My car door was banged up from me scraping it against my garage. With my insurance, Bergey’s did an excellent job with the repair. The estimated time was exactly how long it took. I received emails throughout the process on how my car was doing and even a phone call letting me know they had to remove some bumper stickers for the paint job.

I will never take my truck or vehicles there again. The service was good but the body shop suck, I had to take it back there 3 times for the spots and the finish was very very BAD!! So if you need to get your vehicle fixed DONT go there. My 2017 Ram BLUE!!

The Bergey’s team was very professional throughout, from providing the estimate to completing the work ahead of their original estimated schedule. Bergey’s not only repaired the dent in my truck, but they cleaned the exterior and interior of the truck. The truck looked great and they made the body-work repair process straight forward and easy.

The people who work here will really, really take care of you. I came in for a comprehensive claim due to damage on my headlamp, during a very busy period of my life between work, school, and family commitments.They did a fantastic job at giving an appropriate estimate of the work needed and helping me execute the claims process. They were beyond understanding and helpful with the entire claims, repair, and pickup process, keeping me informed step-by-step and always remembering the humanity in their service. And of course, the repair work itself looked and functioned fantastically and has held up wonderfully since. I enthusiastically recommend Bergeys Collision Centers!

I was rear ended and took a car to burgeys they detailed and washed it as extra service. This was not part of the repair and I appreciate the extra service.

The work done to my car was fine. What really bothered me was an issue regarding AAA. On the AAA app, it says that if you have a membership, and you go to this facility you can get 10% discount off of labor and repairs. When picking up my car, I showed this to the woman I was paying- and she said that this discount doesnt apply to me (even though I got my back bumper replaced). I asked why, and she said that this coupon only applies to mechanical repairs, even though they arent a mechanic? I paid, and then decided to follow up with AAA since this seemed weird at best. The man at AAA told me that my coupon should have most definitely applied, and that this is something that this facility does quite often, and that they have had many complaints about. Regardless of your order, if you show them this or any AAA coupon, they tell you that it doesnt apply to your order, and then have you pay full price. A complete rip off, and disgusting that they would lie to customers like this. Will not be returning, and please beware.

I’m giving them a 2 star because overall the repairs were done well however attention to detail is extremely lacking. The first time I used them I pick up my van and the sliding door was not lined up properly and my engine wouldn’t start. They fixed those things but I had to wait 1.5 hours. Second time I used them I pick up my van and the check engine light is on and some error message showing and now I’m waiting for them to correct that. In addition both times my car was very dirty inside. I would have expected them to detail my car as a way of going above and beyond but they did not. I won’t use them again or recommend them.

Really nice customer service at the front desk but they took way longer then expected for a very small repair then gave us a problem about wanting us to pick it up immediately after they were finally done. They didnt call till the afternoon to let us know that the car was done and we couldnt pick it up that night. We said wed pick it up the next morning and they gave us a hard time about it.

Very professional. Followed up each phone call with email, which helped a great deal. Work was gorgeous and completed a day early!

I have had a terrible experience with this place. My vehicle was in for an insurance job - approx. 11K worth of damage to the rear. Apparently insurance jobs mean find the cheapest replacement parts possible, slap them together with no attention to detail, and act totally un-caring and un-concerned when there is a problem. Yes, we got them to fix the tail-light that was falling out and dim and the rear-view camera that didnt work. We just figured the greasy handprints, dust, overspray and everything else in the car was not something they really felt like dealing with. I actually asked that they address the overspray - guess what they didnt do... They couldnt even do something as simple as put the licence plate frame back on right. I went to switch the frame this weekend and had to grind down the screws/re-tap the holes. I dont even know how they could screw that up, but they did.The shame of it is, I grew up with the Bergeys name as part of my household conversation as my father has a small business that dealt with Bergeys for decades. They were an honorable and noble business. I actually chose to have my car towed there when I had my accident since I trusted their work from the reputation that I had in my mind. Such an incredible disappointment.Not that it matters, but I will NEVER do any business with Bergeys for as long as I shall live in this area. My 3 kids will turn driving age in a few years, and I will never purchase a vehicle from the organization. I will never come to Bergeys for repairs. I will never so much as fill my car up with gas at their gas station or get my car washed there. Im done. Crooks and liars. Such a shame.

Had my 2016 Acura MDX repaired. They did a wonderful job and I couldnt be happier. Shannan was professional and courteous and promptly took care of all my concerns. The whole process was seamless and easy. 5 Srars!!

I had my truck at Bergeys they tore the gas line out of top of tank,gave me a gas leaking truck 2 drive, had it towed back from Sunoco station they flagged it has hazardous. Bergeys lied and denied it to my face,then charged state farm on my claim for dent on side of my truck, lairs,theif,fraudBergeys collision on broad st lansdale paSTAY FAR AWAY.hit me up I have more about this scum !!!
