ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOLKS!!!!! I desperately needed new tires on the front of my 2008 pickup truck back in December 2020. I called around to 7 different places, found Murrays on Google and called. Not only did Mike Murray get my tires and my truck in the next day, but same make and model tire that I had on the rear and LESS EXPENSIVE than the place I got the ones on the rear INSTALLED TOO!!! Mike, his wife Lisa and their son are very honest about what they do and they dont rob your wallet!!!! Had to come back in today for a few new issues (older truck still lots of original parts) but when I called Friday Mike was able to get me in immediately and everything is getting fixed today. Again, not breaking my bank account!!!! I will be leaving the area soon and wish I could take them all with me!! Scheduling service was courteous. Drop off after hours is easy and I was able to check the services needed on the service envelope. We have been customers of Murray’s many years. Our son also has his vehicles serviced at Murrays.

I like that its a family owned and operated business honest kind reliable ! They checked my oil for me they filled my windshield wiper fluid which Ive never had any car inspection garage do that for me, their service was above and beyond I would refer people to this business.

Honesty, integrity and attention to detail!I was referred to Mike @ Murray’s by a close friend when my previous mechanic ran into some health concerns and I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with my experience here. My previous mechanic was not only a close friend, but a beyond gifted mechanic. So, needless to say the bar for Mike and his crew was set pretty high and I didn’t expect to find another mechanic that I felt that “piece of mind” and trust with, but thanks to the awesome referral I DID and couldn’t be more grateful for Mike and his crew. He gave me a very respectful and straightforward explanation of his initial diagnosis, informed me of a few things that he noticed but didn’t necessitate immediate action and he didn’t try to persuade me into any more parts or services than what my truck actually needed. And, the work that was done spoke for itself and it was obvious that it was done by skilled mechanics that take pride in their work. Thank you Mike and the Murray’s staff for proving that there still are service centers out there that truly do have your best interest in mind and are more interested in the integrity of their name and developing long term customers than the dollar bill. Mike and Lisa were a great help. I came in for advice on tire damage. Mike was able to assess the damage and recommend me a new tire. The new tire came in within an hour and Mike changed it right then and there! The price for the new tire and installation was fair, no upcharging happening here. This was the fastest and best service I’ve had so far. I will definitely be coming here again for any future car issues and recommending it to anyone in the area.

I wanted to say how pleased I am with Murrays team. My mom and I own a crv, which my mom is unable to drive. I am the primary driver. About 4 yrs ago I needed tires and I have been looking everywhere for inexpensive ones. I am a teacher assistant and cant afford much. A co worker pointed me in the direction of Murrays because her husband used them. Well, they were phenomenal and worth the price. My tires were super bad off too. They really hooked me up. Now this is a place I go to regularly now for inspections. They are very understanding of our financial situation. They are very helpful, kind and courteous. I have never had any issues with them. Everyone who works here is rude/ takes buisness for granted. The man and women behind the desk will treat you poorly. Shocked people go here regularly.

Murrays Tire and Automotive Center is great. Brought a used car in for Mike to inspect before I purchased it. The vehicle was being sold as is, but had a new inspection sticker. I needed to know what was wrong. Repair costs would have been well over $1200.00. It was a deal breaker. Mike explain everything that was wrong and cost of repair. Will be bringing the next car Im interested in purchasing back to Murrays. I recommend this service to anyone thinking of purchasing a used vehicle.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable shop. I needed new tires for my Jeep while traveling for work from Fl, the were able to have the tires the next day and had installed them without an appointment in less than an hour! There is good reason why they have been in business since 1940 great customer service!!

Ive found this company to be honest and fair. Mike usually offers a price based on OEM replacement parts but also gives the option of after market parts. They are good technicians and do the job right.

Not enforcing mask mandate. My wife had to wait outside in the cold because people were in the waiting room with no masks. Employees were not wearing masks either.

Had a slow leak in my tire, gave these folks a call told me to stop by. Upon arrival got right to work, was in and out in no time. Will certainly be back and would recommend this shop to others. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This establishment is what any car owner and consumer fears. I had Murray’s Tire & Auto Service install 4 new tires on my vehicle. This car is a pleasure car of mine that is rarely driven......only on sunny days. It is pristine. When I dropped the car off, the wheels were 100% perfect. When I picked the car up, 2 of my wheels were damage. They damaged 2 of my wheels and the owner, Mike Murray, got into an argument with me, demanding that the wheels were already damaged before he touched my vehicle! He refused to take responsibility for his completely unacceptable quality of work and did nothing to resolve the matter. Now I am going to pursue other avenues to get this matter resolved obviously, but I feel is it important for anyone reading these reviews to know what has happened to me.Take my advice.......stay away from this facility.

Had a nail in my tire and they removed it, patched it and they were done in about 15 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I cant think of any way they could have serviced my vehicle any better.

Top notch...you will find fair value, unlike chain repair shops that rip you off.

The most rudest business I have ever delt with. The woman in there is always nasty and has the most miserable look on her face. You call in and they dont want to help you and give you an attitude. Dont know how they have stayed in business. A great example of how NOT to treat a customer.
