Left an email and the next day received a call back. He was able to come out that day and take care of two nest we had. Within two days the wasps were not hanging around. We are so happy to be able to hang out in our yard again. You wont be disappointed with his service.

Ive had Ben come out to my house for years, and everything about him & his service is amazing. If you have a bug / pest problem - stop looking for anyone else and contact them right away!For more information, read below:--------------------------------------I initially contacted Ben because I had a yellowjacket problem - where they decided to make a home above my porch. I went with Stewart Pest Solutions because I was desperate to get rid of them ASAP. I wasnt sure what bug place would be best, so I took a chance on them. Ben was very communicative about his availability and showed up right on time. He went straight to work carefully disassembling the paneling. While working he said he was taking a scorched earth approach to killing them to make absolutely sure they would all die. He said he could have used some basic chemicals to do the job, but he chose those chemicals to make absolutely sure they would all be gone. I mention this because it shows how much he cares about the job, and making sure it gets done right the first time. (There were little to no bees by the next day as they flew in/out)After he was finished we started walking around my property to see if there were any other problems. He actually found ANOTHER yellow jacket nest on the 2nd story and he was able to take care of that as well. (It was tucked away in a corner I wouldnt have thought to look, and apparently Im blind).While walking the property he talked about ways to help block bugs / critters from entering the house (such as trimming back trees), and you could tell he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job.He also mentioned that a lot of his customers have him come out once a quarter to spray around the house. I told him that I use the home defense stuff you get from the big box stores and he politely told me that the stuff works.....kind of.....but not really. From what hes told me that stuff only works for about a month, and doesnt do that great of a job. Ill be honest and say I was a little reluctant to have him spray around the house at first (wasnt planning on spending more money), but Im very glad he did - especially since my son had recently been bit by a spider. About a month later I was thinking to myself .....ya know what, I havent noticed anywhere NEAR as many spiders as before. As a matter of fact I havent seen many bugs at all (I work from home in a basement). It was then that I realized that the stuff was working as advertised. We used to have the usual amount of bugs that make their way into the house: spiders, ants, earwigs, etc. Now if we see a spider in the house its a rarity. Ack theres a spider how did that get in? instead of Oh boy another spider.So that leads us up to today. I have Ben come out once a quarter and spray around the house. While hes out we look over the property to see if theres any new bugs, or places to block critters from getting in. Bugs are pretty much a thing of the past, and its nice knowing my family is protected.So whether you have a pest problem, or just want bugs gone from your house, I HIGHLY recommend Stewart Pest Solutions. Ben is amazing! We moved into a house that was already roach infested unbeknownst to us. His prices are great, and he came within 24 hours to our house and instantly worked his Magic. After just a few treatments we saw them few and far between and could tell the ones we were seeing were poisoned and dying. We have used Stewart Pest Solutions for two issues this summer. First we had a raccoon that was getting into our building and then we had yellow jackets in our classrooms. Ben did a great job helping us find solutions that worked for our school as well as for our building. Even though we didnt ever catch the clever raccoon, Ben sent pictures of the traps everyday and helped us to seal the building so that the raccoon couldnt get back in. I loved the amount of communication, especially since the trap was on the roof and out of sight.

Would not recommend if you have a rodent problem. Only do outside of the house and the inspector never went into the basement area.

My worst nightmare came true (I woke up to a bat in my bedroom,) and Stewart Pest Solutions saved the day! Quick response time, even at 5am! And was there within 2 hrs to remove the bat!
