We really like using Pollards Dryer Vent Service. John is a pure pleasure to interact with. We have now used him twice (shortly before the pandemic in the fall of 2019 and again this week), and both times we walked away thinking he did a great job and we liked working with him. In our first house, we started to smell a burning odor in our dryer, and found his number. John was able to schedule us quickly, and he explained everything he was doing to clean out our dryer vent as he worked. This past experience was more of the same. We will keep using John Pollard!

He was extremely responsive to my inquiry and questions, and then the day of showed up promptly at the time we scheduled and walked us through every step of what he was doing with our dryer! I hired John to clean my drier vents. He was extremely responsive (he came the same day I called), reasonably priced, and overall a pleasure to work with. I even asked him if I could pay him extra to remove some abandoned bees nests that were in the adjacent vents.
