anyone on the floorAnd the store has been really dirty

I get my cat food here on a regular basis since I live close by. They have sales often which is nice. The litter prices are also decent in comparison to other stores. Georgia is the best at customer service and I always get super excited when she is working. One time I brought my little foster kitten and she played with him and showed him off to all of the other customers :) I like to visit the cats they have up for adoption when I’m there.

Took good care of my sons dogs. With the things they had to do to a scared 40 lb dog just to get him ready for trimming and such (upset stomach that needed cleaning up), they did so without a complaint. Both dogs looked much better when done. They earned their pay today.

Everything I needed was in stock, store was clean, hand sanitizer is readily available. The cashier was very friendly, other associates didnt acknowledge customers unless they were spoken to first.Will definitely be back.

Felicia in the grooming salon is absolutely amazing! She’s been my fur baby’s groomer his entire life. He only likes HER, and she treats him like her own pet. She’s a HUGE asset to the store. :-)

I was extremely happy to find a vet appointment on a Sunday. Unfortunately our kitty was very very sick. SymPlee did not come home physically with us. She will meet us at the gate, I am sure of it meowing forsnackers. 😸For us being new patients...we were treated with so much respect and compassion. I just cant thank you all enough for the care you took with our furbaby. SymPlee Cat is missed by all of us, and always will be.

I love how easy it is to fund what you need and how helpful employees are.

I was not extremely happy with their selection of clothing for dogs. Usually I am able to easily find something, but due to their unorganized stock and lack of there of.....I had to go somewhere else.

We highly recommend Breanna (Bre) in the grooming salon! You can tell that she really cares about the dogs she works with. She always remembers our dog Yves and his slightly high maintenance needs and has great communication with us before and after the appointment.

We love our dog groomer Makenzie, she does amazing work with our Huskies who are a bit crazy but she manages them so well! Highly recommended their dog grooming. Prices are also far for what weve seen.

We typically get our dog and cat food here. They normally have what we buy in stock.

Not good. We took our puppy to get a nail trimming and bath, but when he came back he was scared out of his mind. He was crying and whimpering. We had almost never seen him like this before. We thought he was just sad that we were gone, but upon further inspection we do not believe that is the case. He was still damp, his ears were still dirty, and his nails were not properly clipped. They still had pieces of his nail hanging off. Our groomer was Melaney, we would not recommend her.

They were out of the cat litter I normally buy but service was friendly as always.

I love the pet friendly attitude at a Petsmart store. I drove over an hour to get to this store, because it has the pharmacy attached. Lovely people.

Want a dose of anxiety? Make an appointment at this groomers. Made an appt for 12:30 and even checked in online to expedite the process of dropping off during Covid. They didn’t end up taking my pup until 1:10. Waiting area is full of hair as if they don’t sweep periodically during the day. They allow way too many people in the waiting area so it’s causes doggos to bark and get hyper. Terrible experience, this will be our last time here.

Super impressive store! All the staff and management at this location are awesome, they have always been very nice with top notch service. They clearly care about their customers and their pets. The in-house vet service is great also. I haven’t historically been impressed with this franchise at other locations but we swung in one day and this store holds itself to a much higher standard and has consistently gone above and beyond for my family. We are happy doing business here and will continue to do so!

I love this PetSmart store. It is always very clean. Everyone is always very polite and helpful. I always find what I need and I always get a great deal. I have used the buy online pickup in-store several times and this just makes a quick shopping trip when you need to be fast.

I have been getting my pet supplies here for 15 years and I will probably will for another 15. They have everything you need for your pet. The staff is always polite and helpful.

Dont shop here.The first time I came into this store, I saw what appeared to be a manager (short woman, with short brown hair) being incredibly rude to an employee. From what I could see, the employee seemed to be new and incredibly nervous, the woman was nothing but a bully, had she been wearing a name tag, I would have called corporate myself. I didnt say anything directly to her because I figured it would make the bullying worse- but my children felt uncomfortable with her actions (and overall rudeness). We should have left. We were in the store for a while, and the woman seemed to really have it out for the one employee, not only is this terrible to see in a difficult world, but also something that simply is unprofessional...Over the last few weeks, we have gone into this store about 3 times. I have a lot of animals, so I was glad there was a Pet Smart about 3 miles from my house. We have purchased several hundred dollars worth of supplies, including various animal foods, but also 2 geckos, crickets and fish.The geckos were not very old, we had them less than 2 weeks when it occurred that one needed an appetite stimulant. It was already exhibiting signs of metabolic bone disease and potentially a neurological condition as well. I scheduled an appointment with a vet, which unfortunately, the gecko didnt live long enough to see. I lost her 2 days ago, and I feel terrible about it. In June 2019 I purchased 2 geckos from another store, both were ill, but I did my best to nurse them to health (both of those lived only about a year). So, 3/4 geckos purchased from two separate Pet Smart locations were sick when I got them- and lived MUCH shorter lives than they should have. The 4th we purchased had a partially missing tail, my daughter picked it on purpose and the employee said dont know what happened to this one, but tail should grow back. Thankfully, that gecko, is earing well, growing, and it does have a new tail starting to develop.On top of losing the gecko, the fish I purchased must have had early stages of ick (I didnt see spots on them but the tanks at the store had quite a few dead fish and a very sick water frog) and that obviously spreads fast..... my previously healthy tank is very unhealthy now. Ive lost fish that Ive had years now, and they survived a move not too long ago.Seriously speaking, I am very disappointed in Pet Smart and I dont know that I will shop there or recommend it to anyone else. There are so many places to get supplies now, between Amazon, Chewy, Pet Co, Pet Supplies Plus, Soldans and Preuss......
