They do fantastic work BUT good luck getting them to call you back to schedule the service, especially when you have a Groupon. They do not answer their phone and be prepared to leave 5-6 messages before they return your call. They get a 5 on the work they do and a 1 on customer service.

Thoroughly impressed! Amazing work!I dropped my car off on 7/22/19 for an inside and out cleaning and detail. This car was my daily driver, grocery-getter, kid hauler, etc. While I typically take care of my other vehicle (sports car), this daily driver is admittedly neglected at times. In fact, it had been at least 3 years since I had more than a basic vacuum/wipe down of the interior, and it showed. I was almost embarrassed when I dropped it off. Three years worth of salt, sand, dirt, Cheetos, fruit snacks, petrified french fries, spilled juice, etc. had transformed parts of the interior into a long-term science experiment. The exterior wasnt nearly as bad, but it had been a year since the last time I gave it a proper wash/wax. I had all but given up on the wheels, as I believed they were too far gone with baked on brake dust. All-in-all, I left them with quite the challenge.When I returned 8 hours later, I was absolutely astounded by the results. The interior looked brand new! The vinyl seats were clean and soft! All the plastic trim was back to its original color with a semi-matte finish. The carpets and mats looked perfect, far gone from caked on salt, ground-in sand fabric that I left them.The exterior also blew me away. The paint was back to its original shine. A few months ago, I also had a drone accident (dont ask), that left parts of the driver front and rear doors and windows with scratches that I believed were way too deep to fix. To my surprise they were able to polish the scratches almost out of the paint and COMPLETELY out of the glass. And the WHEELS! I thought for sure they had replaced them or painted them. I was used to the braised, bronze-ish color that road grime, brake dust had stained my wheels. When I returned, they were back to their original silver, aluminum finish. I honestly dont know how they did it!Truly professional work by these guys. They impressed me the first time and have absolutely earned my future business.

Took my wifes car in for detailing and it looked like a brand new vehicle when we got it back, even though its 7 years old. Cost about $125 with a Groupon. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was finished around 5:30. They do superior work! Highly recommend this place for Auto detailing.

I really want to give 5 stars but I cant. Two things keep me from doing it. First, all four of my door windows still had dirt lines on them. What I mean is that whoever worked on my vehicle never bothered to roll the windows down so the glass that is in the window jam was dirty. Secondly, the inside of my windshield had smear marks so someone attempted to clean them but not very well. They made the effort, just not a very good one. Other than that, great job!

On Sat 5/5/18, I took my little SUV into Innovative for their Refresh service. I am beyond pleased with how well they cleaned and cared for my vehicle! After all, my SUV is not without her flaws, being more than 14 years old and surviving a few mishaps, and they took such excellent care of her that I dont even notice her flaws! My main reason for going to Innovative was because I purchased a Groupon after a window broke and shattered everywhere in my car and it needed a very thorough cleaning...and thats EXACTLY what it got! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Innovative staff, for going above and beyond my expectations! Ill shall return!

BEST DETAIL MY CAR HAS EVER HAD!

I brought my car here after finding their Groupon. I ended up adding on an acid wash (or something like that) for an extra 29.99 as well. I thought the staff were really friendly but I guess I just expected more for the price and how long I had to leave it there? My car wasnt insanely dirty when I went in; not like some of the pictures people have posted on here. Overall, while my car came back looking clean, there were a lot of spots that didnt get a lot attention so that was disappointing. If the price was like $50 or something Id be like yeah, totally worth it! because I hate cleaning my car myself, but for the $155 price tag Im not really sure.

Took the car in with the interior a horrid mess from having 3 little kids. They did an excellent job detailing everything. Will be going there in the future with my other cars.

They provide an excellent service for a reasonable price. No longer a Lansing resident however I am willing to make the trip for their service.

Did an amazing job! So happy to see my car so beautiful again!!

Watch out! Terrible service. I cannot even be sure the carpets and upholstery were even cleaned. No trace of a scent of cleaner in the car at all, although carpet was wet. All stains and problems still the same. I got them out myself with elbow grease and spray cleaner. Save your money.

They were great accommodating getting us in, due to my husband working out of town, and his filthy work truck came out looking like the day we bought it.

They are well reviewed and based on that I expected more. The car seats were very wet and the trunk, which I requested to cleaned, was untouched.
