Due to the pandemic, there you have to wait outside for the nurse to call you, they dont even have a chair for patients to sit and wait for them to call. there to be more than 25 minutes waiting without a chair .

Doctor Martin is the most attentive doctor I have ever met. She is great with my children and very flexible with scheduling. I moved out of the Lansing area, but still continue to see her because I have not found another doctor with half of her qualifications. Absolutely love this place!

Nurse Practitioner Rochelle (I think thats how her name is spelled) is AMAZING! she really cares about her patients, is very attentive, and orders the right tests and treatment plans. She makes a huge effort to communicate effectively with her patients and even speaks Spanish. Rochelle is a great resource to the clinic and she delivers great care!

Ada worst office manager ever. She doesnt know what she is doing. They need to replace her soon. When I was at my appointment right when I was getting out of my appointment I just ask her where do I go for my prescription assistance she gave me aditute. She said I dont know and she did not gave me direction. Thats just rude.

The pediatrician is amazing here! My son adores her and she is thorough and quick.

I called and told them Im severely depressed and its been weeks I barely can function they told me it was a 4 week wait and could not help me at all with maybe other places that take Medicaid that could help me.
