The employees here are great. Super awesome. No complaints there at all. The car wash itself uses color soap and some sort of dark or black tire shine ALL of which stain white cars. Theres that, and the scratches I saw upon pulling off to the side to finish drying off with a cloth. Otherwise, its a good carwash. The owner could do some quality control here, in the long run it would be cheaper than fixing peoples car..

The kid operating the business is very unprofessional. Yells at customers after he’s asked them to lower their voice. When asking him to lower his voice he orders you off the property. I’ve asked to have my reoccurring payment cancelled due to moving out of the area. My financial institution indicated they’ve received nothing. I went back 2 weeks later to address the issue. This business will not last under current immature owner.

Friendly staff, and a good wash, but a very poor dryer. Car left streaked and spotted, may as well not have washed. Got the Ultimate wash, not worth $14

Gave a very good pre-wash, probably better than I would have given my car had I just gone to a coin operated self-wash bay. I purchased the basic car wash, and fortunately this option gave the car a much needed undercarriage wash. This vehicle is used on dirt roads and still had salt from the last Michigan snow. After exiting, we drove about 2 miles to further dry the car. Quite pleased with the outcome for the basic wash.

I took my Silverado 1500 pickup with a topper to be washed & waxed.I paid the top of the line wash of $14.00. & when I got home (a block away), I got out of the truck to observe that there was still snow on the top of the truck as well as the top of the back lift window. It had just come from being inside a brake repair shop for 2 hours, & most of the snow had melted off. Immediately, I took it back to ask why the snow had not been removed & was told that the wash was not for the top of the truck. They did give me a second wash, which did remove the remaining snow, but I was told that if I were to come in another time & leave the property it would not be washed a second time free. It was my first time going there & if the top is not wash & waxed, I dont intend to go another time. I gave a rating of 2 due to the fact that I got a second wash, which did remove the snow on top.

I was employed by a local dealership to take care of vehicles on the lot, make sure they had fuel in them, make sure they were clean, inside and out, and often my manager would have me run vehicles through this carwash. They always seemed to do a good job, and I was impressed with their service. Although after saving up I purchased a used, 1997 GMC Sonoma ZR2. I was very proud of it and one day I figured I would have them wash it. I purchased the most expensive wash and they directed me to the track.About half way through the wash a spinning pillar ripped off my drivers side mirror. I pulled around and talked to a guy who explained the manager wasnt present and to fill out a claim form stating what happened and the owner would take care of it, I waited a week for a phone call with no response. So I returned to the business and the same guy said to get estimates of how much it would cost to fix.I got multiple estimates and returned with them and they continued to ignore my situation. I went back four more times and got the same response each time.I ended up paying out of pocket to have my mirror fixed, costing me over $230!Would not suggest getting a car wash here because they do not own up to damages they made. Very disappointing!

Always an excellent wash. No complaints. I have been trying to cancel my monthly membership for several months since I cant get there during normal business hours with my new job. I havent had a car wash in 4 months but the money keeps coming out of my account. I try calling but no one answers. Over a hundred bucks gone and nothing to show for it. The pandemic has just made things worse. Going to have to pay the fee for a stop payment, but been trying toavoid it. Disappointed since I have known this family for years.Good people.

DO NOT waste your money here. I had a car wash membership for unlimited washes. Great deal right? Well once COVID-19 hit, they closed up shop and continued to charge me for a service they were not providing. When I asked the gentleman working, he told me my account will be given two months credited to my account to make up for the months that I unwillingly paid. When I tried calling I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, and now this month they ran my card again for the price for the membership. I am now in the process of trying to get refunded for the three months. This place has horrible management and pitiful membership services. BE WARNED

Employees are great and hard working. I have well HAD the monthly premium wash which was good. However owners policy not to spray off floor liners?!?! So I have to go spend money at another carwash to get them sprayed. Huge inconvenience!!

Frank was awesome. It was my first visit, and he explained everything to me, without making me feel stupid.The wash was awesome, the dry not so much. I hope they can get it ramped up. Otherwise it was superb.I hear they do a deal on Tuesdays. Will have to check it out.

I can go without a problem with my Mustang with my snow tires. There is very little clearance when I have the summer tires on, but the staff recognizes me and helps me in. The price and service are great.
