Prices are reasonable for the work you get and just treating with such nice and very professional staff is worth the money!! Highly recommend.

Best dealership I’ve ever interacted with! They are genuinely friendly and caring and very customer service oriented! Everyone from the sales people to the mechanics to the receptionist in the service department (Gina) are all very engaging, considerate and thoughtful. They actually made a video of the problem they found with my car and texted me the video so I could see exactly what was going on. I love that!

A great experience visiting Bergeys of Lansdale this week, resulting in my purchasing a new car. Tyler was helpful and informative, easy to talk to in review of the car and flexible in fitting his schedule to mine as we came to an agreement and moved to close the deal. The financing portion of the process was also effective with no rush or excessive pressure to sign up for services and coverage. Tyler was thorough in reviewing the offerings, coverage periods and pricing to consider. This is the third car we have purchased at this location and we have always had a good experience with the people, cars and service over the years.

This was a used 2008 F150. Sales was excellent. Transfer was quick. The vehicle was in good shape for the year. The price was fair. I only put around 200 miles on it . So far so good. More miles will tell.

Easy process to test drive. Wanted to test drive a Mach E and was able to get in and test it within 5 minutes compared to like 30 minutes to test drive a Volvo. Didnt end up buying since I want a GT model but I appreciate you can get in and experience various cars quickly

Over 4,100 people died from corona virus yesterday...and mask wearing was optional inside the dealership. My car was in service and I had to wait an hour and a half and never in my life have I been more uncomfortable. Had it not been so cold today I would have waited outside. Do they really value their customers if customer health is not cared for? On a positive note, my service advisor was great and HE wore his mask!!! I likely will not be back here for sales or service.

When I made my appointment the service rep was pleasant. Made my appointment at a convenient time. Asked me if I wanted to have any other service provided other than what I just requested.I was only thinking of my pressing problem but since he asked I scheduled my inspection also.This was lucky for me because with the inspection he found a gas leak.Unfortunately the car from sitting for an extended period of time needs more work than I realized so I chose to not have the work done.I’m planning on having the work done by Bergeys at another time.

Refreshingly polite, had the inspection completed early. Told me, unsolicited, that my brakes and tires were in good shape - I never would have thought to ask that but, once mentioned, I though that was good info to know! The price, including rotating my tires, was $102 which was less than I have paid in the past. Bergeys will be taking care of my car henceforth.

What a wonderful and EASY car buying experience. I was able to test a variety of SUV’s to see what exactly suited my needs . Went to Bergey’s because my transmission went out on my escape. Staff was very friendly. It may have taken 3 weeks to get my car in and repaired, but they hooked me up with 2021 escape as a loaner for that time…now I want to upgrade. I dropped my Ford Focus off for an oil change and a repair. I was called later to let me know what was found. I agreed to the recommendations and was able to pick it up later in the day. My car trouble experience did not start out well as it began on a weekend which made it difficult for the car warranty company to facilitate getting the car to the dealer. Once things got going the assistant service manager Gina McConnell was communicating and informing me about repairs needed very quickly and efficiently. The warranty coverage was clear. I was disappointed that some extra repairs were necessary but I gave the go ahead to have the repairs completed. I had purchased the vehicle just 5 months and 500 miles ago from another dealer. As I expressed my disappointment to Gina she responded with empathy. She also took the time at the end of a long day to make contact with the other dealer. At the end of it I am a satisfied customer and truly believe that people like Gina are the best reason to do business with Bergeys Ford of Lansdale. The evening staff proved themselves also by solving a snafu while trying to retrieve my vehicle in the lot at the end of the day. A great group to trust your vehicle to or maybe get one of those hot new Mustangs from.

I own a local business and one of our trucks broke down and left us in a pinch yesterday, unable to complete our deliveries. I called Bergeys Ford in Lansdale and was told they would be happy to take a look at it though they were booked for the day and couldnt make any promises. Gina and the crew at Bergeys came through and got my truck in, looked at and repaired in the middle of a hot summer day with an obviously packed schedule from the looks of their shop and parking lot at the time we dropped our truck off mid-morning. By the middle of the afternoon we had our truck back and in perfect working order. Bergeys diagnosed the issue (a worn through wire harness that was causing the fuel pump not to work) and took the extra effort to re-route the wire with a new harness and additional protection so the problem does not happen again in the future. The truck is new so the issue was in Ford manufacturing not anything to do with Bergeys but Bergeys took the time and diligance to correct the issue and get my company back on the road in no time. Much appreciated!

