Never had any problems. been with them as a tenant for the last 3 years I think its been now. Never been harassed or made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Anytime weve needed them for something, they were on it almost instantaneously. 5 stars.

This company is just terrible at dealing with their paying customers. and thats literally the one job they have. Reeves likes to hide under the rules and regulations excuse. the truth is, Reeves, you can enforce rules and regulations without being a humongous jerk. try being a nice person, Reeves. attend an online seminar or two where they teach you how to interact with people. 0 stars.

HOA board members: alert, your in control of your development decisions and expenses you set the cost efficiency provisions keep cost down and property value high. Manager never did anything bad to me so respect as a business person

This real estate agency is the worst I have ever dealt with. They try to charge you late fees when you pay on time and much earlier than the due date which is the third of each month. For example, I received a bill for $60 for the month of February late fees when the check was sent on January 20th, and they cashed it on January 24th. They charged me late fees for three other months and claim I didnt pay for May. My records show they cashed the check on May 5th. In addition, they never get anything fixed. My call and voicemail about a leaking faucet has been ignored for a few months now. Terrible, and I dont recommend it to anyone.
