My battery died after a very long day at work. I called AAA and they started their process. AAA said some one would be out in 45 minutes. Rick, from Bobs, was here in less than 10 minutes. He took care of my battery in another 10 minutes. Thanks again Rick! Merry Christmas.

I reached out to AAA for my flat tire and Bobs sent out John who changed it in a jiffy. They were so helpful in repairing it and helped me with oil change as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Took truck in for check engine light. 70.00 to run a diagnostic. 180.00 to remove 2 cylinders and put back on. Called to say he didnt have the tool to remove the sparks plugs couldnt fix the truck unless he could hold onto it for 8 weeks. Was able to return the flashlight left in the engine from the last 1200.00 repair. 271.00 to tell me he couldnt fix it. Truck sat in lot for 3 days. Last repair took 4 weeks. This guy is a crook.

We called AAA for a tow on a exotic car on Wednesday evening. After companies refusing to tow this car AAA was able to get Bobs Auto clinic to do the tow. We had Bill as our tow guy. This guy was amazing he stuck with the job and wasnt going to give up. Had he given up the car would have been either stolen or pieced out by the drug addicts. Bill has the biggest heart and understands life, and what people are going through. I had never even heard of this company before but now they have any business I can give them. I am also going to be telling everyone I know how great Bill at Bobs Auto clinic is. Being a hairdresser I talk to a lot of people. Bill you were a god sent and we all appreciate how hard and how determined you are. You have clients for life when we call AAA we are going to request Bobs Auto Clinic. Thanks the yellow Ferrari gang.

Another mechanic in the area wanted to charge me about $4000 in repairs to fix a couple of leaks, I went for a second opinion to Bobs and they were able to fix everything that day and for about $400! 100% would recommend them, absolutely saved me my annual heating oil costs by going there. Thanks!

My experience with this place was nothing short of a nightmare! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I am a member of AAA and they mistakenly used this place to book a tow. They said they would be there in an hour and didnt show up for two hours! Then they finally called me and said they were outside (even though they were supposed to call me when they were getting close, not when they were already here.) I told them I would be out in 5 minutes as i was in the restroom. When I got outside they had already left! It had been 6 minutes! So I immediately called them and they said they went to get gas. They said they will definitely be back within the hour but an hour came and went and they never showed up. So I called again, multiple times, and they refused to pickup! They completely screwed me over and left me broken down FOR FIVE HOURS! If this place treats people like me like this, imagine how they will treat you! STAY AWAY!!!

Finding an honest person in this business is tough !! Guess what I did. My car I brought in is 15 yo, it was making a noise. They could of told me IT was 20 different things but they were honest and I was grateful . It’s a rare thing to find an honest auto body shop . Thank you !!

Had a dead battery on Christmas eve. Called AAA and Rick was dispatched to me. He was there within 15 minutes and saved the day. Very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Great service! I needed a towing really late at night in the cold and most places were closed. Finally called these guys and a guy named John came picked me up. Waiting time was very accurate and the price they quoted was very fair. First 5 miles $70 flat + $4/mile. The guy was super friendly no nonsense and straight forward. Highly recommended.

UNSAFE DRIVERS, explaination below.Was waiting to safely (due to the snowstorm) left onto rt309 from broad Street at 3:25pm today when a truck driver from this company speed around me and 3 other cars into the right lane then cut across traffic and in front of other cars to turn left from the right lane with 1-2inches of snow still on the ground.I personally would not trust any company that has so little regard for the rules of the road.

The tow truck driver was absolutely amazing. We had a unique situation and the driver did everything he could and finally got our car out.He was very professional and never got frustrated with the very difficult situation.

Had a flat tire. Called AAA and Bobs Auto Clinic responded promptly. Jake (I think that was his name) was very polite and quick. It was bitterly cold. He insisted that I stay inside the car. I would recommend them if you need roadside assistance.

Its hard to find an honest mechanic you can trust Bobs Auto Clinic is definitely that. Bob him self handles all the customers and makes you feel like youre a part of the family. 24-hour towing mechanical state inspection and a full body shop.

Even though there is a lack of upkeep with the ineterior furniture/design they are very friendly, owner as well as staff, would recommend to anyone in need of assistance. Best of all if you have AAA they are a certified AAA company.
