I needed a front hub bearing replacement same day. I brought my car in at 8 am it was done by noon. Call ahead and Jeff will let you know what time to bring your car in. Great guys.

I would recommend this repair facility to anyone Their prices are fair and they treat their customers that they are important to them. If you have a problem after the repair is done and you return the vehicle to the shop they don’t act like finding or repairing the problem is an inconvenience. So yes I agree we should stay away. They should not be able to get way with doing this to us. He knew he charged me to much. This was Jeff that I talked to. Yes please stay far away from this place. Im revising my review. March 26 2021. My car start smoking, as I pulled over and opened the hood. The hose came off and exploded in my face.I have burns on my arm. I couldnt go to work. I went back to jims auto clinic and Jeff told me they dont have anything to do with that. Now Im at another shop getting my car fixed. Im so upset right now. Please dont go here. They are not fixing your car. The disrespect is very serious there.

I was experiencing issues with my breaks and rotors so I took my car here. Mike was very professional as I dropped off my car. Apon being contacted he notify that there was minor work needed to be done which will take no time and the work will be free. This establishement is a very professional and honest auto shop

Everytime i bring my car to these guys, the partwhich they replaced never last..they have replaced my front control arms 3 times in 4 years..same exhaust boot 4 times . I would give them the benefit of the doubt because they were close and convinate for me. But the last two times I brought my car to them ( for yet another set of front control arms) the next day check engine light comes on. This happened twice in a row. Both times ended up being the same faulty sensor. Second time the part was under warranty by manufacturer not them, but still had to pay them the 80 bucks for labor again. Is this all a coincidence? Or could it be thier mechanics are crooks....you make the call ..but I wont be bringing my car back there again.

I like their work. I was introduced to them by my church study group leader. They repaired my cars heater so good. I had to go 3-4 times as its old old car but Mike did a fantastic job 3rd time and by Gods grace first time this winter i am enjoying heat in my car that I did not have for last 4 years. I bless Mike and auto clinic every day. You have to wait at times as they are busy but they get work done so I would take my car there. The owner and his wife are friendly and helpful.

The absolute worse. I would never come here again even though I’ve been satisfied with their services in the past. 1st I get an estimate for my car for services and I say I’ll return. I return and they take my car knowing the quote I was given previously, but why do I get a call saying it’s going to cost almost $300 more? I converse with them for at least 20 min. and I accept paying $190 more than originally quoted because they had staff problems in the past and the issues are rooted in that and I understand that. Three hours later (they told me it’ll take two) I called about eta and they say oh I was just about to call you, it’s ready. I get dropped off and my bro is like where’s your car. I go in and ask them if it’s ready. They say yes. I pay, sign documents and they hand me my keys and say my car is outside. I send my bro away (he was waiting to make sure car complete), get in the car and see that my check engine light is still on. I go in, not thinking anything is wrong, and ask can they clear the light. They take my keys and say sure. But then, they come back and say it’s not complete yet it’s going to take another hour. Usually I’m a cool person. I understand issues. I understand rogue workers but what the hell. So you’re telling me that I paid for your service and was about to leave from your location without the service being completed. And then it’s going to take another hour after you’ve had my car for 5hrs total. Woosah. This is passed unprofessional. I’m going to BBB, all sites you can rank on, everything I can because this company needs to change or shut down.Normally I don’t leave comments on anything good or bad but this is terrible service. I almost want to go to another mechanic to ensure I have a new part on my car.People go somewhere else. I do service work myself and you’re only as good as your last job. There are plenty of other choices. Choose better than here.

I highly recommend them! They worked on two of my cars and I was very satisfied with their work! One was to solve an engine light problem along with a wired noise and the other was to install a flow master on my 1990 k5 Blazer. They know what the are doing and they are professional and treat you like people should! Everyone was very nice, from the people at the front desk, the office and even the michanics! Will definitely be taking my cars here in the future! Thanks again guys!!!!

