Fantastic Service! We were in bind - 1500 miles from home and in need of service on a Highlander. Kyle and Seth went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and complete the necessary repairs in short order. Even stayed late to finish the job. They were professional, responsive, and kind...just what youd hope for in an automotive dealer!

This is a tale that starts back in the beginning of March 2021. My wife and I finally decided that it was time that we bought our first new vehicle and started looking for one. We decided on the 4Runner because its lack of total computer control, reliability, resale, ease of maintenance, and 3rd row option. We live in West Yellowstone and need something that is capable as well as reliable. Its a 2 hour drive to anything of importance and we get a heck of a lot of snow in the winter.We knew what build options we wanted and were on the hunt. The Lander location just happened to have one on the lot that met the requirements and so we made an inquiry and found ourselves talking with Josh Applegate. We talked about pricing but due to the 5 hour one way drive, we drifted toward a closer dealer. This closer dealer ended up being horribly pushy and every time that we talked to them, it was a different person with a different story... Despite ALL of this, Josh kept in touch with us. After a long and painful process of getting our deposit back from this terrible dealer, Josh found us a vehicle that met every requirement, plus a few extras and a deal was struck. The vehicle just wouldnt be making it into the US for awhile.I used to work for a GM dealer in Texas and I knew all about just how a lot of sales people can be only interested in the hook and sale. Not at all with Josh. He went the extra mile all the way to delivery. Regular updates, answering random questions(even on his off days!), being 100% accurate with all of the numbers, pictures of the 4Runners arrival at the dealer, installation of our asked for wheels and tires, and even pictures of it sitting in the showroom waiting for us to get there.Getting a ride that distance was a bit of a pain but totally worth the road trip! Going over numbers, paperwork, sales spiff items... It was all smooth, well thought out, and no hassle at all. If I find myself back in Lander, drinks are on me guys. Hats off to Cheyne in finance, Corky the sales manager, and Josh most of all for seeing us through from phone call to delivery!

We had such a wonderful experience, Chad made buying our Toyota Tacoma as painless as possibly. Other dealerships literally turned us down for doing a custom build. Unfortunately, I have to change my 5 star rating due to the incompetence of the service department. I purchased my 4Runner a month ago and it has been back to the dealership 3 times because the service department cant be trusted when they say its fixed. Today will be the 4th time. When you tell the customer yes, its fixed, make sure it is. 1 star is only because the sales department is great.

I went into Fremont Toyota Lander on Friday 8/21/2020 in hopes of looking for a vehicle. I was aided by Mark Elliott and Josh Applegate. They were more than friendly with me. I was looking to get a Toyota Tacoma that would fit my needs and my budget. After an attempt to find a Tacoma, there was no luck. However, Mark and Josh said that they have a vehicle that might fit my needs. That’s then they brought the 2012 Toyota Tundra, and after taking it for a test drive, I was hooked. We then went back to start filling out paperwork and looking over all the numbers, I was a little nervous. I was worried that I was gonna have to wait months and months to get this vehicle within my price range, but Mark and Josh were willing to work with me. After a lot of paperwork and signatures, I was able to leave that afternoon happy and satisfied. People are nice, service is slow. It takes about a week to get a vehicle in for regular service. Oil change can take three plus hours. Took vehicle in for a vibration and it was not taken care of. Brand new vehicle by the way.

The Sales dept has been good to us for the past 27 years but SERVICE is terrible, worse then just incompetent they tried to rip us off several times did not give us the good, better, best option they only quoted top of the line parts and a HUGE labor bill at the same time they made the car worse before it just drifted left now shakes and they tried to blame my tire guys for the problem and changed their story for why it was drifting 3 times DONT TRUST the service dept they are only out to make as much money as possible and think women are idiots and dont know anything about mechanics !!! I am sad to say that after a 27 year relationship with FREMONT MOTORS they have totally lost my trust and will never darken their doors again !

We were traveling and nearing Lander Wy when suddenly a piece of metal came flying out from behind our car. We were able to retrieve the piece and initially felt it was the catalytic converter cover on our Lexus RDX. We’re from Wisconsin and were traveling home. It was a Saturday and although my husband is knowledgeable regarding car repairs we weren’t able to easily access the underbody of the car. The Toyota dealership was open but given it was Saturday the service department was not. I had called them and we went there to see if they could help us out. The staff, Mark and the mechanic were unbelievably helpful. They put the car up on the hoist and managed to wire the muffler cover in place securely so we could continue on our journey home without concern. We cannot express our thankfulness for their friendly, professional service. I believe customer service is the essence of any company and this dealership exceeded our expectations!! Well done! Everything about this dealership was pristine.
