I’ve used Lansing Heating and Cooling in the past for maintenance of my furnace and appreciated the service. This time around, I called them on a 90 degree day because my AC stopped working properly. I was hot and horrified at the thoughts of potential costs to fix the issue. I called the operator at the business and Rich, the technician, returned my call immediately. He was personable and walked me through a few tests before determining he would need to come out. He came out the next day, as promised, and was able to fix the problem without me spending my life savings. :-) Rich was professional, funny, personable and informative. I will continue to use Lansing Heating and Cooling and pass the word.

Their service is excellent. We have used them since we moved into this house 38 years ago. They recently installed a new air conditioner system and then replaced our heating system. This time we got on another plan for maintenance yearly. So happy we did. Scheduling is simple also the phone receptionist is friendly and accommodating.Rich and Todd are the best. We have used this company for jobs that we’ve requested on both our furnace and cooling system and each time that the team has come out, they’ve been able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. We’ve been working directly with Rich as our technician for each service call; he truly goes over and beyond. While doing a repair outdoors, he noticed something that needed attention that was completely unrelated to the job that we hired him for…that’s some genuine service there! The customer service that we experience from speaking with their team on the phone and during the actual service visit always exceeds my expectations. Rich was great very detailed on the problem and got my AC up and running I would definitely recommend them for a quick house call they actually came early than what was said thank you.

They put in a new furnace and air conditioner. Both servicemen Ben and Rob were great I cant say enough about them. I will recommend this company to my friends and family. We needed service on our furnace. Rich came out the same day and was very thorough and professional. He found cracks in the heat exchanger, a potential danger. Furnace & AC were 26 yrs old so we decided to replace both. Excellent follow-up by Rich. We had new units installed very promptly by Rob and Ben. Both were very professional and thorough with installs and familiarizing us with units. Rob found an issue with main circuit breaker arcing and suggested we have an electrician check it. We wouldnt have known of this safety issue without Rob checking. We have been very pleased with everyone and will definitely continue to use them. We recommend this company!

I called this company to come out and give me an estimate on a furnace/air conditioner unit. This company made an appointment with me but did not show up! I do not recommend this company.Lela W

Todd came out to give us a quote on replacing our Heating and AC system. He was knowledgeable and educational and the price was right! Ben and Rob came out and replaced everything within one day. This company has serviced my AC, water heater & etc. for the past 15 years. They are honest, prompt, friendly and, quite frankly, the very best. Yesterday my AC quit at 3:00 a.m. so I called expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead, I got a real live person and my technician, Rich, called back at 4:45 a.m. By noon we were up and running again! How and where do you beat that for service?
