Bill was full of knowledge and as a first time home buyer he really gave me the confidence to make the right decision. after our first go didnt work out due to some significant issues which were all pointed out and described in a very detailed and professional read out of the inspection, I once again contacted Home Inspector Consultants for my now second inspection. I highly recommend them, they look out for your best interest and are very accommodating and friendly! if I could give them better than 5 stars I totally would!

Super happy with this company! From the moment I called to make an appointment, I spoke with Larry. Larry walked me through everything I was to have done for a home inspection, what to expect during and after the inspection. He thoroughly explained everything to me. Very friendly and professional! Mike was our inspector, and he is top notch! Very professional, friendly and really took his time inspecting the home we are purchasing, explained everything to us and educated us along the way. Answered all of our questions with a smile and an excellent answer. We left that appointment feeling good about the inspection, good about our purchase as well as educated!! The final report was extremely thorough, the pictures were great! We received our report very quickly, and we could understand every word.. Very formal but easy to follow. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Home Inspector Consultants to everyone! They are the experts in home inspections!!

This is our first home inspection. We were really uneasy about the process and didnt know what to expect. These guys where there when we got there. The day was horrible and rainy and cold. Their attitude was warm, and shined. They are very thorough and smart. One guy turned on all the appliances he could while the other was over, under and inside anywhere he could fit. There was so much attention to detail and I really appreciate all they did to make sure this home is a safe place for me and my family and future family.

My husband and I had HIC provide a home inspection less than a year ago and I was expecting to experience all of the great reviews that the company has got. At the start Phil gave us a 15 minute speech about what was and was not covered in the home inspection. He shared the list of products and services that we could get for additional fees, as well covered their 90 day guarantee. If anything that they clear as good in the inspection malfunctions within 90 days of the inspection they would reimburse youre deductible. We went ahead with the inspection and with the results in mind we purchased the house. The house came with a home warranty and within 2 months of living in the home weve made use of the warranty for our AC unit which was cleared by Phil as being in good shape. I filed a claim with HIC to take advantage of their 90 day guarantee and they denied the claim for some bogus reason. After speaking with other friends and family about their home inpsection experience with other companies I realized that Phil didnt give us a thorough home inspection which resulted in us having to address issues that cost us an out of pocket expense. The AC unit was only the first. We wouldnt use this company again, and definitely do not recommend them.
