I really wanted to give this place a shot considering it’s close to work. The last few times I went there it was a long line and when I get to the front I see why. The older gentlemen working up front has absolutely no sense of urgency as the line gets longer and longer. He takes his good ole time getting the cars through as he continues holding conversations. The 2nd pet is the washer is not that great and some of the car like the back bumper is still dirty and they people drying the cars are not doing a great job. I’ve had numerous watermarks left on my car from not being dried thoroughly. Tried again today to give them another chance and the guy up front was just standing there talking about camping with a customer around noon and didn’t care I was sitting their waiting. Luckily nobody was behind me because I backed up and left . Won’t be back anymore.

I love the carwash club and the great staff that works there. The team is efficient friendly and timely. I love having a sparkling clean car and shiny wheels.They also offer a platform for detailing and icky bug removals from your windshield and hood.In my humble opinion North Penn is hitting it out of the park and doing it right.Thanks for your kindness.

They told me all minor scratches will come off, but nothing came off. When i took my truck back he doesnt want to even talk to me and answed he did what he could and left. I will not recommend to anyone to use this detail shop. I wasted $200 for nothing . Very very poor job. I wouldve rather done the detail with turtle wax by myself . Im so disappointed with the job and his behavior after the job ..

Car wash does a good job but manager (gary) and owner (jim) take tips for themselves from the kids outfront. I dontt support that type of business practice.

Paid for the $29.95 Monthly Unlimited WORKS wash, went in yesterday and received an express wash, not sure why. Hope this doesnt happen again next time 😔. Besides the incident that took place yesterday, theyre service has been wonderful.

They did a good job 4 me

Not thrilled. Paid for the most expensive cleaning and my car still came out dirty. Paint was dirty, rims were filthy. Soap was not rinsed all the way off.Will not be coming back. Ive left 1 Star because thats the lowest you can leave. That Star goes to towards the friendly staff, they were good. The wash job is what dropped it to 1 star.

The best at a great value! I highly recommend a membership due to the many times I made a second visit in a single day due to rain or bird droppings after I just had a wash. See Jim, really nice guy who explains everything!

Ok place, reasonable prices.

Well maintained, clean car wash. Love to come here some mornings to relax & detail. The $5 for 15 minutes bays are awesome. Wash brushes could be more plush/clear coat friendly. (I bring my own brush or Mitt) BUT theyre still in great condition. Helpful, friendly staff. One of my favorite things is the layout of the property. Plenty of room to wash & detail without being crowded (Nice size lot). Also, you can turn off the water when youre not using it, GREAT FEATURE.

Not what I wanted!!

You will never wash your car/truck in 4 mins so make it a car rinse! Or make most of the bays $5 for 10mins. There is so much soap it will take at 4mins to rinse your vehicle.

I got the unlimited wash and I am very happy with it they do a nice job every time. Its also nice that they hand dry everything after you go through

Could not believe the level of customer service I received from the “general manager”. He clearly had a bad morning and from a simple question “this is my first time here, what level car wash do you recommend for a white car”, i got a sly remark and was told I didn’t know how to speak. I had backed right out of the line. Would NEVER go back. As a long time business owner I’m embarrassed for him. I’m leaving this type of a review for a car wash. A car wash people lol. Definitely a first for me. Enjoy your day!

Highly recommended they do a great job for the splash and dash wash for six dollars but I do think it should be free vacuums not a token for five minutes very friendly and helpful staff!

Wax and Go left a lot of soap on my car and in the door frames. They need a power wash spraying of water before they blow dry the car.Windshield has a lot of water marks.Other than that the car looks clean, just wasnt thrilled with the left over amounts of soap.1 token for5 mins of vacuuming was useful.

Manager was awful, literally started yelling at my mother for not being able to understand what he was saying?? It’s 2020 for godsake. Embarrassing.

Came here for a free car wash deal. They also gave you a token to vacuum. This is a local car washing place that was nearby and great customer service. Good place to come to for a car wash if you are local.

I didnt actually get a car was... After he tried to make sense of me paying $11 and leaving with a dripping wet car(they dont dry your car like every other car wash place Ive been to)... I decided to go to a traditional car wash place... In stead of paying extra for a hand wash where they would provide the luxury of actually drying your car when done...

A bit disappointed with exterior detailing job. Clay bar was recommended but they decided not to use the clay bar without notifying me. I believe the clay bar would have removed all oxidation on paint. Instead they decided to just put on two coats of wax on it.

The staff here are always very professional and pleasant to deal with. I subscribe to their unlimited wash monthly plan. Subscribers, dont forget to ask for a vacuum token at each wash!

This place put a nice scrape down the passenger side of my truck. The guy presumably running the show was brash and had an attitude for no reason. Will never be back.

I used to be a car detailer for Dealerships and I must say they do wonderful. They even clean inside your door jams and get down in their knees to actually clean your rims without those scratchy brush! My new weekly go to!

Got a detail on my Truck after I bought it. They did a phenomenal job! I work near by so they picked up and dropped off the car to my job.

Let me start by saying I have a few years experience auto detailing. The staff here is friendly but not very experienced. I paid for a 20 minute trunk detail which cost $50, not atrocious. The only issue is that the detailer left a pool of water in my trunks cargo compartment. The wiring in my car runs to the battery in the rear. The amount of water shorted my bmws amp and speakers. $450 to replace.

The staff here is nice but owner is not. Car wash caused damage that they wouldnt pay to repair as he said how do i know it was not already broken. I would stay away as they dont want to take responsibility for damages. The carwash on 309 by bergeys or the no touch in lansdale are better options.