I would like to say that the service over at Jims is always on time not to add they always have a deal on service or parts just ask and when you need a tow they will refer a suitable tow service such as Kevins Towmaster. Exception service today a very satisfied customer!

Very nice great customer service

I had called several shops and they were all busy and more expensive. I just stopped in to The Auto Clinic and they got me in and out within 20 minutes. Jeff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone, fast friendly service.

I will start by saying that this shop has regained my trust back.. After coming back to this shop after many years because of formet poor management, they’ve regained my trust. The old manager would price gouge with other employees who are no longer there.The original owner has regained his shop and is now back managing it himself. It really restored my trust and I feel more confident leaving my old shop (because the former employee that was here in now there price gouging) coming back to Auto Clinic.I needed help because I was quoted very high elsewhere and the manager gave me a break and completed my desperately needed work as my truck was leaking oil.I ended up coming back to the shop a week later after hearing my breaks scrub and was short on money as I’ve just had a major job done there the week before and the owner helped me out once again. They put the brake pads on I bought and didn’t charge me anything extra. It felt like home as I sat and talked with the owner for over an hour. It feels good to be treatly fairly and I’m glad the old management and workers aren’t there anymore to do any harm. I will be going back!

Does very good work

This is a highly knowlegable and honest repair shop. I bring my vehicle here for service everytime. They are super friendly and at my last visit they even went above and beyond for me by going to the nearest gas station and bringing me gas in order to get serviced. I have been going to the Auto Clinic in Lansing, Illinois for many years and have always received excellent service. The ownership of the busness changed over the years, but I have always been treated well and feel that the quality of work was done professionally and the cost of the repairs to my vehicle were fair and reasonable. Much better service and costs than other places in the area. Now that the original founder and owner Mr. Jim Tsoraidis is back in charge I definitely know that customer service will be top notch!!! Glad you are back Jimmy!!!

Great, honest and reasonable prices for their services.

They claimed they ordered the wrong transmission, then charged me an extra $1500 for another one and kept my vehicle for 2 weeks. They overcharged me for a water pump and a fuel pump. Now my vehicle still not running. And now with the problems Im having now, MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS BEEN DISABLED.Take pictures of your engine components before you let them service your vehicle.

An Auto shop I genuinely trust. That said I brought my car in two weeks ago and they told me theyd call me back with more information on the work I need done and I have yet to hear back.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. For one they tried to charge me 350 dollars to replace my headlight when I went to oreilys and bought the part for ten. Then the second time I went I needed to fix my turn signal and he went on about how much he hated dodge cars and swearing and what not. When I asked him where the restroom was he acted as though I was bothering him. In spite of all that he proceeded to tell me he couldnt fix my light because they closed in 10 minutes when it was only 5:15 and they close at 6. Dont waste your time paying someone who doesnt care about the custonwrs.

Left them for a while and tried firestone...never again. This is the only place I will bring my car to get the problem fixed the first time and not leave with a different problem.

Dont trust these fools . They will mess your car up and steal you blind for more money. Adding more problems to your car that you didnt have before. I went in for wheel alignment and he took my car for a test drive brought it back and pulled it in the garage after that one guy was in front of my car with the hood open and the other fat guy was in the jerking my car back and forth damaging my car and he says i need a front motor mount . I rememberd that I never had this problem before after I checked with the dealer, but the guy at the auto clinic messed my motor mount up jerking my car back and forth switching gears damaging my motor mounts . Dont trust these guys with your car if you love and care for your car . They will rip you off .

The most EXCELLENT shop; fair, honest and hard working.

Highly recommended. They spent nearly a week diagnosing a ghost problem on my car. Cost me $350 and Ridgeway Chevrolet right down the street either couldnt or wouldnt diagnose the problem and my estimate was about $2700 for them to randomly replace parts to fix the problem. Again i highly recommend this shop. Try to avoid Ridgeway chevy down the street.
