Quality of work is outstanding and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs of our tenants. Lupe, Kyle and Dan make a great team and Im always happy to see them on site!

Over two weeks ago, I set up a gutter cleaning with this company for a morning slot on 10-9-19. I cleared my calendar to be available all day. Forty-eight hours prior to my service I received a call from a number that appeared to be coming from New York City. The caller said my service needed to be moved to 10-24-19. I was very insistent that the original date be kept, as I would not be available later. I feel the representative was rude, but he agreed to have someone at my house in the afternoon of 10-9-19. I requested a 30-minute heads -up call which lead to another not-so-polite exchange. As of 5:40 PM on 10-9-19 I have no call and no service. Calls to the local number go to voice mail and calls to the NYC number as busy. I cannot recommend this company to any one.12-2-19 I have read the reply from Great Lakes Window Cleaning. It was not mentioned that a employee had a broken hip. This might have heiped the situation. Also, I am female and no call was received by a man to give a 30-minute heads, to my cell phone. The responder should remember that all cell calls are recorded and I have no such call in my list. Also there is no excuse for rude behavior. Reviewers should note that this company did not give a written estimate and is not a member of the BBB. I would love to re-review Great Lakes if they are serious about placing me on their spring work list, come to my house, and do the job at the offered $300 ish price range.12-9-19 On 12-5-19 I received a call from Great Lakes owner, Barry. He apologized for the misunderstanding. We set up a common meeting time and he arrived before due, on 12-9-19. Some of my gutters had already been cleaned, but I pointed out a troublesome gutter and this was promptly examined. Barry was very professional, made sure I was happy with the service provided and listened to my concerns. The previous call felt to be from New York, was actually made from Lansing. I applauded Barry for making a satisfied customer and can now recommend fully.
