Called and left a message and contacted via email. No return phone call after 2 days. On the third day I received a call from the owner. Owner apologies for being 2 days late and gives me the small local business spiel. Owner states that this is the busy season. Fine- I ask him to come by for an estimate and he tries to schedule it for the next week. I ask for the estimate today and he then he tries to provide one over the phone. I refused the service. Local small business or not, terrible time management and customer service. FWIW- Check out Molly Maids and Merry Maids. Their estimates came within $3 of each other on 3200 Sq ft.

I have personally worked with Happy Clean and Davids number one concern is customer satisfaction. As a part time employee he reminds me on the quality of cleaning he expects for each and every job!! I enjoy working with Happy Clean and highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!!
