Tried for days to call. My phone would dial twice and disconnect. When I tried another phone same thing. No idea what the issue is . I dont see another number to call. If this is my issue it is the first of its kind.

So far so good. I have a special car key that needs duping. They advised me to order a blank and have them laser it. They said it would save me money. I love that kind of customer care. I’m waiting for my blank key to arrive and will bring it to them.

Called three times in a row, whoever answered the phone was obviously talking to someone else and just hung up on me, Three. Times. In A Row.Plenty of other lock shops in the area, go with anyone else.

Awesome service!!! Came out same day and he was extremely quick with changing 2 locks and making 5 keys! Alos, prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

Went in to find out how much they charge with a key with one of the electronic chips inside the plastic couldnt believe they wanted $95. Hacks is well-known but that was much more than American Eagle which was only 60. It pays to shop around

Very friendly staff and flexible scheduling! There was a mix-up about when they were coming to fix my houses front door and so they made a special trip out on a Saturday! I would recommend this place!

Had a motorcycle key made right on the spot for right around $5. They have a ton of key blanks so I assume they can make just about anything.

Apparently they lost there customer service in the move. Called first everything seemed positive, drove to the new location and it was a big negative.

Excellent service. Came right out to unlock my vehicle after locking my keys in the car.

Out in East lansing and one of their drivers nearly hit me whil speeding and when I said slow down, he replied F*** off. Just awful.

Fixed my new lock for my f150. So the key would work for the tailgate.

Went there to get some keys made, one person in front of me and one at the counter to get a boat key made. Guy cutting the keys was about 70 and moved like he was already dead. Two people walked by without offering to help. Left 25 minutes later, one person in front of me and one at the counter. Poor service.
