Just got a membership in Lansdale and the facility is very nice. Friendly staff and the gym is clean. Been there a week and i love it so far 👍.

This location is a bit small, but they definitely have room to add some more machines. There are a few that it’s kinda annoying that there’s only 1. Plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and even a few rowing machines. The free weight section is about the right size could be a little bigger. Over all not a bad place but definitely could use a few updated machines.

The gym was always a place I felt I had to go to, now thanks to Jamar and the rest of the team, it became a place I enjoy and look forward going to. They want you to succeed and I have never felt judgement while working out. I ended up going for the workout and now I stay for the people.

Very flexible with their policies during these COVID times. Very customer focused.

I’ve been to some PF’s and this is by far the biggest one. I’ve been going here for about 4 years on and off but it wasn’t till I met their trainer Jamar that gym became my life. I switched to mornings From nights and I’m so glad I did. Jamar is amazing, he’s become a crucial part of my life. I’ve lifted weights that I never thought I could for a 5’2 120lb woman. He’s literally changed my life. I’ve learned so much from him and not just technics but also anatomy and how the body reacts/works to every exercise( because of his educational background). He’s extremely easy to talk to and makes himself available for his clients and helps everyone even when they didn’t book a class( very friendly). If you’re thinking about joining the gym do it, Jamar is literally there every step of the way, all you have to do is walk in. I know not every PF has a Jamar but they should, it changed the game for me.

The staff is super friendly every time I come in to the club. The social distancing guidelines are followed and I feel this location is generally clean. Well worth the price for the black membership.

This gym is Hugh! And airy! You can breathe! Ive known the staff for many years and Danielle is the best! Level headed and professional..pleasant to deal with always..gym is kept clean and theres a good vibe there. A+!

Great full body workout. I was a bit intimidated to try a class because it is a tough, efficient and effective workout. I’m glad I did. I’m planning on signing up.

Im beyond thankful for this gym and its free training. Ive been working out for about 2 years now and it wasnt until I switched to Planet Fitness that I actually began to notice an increase in my strength. Their trainer, Jamar, is amazing at his job and is beyond passionate about what he does. He motivates you, believes in you, and pushes you. Ive accomplished things in the past month that I have been training with him that I didnt think I could ever accomplish. Hands down the best trainer I have ever encountered. If your looking to start getting into fitness this is definitely the place to go.

This Planet Fitness location is a great gym to workout in. Christian & all the other employees are extremely friendly & knowledgeable. All the employee’s go above and beyond on keeping this facility clean & sanitized. Would highly recommend to others join this location.

This Planet fitness is the best gym you will ever go to. There is an amazing trainer named Jamar who has so much passion for his job and will train you for free. He has made me reach my goal, made me stronger than i’ve ever been, and has supported me through my fitness journey by giving me tips on what to eat and what exercises to do. He has helped me completely change my body and is the only reason i go to this gym. HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!!

One of the trainers here would not stop coming up to me to ask me for my phone number and when I complained, they said there was nothing they could do. When I went to corporate, they told me they take a hands off approach to franchises and that I should speak to the owner of the franchise, but then wouldnt provide their name.Wont be returning after this go-round with them.

Good prices, new equipment, not crowded, good staff and clientele.

Finally went there for the first time since covid began. No one to check me in. Not an employee in sight. A lot of new machines not turned on. Many questions. Waited and then just left. What a waste of time.

Back in March I wrote this club a letter to cancel my membership, which they never did. I’ve been getting charged for months and called in to the club to get this problem fixed.After calling in the “manager” Christian who is actually the assistant manager told me they wouldn’t refund me any of my money despite the fact that they incorrectly did not process my cancellation.I would avoid this club at all costs due to their poor management. The other clubs I’ve frequented have been much more professional and I’m sure would’ve been happy to help me.

Only been going during quarantine, everyone is being respectful wearing masks and cleaning equipment. I just really wish they had barbells for dead lift but otherwise a fantastic establishment.

Covid Petri Dish. I have not been and will not go until I get vaccinated. For us young people, thats looking like July or august.

Great staff support and customer service. Due to a closure of another Planet Fitness because of renovations, management and staff allowed workouts until the opening of the other facility. Horrible workout environment - worst planet fitness I have ever been to. Their desk people watch over you and the second you lower your mask to prevent yourself from being waterboarded by your sweaty mask they harass you. The LA fitness down the street is waaaaaaay nicer and of better value. I personally dont like to be harassed and monitored while trying to work out. Felt super judged.

Great place, lots of equipment

I went to this location for the first time yesterday. Staff was friendly. The gym and all the equipment were clean as well as newer equipment.

It is a large facility that offers some equipment that other Planet Fitness do not. It could be cleaner.

Big and open space which I like. They just updated all their cardio machines and I’ve never had a problem to get a treadmill even during busy hours. Big stretching and weights area. Overall a very non judgmental gym and members.

Great gym... Much less busy than most of the other Planet Fitness Gyms Ive been to. People are considerate and the gym is clean. Staff was very helpful in getting my home gym location transferred.