I was looking for a new Ford Edge and stopped in and talked to Tyler and Tyler was great. Tyler showed me what was available in current inventory as well as incoming stock and when neither of these options produced the options and color I preferred Tyler went the extra mile to looked at other dealers to see if what I wanted was available and found an exact match. Tyler secured the vehicle and it was available at Bergeys Ford in Lansdale the next day. The buying process was quick, smooth and pleasant. The staff was polite and respectful even when they had to tell me my van needed a new engine.The work was completed sooner than expected but I did end up bringing the van back when I noticed a component of the propane system wasn’t secured correctly and some coolant on the top of the engine block that looked like a possible leak. They addressed those concerns quickly and free of charge while I waited.Overall, I am happy with the end result and would recommend them to anyone for service of their Ford truck or van. Especially one equipped to run on propane.

I have used Bergeys for our vehicle service in the time weve been back here and we are totally happy. Gina and DJ at the Service Desk are two of the nicest people weve met. Most accommodating and efficient, always willing to help out with appointments and also nice to talk with. Service has always been spot on and the Technicians are great. I recently sold my old F150 to Bergeys Ford of Lansdale and ordered a new 2021 F150. Right from the start my experience with Tyler Hemmerle was fantastic, he answered all of my questions quickly and was happy to give me all the information I asked for through email when other dealers completely ignored me or refused to talk until I showed up in person.When I showed up to the dealership, Tyler and Mary let me test drive a couple different trucks to help me decide exactly which options I wanted and my experience couldnt have been better. In the end I decided to order a F150 with the 3.5V6 instead of buying one with a 2.7V6 that was in stock, and I was still offered the same discount that was previously discussed.I really appreciate the fair pricing that this dealership offers and that they dont make you fight for it. I will be spending a large amount of money with the Bergeys Ford parts department when my new truck arrives to thank them for my pleasant experience with their new vehicle sales staff. I already have a long list of Ford accessories that Id like to order ready to go.

Ever been to a good restaurant and the waiter is really patient, takes your order, doesnt rush you, and makes you feel satiated and warm when youve left? Thats how my experience at Bergeys Ford of Lansdale was. Marlin, and the general manager Mary, treated us like family. We took weeks to determine that we would actually purchase the used car, driving it four times and working with them to smooth out any considerations. We left with that warm all over feeling that we had been treated like one of their family. I would 100% recommend doing business with them. Treat them fairly and they will do the same for you. For inspection I was charged $ 230. to replace the horn in my 2001 Ford Ranger. That horn gets used ALL THE TIME, and It worked just fine until it was in their shop. BULL!!! They ripped me off!!! Dont go there. Highway Robbery!!!!

I recently bought a car from Bergey’s about 9 months ago. The car was used, and I opted out of purchasing a warranty. I was told the car was just inspected and had 4 new tires. Because of COVID-19 I had only driven the car 4000 miles when I brought it to be checked because all the tires kept going flat.Long story short... DJ at the front desk had Ford pay to replaced the tire due to erosion. I was upset about the leaking tires and Bergey’s stepped up and made the situation better. I would definitely do business here again and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I recently visited Bergeys Ford of Lansdale looking for a used car. I have been around the world, to Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland for a specific car within my price range. Bob was the brave salesman that took me on and dealt with millions of questions. He handled himself with the utmost respect and genuinely is a good person. I actually purchased a vehicle here january of 2017 and wanted to update on how things went then and how things are going now. my parents went and negotiated for my used 2014 ford escape titanium. they had a wonderful experience buying the car. now over 4 years later, i’ve put about 60k miles on the car and the only things i’ve had to replace are normal wear and tear items like tires, oil, filters, break pads, etc. the car rides just as well then as it did when i first got it. also it was immediately driven 1000 miles south to FL where i was living at the time with no issues whatsoever. no ridiculous fees came along with the purchase of this car, which many dealerships tack on nowadays to increase the price of the car $1000-1500. we always talk about how it was a great deal then & also how great the car has been everyday since. i recommend this dearlership if you’re looking for a used car, they sell quality vehicles!
