Better since new management came in and redid Everything. Good customer service. Very polite. Clean well-maintained. Always have a washer or dryer to use. Rather use these then the one at my apartment complex

Very very clean and the washing machines are immaculate, and the staff is super friendly! I love point laundry, and usually go to the one on Waverly but due to construction its not easy to get in there. This is basically right across from Meijer just off of West Saginaw

Brand new appliances, fast water pressure and clean store for your laundry services. A customer whom drives truck for a living said his clothes never felt so clean from a laundry mat and we had good conversation. i encourage everyone to come check this new business called “Point of Laundry” that’s under new management, 8am-8pm seven days a week; thank you, you won’t be disappointed🙂

Went to do some king and queen size comforters and bedding. First time to use a laundromat and Amanda (the attendant) was just as kind and patient as she could be! I obviously had rookie spelled all over my face and she walked me through every step from start to finish. Thank you Amanda!

On 5/23/21 the Employee, Amanda working the morning shift, was NOT WEARING A MASK it was under her chin and I saw her speak with multiple customers in this manner. She is responsible for washing and folding other peoples laundry, helping customers, and being a professional employee. Unfortunately she is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate for putting customers at risk in a pandemic.

Wash King has changed owners. It is GORGEOUSLY remodeled, new washers and dryers (much bigger capacity than previous ones) new folding tables, better lighting, CLEAN, carpeting GONE, laundry card machines, clean bathrooms, etc. I met the owner yesterday, VERY nice man.

It was nice and very clean people that own it was very nice and helpful.

Most of the washing machines are out of order. There are whole rows of washing machines that are taped off and not working. Obviously the owner doesnt care about maintenance, and putting money into any of the machines is a risk.Also, the owner is extremely invasive. I dropped some change on the ground and he demanded that I give him the money that I dropped so that he can start the machine. Im completely capable of putting money in and starting an old washer.I have tried coming to this location before during posted hours, but it was closed. Its not uncommon for this place to be open or closed at odd and wrong hours. Dont depend on the paper posted on the door.Overall, this location is dark, dingy, aged, the owner is rude and difficult to communicate with and the open times are hit or miss. I would travel a bit to find another location. There are plenty of mats in Lansing.

Very clean and a friendly place to get laundry done.

The gentleman that runs the place, David, was pleasant and helpful. Pointing out what machines would operate best for us. After discussing the heat, talking about my brief time in the Middle East heat, he kindly brought out a box fan and told my wife, “ this is for you, he doesn’t need it. He’s used to heat. Enjoy.”Our washer is on the fritz so blessed to meet David and use his business. Highly recommended.

Place is permanent closed, all boarded up

We went there yesterday with my boyfriend and dad to do laundry. The owner was very helpful. He let me and my boyfriend know which washer where the good ones to use and which ones where cheap. Great place to go & do laundry and really cheap prices on the washers and dryers.

Sometimes, a place is so bad you have to rate it terribly twice. This is one of those places...

Older Asian guy is horrible. I put $3.50 in a washing machine and had trouble starting it. I got them to go into the washer but 2 quarters popped back out. The old Asian guy runs accross the room and demands the 2 quarters that fell out. As I sit in the parking lot right now writing this, Ive decided to take my wet clothes to another laundromat when they are done washing and I will never return here. Hope this is helpful.

Clean and friendly

I had an incredible experience. The older Asian gentleman running the place was incredibly kind and helpful. Im currently 6 months pregnant and he was kind enough to set up a fan for me to use while I folded because I was visibly worn out. The machines are outdated and a few are out of order, but over all my experience with the manager trumped all of the cons of broken machinery.He was very helpful, informative about the machines. You can tell he takes pride in his business and does his best to keep up the place. He also offers a service where he will do the laundry for you, obviously for a fee. Still, I thought that was a nice touch.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WALKED to laundromat in the morning to see if they were open. Sign said open til noon. I WALKED back with my clothes and sign said CLOSED and it was only 10:15. Some people rely on laundromats. Very unprofessional!!!!

Some old rude asian guy runs this place and will annoy you by helping you use the machines and do your laundry. Dude, just stay away from me I know how to use a dryer. Also, I would say at least half of the machinesin this place are out of order and from the 50s. Youll pay more since stuff will take twice as long to wash and dry in these old ass machines. Have fun

Everything was broken, most dryers had out of order signs, and the ones that didnt took my quarters. i had to self spin one dryer! there was no heat in the whole building, and i left with all wet clothes and i spent $20. I will not be returning!