The place is dirty The locker rooms are not well kept The water pressure and the fountains is so low even a child couldnt drink from it and the same goes for the showers poorly.... trained staff creates a dirty environment which is a shame because the equipment and the location are wonderful they just miss the mark and now we know why.... The owner responds to my post and tells me to go talk to the manager... they are your employees, you go talk to them....this is why this location doesnt make it, Poor Management or in this case a Poor Owner who doesnt get it... Join somewhere else

Very clean, helpful staff, way past time that PF gets a kickboxing bag

I used to work here for bit. It’s a great gym with great staff. It’s clean professional and compared to other planet fitness it’s over the top great service. I highly recommend getting a membership here, it’s worth the money. Other planet fitness’s would abuse the lunk alarm this place how ever uses it with the intent of its purpose. The nice staff, patrons and just about everything is the good quality the place.

It’s always clean, friendly workers, even at the early hours they respect your privacy when showering after a workout, unlike Souderton’s gym. The equipment is new and in good shape, I always feel comfortable when at this gym and I always look forward to going. Keep up the good work!! ^.^

Large clean spacious gym. I loved the older elliptical machines. They recently installed new elliptical machines at this location which I hate with all my heart. They are not calibrated. The calorie count has nothing to do with type and level of workout, and how hard you work. You could be doing level one or 7 or 8 and maintain a fairly even moderate pace and still obtain the roughly the same calorie count as if you were doing level one. Having been around one generally knows what to expect from a workout.

Been going here for years. Started out very nice. The gym is large and open. I agree with others that the machines are aging and the selection is not that great. The PF gym in Warminster has a much better selection of equipment. Right now the bench press machine has been out of order for weeks and there is only one machine. That is simply not acceptable. It seems that the equipment at this location is broken more frequently. I guess you do get what you pay for. This is a franchise location so I am sure the owner spends as little as possible. I still go here but other PF locations are much better.

This is one of the better Planet Fitness locations Ive been to. At times it can be crowded but everything is spread out nicely so usually not an issue.I love the bosu ball leg lift, only location Ive found that at. Just wished they also had a rowing machine.

Wish there was a way to enforce the no cell phone use on the equipment to prevent so many cell phone zombies stalling out on the equipment and getting in the way... Which is probably a gym wide problem but a problem nonetheless. Other than that its a planet fitness, its a great gym for the casual gym goer.

Its a fine gym for what you pay for it most of the time. Occasionally equipment is down longer than youd like, and staff are less helpful/attentive/awake, but its a discount gym and is open 24/7 which is all I ask for. Generally not busy super early or super late, but pretty steady during most waking hours.

Clean with multiple of each workout machine so you never have to wait very long for your turn. Separate changing rooms in the lookers rooms is a plus and the showers are always clean. Very friendly staff.

The Montgomery gym is great and located well. Gym is kept very clean as well as the locker and shower rooms. Lots of equipment so usually no wait.

I have the black card membership so I go to a lot of planet fitness this one is by far the best. Staff is usually nice, and its big enough you dont have to wait around

Great location and plenty of parking. Suprisingly clean showers and locker room compared to some Planet Fitness locations Ive visited. All the equipment is well organized as well as other sections like the tanning and massage areas. Im considering making it my home gym.

Nice place

The only planet fitness that Ive been to where the water filter light was not green. I agree w/ the reviews about plates being everywhere (seems to be becoming the norm at a lot of the planet fitnesses though), and the broken machines. Its a shame - the gym itself is a good size, and is in a decent location.

Extremely nice folks

I am not someone who can work out at the same time everyday but anytime Ive gone there has been plenty of access to the equipment. Even when the parking lot is packed I have never had a problem getting on a machine that I wanted to use. Sometimes the TVs dont work.

Best time too go is after 7pm when lot of the people are gone and the equipment is generally free. (during the weeks days that is)

3 stars is generous. The locker room, bathroom, and tanning beds were not maintained.

The general manager disrespected my mother infront of me while trying to hav a normal conversation. I was outraged and dropping my membership from this place

I have to update my review as they updated their machines. I wish they would have considered my likes . I hate the new elliptical machines and I will never step foot in this gym again.

Clean, good machines, nice decor to spend time in to exercise. Best gym in the area Ive tried so far. Cant beat the price.

The staff are great but the womens shower area isnt the cleanest. There are times when Ive come the next day and the same trash, hair, stains, etc will still be in the shower or changing rooms.

It was deffently a frustrating last few days but...I deffently am giving them a second chance NOT something i normally do. The key to the second chance is that they didnt sweep the problem under the rug.The Assistant Manager Mike was great he went through everything and apologized accepted responsibility and worked through everything. Very Happy with the out come.

I previously enjoyed my time at Planet Fitness, but I am not using it right now and did not want to pay my annual membership fee, so I called earlier this month (5/12) to cancel. I did not have my original contract, but the gentleman told me that I needed to cancel by notarized letter or come in by the end of the month to cancel. I came in 5/28 to cancel and was told that I had not cancelled in time to avoid the fee, despite what their employee had told me. I called corporate customer service and was told that it was pending and at the discretion of the club manager, who would be able to remove it once it hit my credit card as a courtesy since there was a miscommunication with her employee. I have now tried calling three days in a row and cannot get a hold of the manager or get someone to take a message. The past two employees were very polite but the employee this morning was very snippy and said that the manager would not help me. I am frustrated and want someone to get in touch with me.

Everyone is very friendly! I go after 11pm when Im done work bc its my local gym and it isnt super crowded around that time, which I love, but its definitely busier in the earlier hours of the evening.

Cancelled my membership because I do not use it at all and to avoid the extra charge they have in the beginning of May. However, they charged me an extra $39.I called them. They said, its in the terms and conditions that tells you to cancel 5 days prior to May 1st. They cannot do anything because I cancelled 4 days before May 1st.BIG SCAM!
