First time here for an oil change and tire rotation. Tech has been very helpful. Shopping for tires had been made easy with their display and touch screen, Ive never seen a set up like this anywhere else. Lobby is surprisingly spacious and accommodating.

Their waiting room is spotless and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There were signs all over asking customers to wear a mask. This made me feel safe, as well as the mechanic greeting me informing me that he was fully vaccinated. The work on my car was done in a decent amount of time and to perfection. I would recommend this Firestone location to anyone.

Great customer service from a young lady by the named Michelle. Helped me out literally 5 minutes before the store was closing and went over and beyond to get me back on the road. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days and for that they have gained a customer for life. Appreciate the help Michelle!

This place is awesome. They really take care of their customers and do it all in a timely manner. Go out of their way to find the best prices to help you not break the bank. Also are very informative when it comes to keeping you updated on what’s going on with your car and what others services you would need to get done.

Just had a thermostat replaced in my car by a local garage and it overheated on a drive down the turnpike. Temperature gauge maxed out and I could smell the coolant. Fortunately I was just at an exit and Firestone Lansdale was just off the exit. They got me in right away and got me back on the road in no time. Great service with a smile! Highly recommended.

Got a nail and needed a plug. I was instructed they did not have time to mess with me I should go to autozone and buy plug kit.. Instead I went to Mavis tire and was taken care of within 5 minutes. It highly recommend Mavis for quality service

This is a great location for inspection. The price for inspection is fair considering competing shops are raising prices to close to $65. This location charges only $50. They are also very efficient with time and have the car out in the time they say unless there are other issues that need to be addressed.

I called for an appointment when I had a flat tire. The woman who answered was friendly and set an appointment no problem. I was able to get in at the location with ease. Woman gave great information on all options for the tire to ensure I knew all options. The location was efficient, great service and clean! Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in this morning without an appointment and Mike and Michelle did a fantastic job taking care of me. I was concerned about my tires and they confirmed they were in need of replacement and showed me why with a tread depth gauge. They checked things out with free courtesy checks and found out I was due for a coolant flush and my cabin filter needed to be replaced. They didn’t pressure me and I had them complete the service for me (they didn’t flinch even though I never had an appointment to begin with). They took great care of my vehicle and practiced great COVID safety procedures. I would heartily recommend this brand new Firestone for great value and great customer service.

Here is my findings with this location on Firestone. I usually use the one on German Town and always been happy with them. This location is closer and that is why decide to use it.First issue with appoinment. But they were able to take me as per assistant someone was bot booking the appointments. Second call me fot the vehicle inspection and told me a hole list of item which needed to be replqced. The total cost was almost 3000.I agreed on only one change for about 500$. And decide to take my car back and do most of the work. While on site request a list of the items which beeded replacnent. Got an email with thrm. For my surprise it was just a recommendation. This include, struts, oil pan, filter, oil, disk breaks, coolant etc. I came back and asked how thry decide that this were parts for repair and change. Tech answered based on milage of vehicle. Well when I ask how they decide the oil filter, coolant and oil are for change got same answer. I did replace the coolant, oil filter and oil by my self. Tech answer was how i am suppose to know that you replace it???? Realy if you do not know how to find those items then you are not suppose to be there at all. For me this was a total rip off. Now i got and new struts which i will replace them by myself without a need to be replaced. I guess it is up to technician at the location. For me this time was bad experiance. Give 2 star because i like Firestone and still will use them but based on experiance. His last words when i went to take and my second vehicle was that my second vehicle did not pass the emission test. When i told him that there should be mistake the car is 2019 and yesterday they told me it was done and OK he verified and told me he was looking another paper work and That was embarasing.Update. The store manager call and discussed the misunderstanding. Also he apologize and offer an option to fix it. I have another question which the answer was shady . On site they told me left front wheel on documents with Bold text states left front. On work detail is rear tire which has extra charge. When asked today same person told me it was back tire.... and apologize again.The initial review was 2☆ but upgrading it to 4☆ for the option to fix it.

This place is awesome. Not only are the staff members very friendly and professional but they are very knowledgeable. Steve was awesome who explained the alignment sheet very well. I was hesitant in getting the lifetime alignment but after my first impressions, I signed up for it. I would definitely recommend this location. The area is also very clean with counters where you can plug in your laptop and work, while you wait. Maybe get a WiFi for customers in the future?

Caution!!! They failed my cars state inspection because there was a streak on my windshield, they said I needed new windshield wipers to pass inspection. I never had failed a state inspection for streaks on the windshield before. I asked if there was dirt on the windshield but they could not clean the windshield if there was. It sounds like they wanted to sell me new windshield wipers blades.

Supper efficient to change my flat tire with very fair price. Service is very good.

Mike was able to get me an appointment right away. He was super flexible with my schedule, so I still had time to run my errands during the day, and get two new back tires. Michelle was super honest with there prices and for a few dollars more I got tires with an extra 5,000 miles worth of tread. What a fast, easy, and pleasant experience. Thank you everyone at Firestone for making my car safe again, and helping me get back on the road again.

Jake has taken care of my car a few times in the past few months. He always explains everything and goes above and beyond for his customers. I hope I don’t have many more car problems but if I do I know to ask for Jake! Michelle and Mike are amazing at customer service and updating customers

What a convenient spot to get your tires installed! In my case it was a quick tire repair and the guys took my truck back while I walked 100 feet to chick fila. Brilliant location!! I’ll be back for service and a lunch in the future.

Took me over becaise of a thumping noise under the car, with in minutes the tech came out and told me what it was. Dan was awesome and told me it was just a loose bolt and fixed it. I would definatly go back.

Came here a few times with my 2008 Toyota Tundra. Each time I have been here they have gotten me and out within a short time. They tell you whats going on with your vehicle without any padding up the issues to raise your price. I feel like they are honest and treat you with respect. I will be coming here for all my vehicle needs from now on.

Popped in becuase I needed air in my tires, they were happy to help me and checked all 4 to make sure I was safe. So appreciated the help, took my car back the next day for oil change and inspection. All employees super friendly and helpful. Happy to have them in our neighborhood!

I took a tire that had a screw in it and needed to be plugged. I left the tire with them and came back within an hour and it was all done. They even called to let me know it was finished. This is an inexpensive repair and they provided excellent service.

This location is new, clean and awesome. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They did a once over and I needed a new tire as a screw was in the sidewall, I told them I needed to get in and out as soon as possible. Moderate. I think firestone tries to oversell you and the mechanics are only moderate. Had an appointment to just install 1 tire but have been waiting an hour and a half.

The online appointment process was seamless and the service impeccable. I had to reschedule my first appointment and the Manager, Mike was very friendly and accommodating. There were no hard upsells and the representative I spoke with when I dropped off my car fully explained what may be causing a recent issue I’d noticed. I would definitely recommend this locatIon.
