This guy will rip you off with a smile. I bought a driver side glass from him OVERPRICED but it was the lowest out of the 3 prices he gave me. He ripped new my door panel off and gave it back hanging and had the nerve to tell me that’s how I brought it to him but if I get new mounts he’ll fix it… BBB report coming and I’ll see Chuy in court for the damages I got time.

Expect rude customer service and to be insulted by one of the workers. I tried to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced. Our phone connections were muffled and we had trouble hearing each other. When I asked the guy to repeat himself, he said “oh my god…. You sound retarded!” And he hung up. They lost my business

Had my windshield replaced today, for less than half the cost I was quoted by another place in town. It was done quickly, neatly and competently. It’s a pleasure to watch people work when they’re good at their jobs. Everyone was friendly, and they didn’t even charge extra to let me watch.Just don’t go in expecting it to look like AV Ford or even Pep Boys. Their sign says they’ve been open since ‘89, and there’s stuff sitting around the shop that was probably there on opening day. Be sure you get to see the office, the walls and ceiling are covered in posters, pictures and mementos, and the door is studded with car logos. As another review suggests, bringing a folding chair would be a smart move if you’re going to wait (I didn’t, but they found me something to sit on.) You’ll need to drop off a cash deposit to get your windshield ordered, and more cash for the balance. The business next door is an auto salvage place that was carrying cars around on a forkliftSo, in addition to a great price, my visit to Chuy’s was a real experience. Check it out!!

I called windshield replacement places from Lancaster to Valencia and all of the prices were about the same but I found Chuy’s Auto Glass and their prices were $50 cheaper than everyone else I called.I got there and they assisted me and started working on my car almost immediately and they told me it would take about 1 hour and ended up taking about 30 minutes. Every person working was so friendly and helpful and they did my car and someone else’s car at the same time. I am very pleased with the quality of service and work and my windshield looks so nice! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!Something to note: they only accept cash!!!

Very low costs! Very intellectual with what they are doing. Dont let the outside of the shop throw you off. Work was done in just less of an hour. Half the cost of Safelite wanted. Will gladly come back if another busted windshield happens!

I live up on Edwards AFB and needed the front and back windows installed in my 71 Ford. I couldnt drive it off the base and was looking for someone who would come out to the base and do the job for me. After a few calls to other businesses who wouldnt make the drive or wouldnt install the windows because I purchased them from another company, I contacted Chuy. He said it wouldnt be a problem and he could do the job. A few days later he and two employees came out and spent about 30 minutes installing both windows. He and his employees were fast and professional and the price was comparable to the other companies who wouldnt do the job.

They put on a windshield that appeared to be blurry looking from the inside of the vehicle out. Very poor quality, when advised of the issue he immediately said in a unprofessional way oh well. Would not go again or recommend this place to anyone. I had to repay to get a new windshield.

Not big and fancy, not easy to find, but worth a visit. Chuy has never let me down, and always has the best prices.

Made an appointment for 8:30 AM the guy who was suppose to fix my window was at a Dr. Appointment so the other employees didnt know where my window was. So i was told to wait 2-3hrs no thanks,went right around the corner, glass was put in around 30min. Best Price auto glass by Tonys tires is the place to go!

Not a bad price especially for the exceptional quality of work, despite the surroundings Chuys employees know what they ate doing and produce a great product. The only reason I didnt rate a five is because looks like Chuu was having a bad day, which reflected on his attitude. I recommend Chuys Auto glass.

Had the best price of all places I contacted. Deleons wouldnt match Chuys. I went in and paid half as a deposit. Glass came next day and his guys installed within the hour. Looks and feels much better. Highly recommend.Update: 1 year later, Glass still feels and looks as new. I have had no issues with water leaking inside or anything that indicates poor worksman ship. Great job.

I took a day off work so they can come and replace my windshield. I was promised they would come to me instead of me driving to them to first pay for the windshield so they can order it and then come back the next day to have it installed. They did not show up! Waste of time and money!
