I called on the worst snow day and no one was answering the phone. Brian showed up ahead of time, was easy to talk to, reasonably priced, and responsive. I needed snow removed for a senior citizen and he said I love helping senior citizens. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Knox Services and plan to use him again. Bryan and Kevin were working on a yard next door and I asked if they had time to get my yard that gave a fair price and also both completely professional and efficient I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

I usually do my own lawn. But when I cant, I know to call Knox Lawn Service. They will always squeeze me in and show up and do a great job as if I was a regular customer.

Knox did an ok job plowing when they showed up, but manage clients poorly. Its awkward contacting them because it seems to be a personal phone that they forget is also their work phone. I contacted them because they didnt show up to plow, they said they lost their client book but I was back in the records now. Ok sure, things happen. But then they forgot to show up again. I had neighbors commenting on how long it had been since my driveway was plowed and asking if I needed help! If they want to keep clients, they need to remember they have them. They also increased the agreed-upon price even though my driveway is a normal length in a neighborhood right across the street from them.
