We are very happy with our new doors and windows. We had five windows in the front replaced with internal grids, three doors and four storm doors. From our initial contact with a salesman at the farmers market to our final inspection, we were consistently pleased with each member of the Aspen team and their responsiveness. Our windows and doors have truly upgraded the Aesthetic appearance of our home. And we love The functionality of the storm doors and being able to allow airflow through our home. Each item is solidly constructed! We would highly recommend Aspen!

Our 30+ year old wood windows were showing damage from harsh weather and sun. The heat from the sun made the rooms hot, and faded/damaged furniture. We had considered other franchise companies, but after learning about the windows and the company, chose Aspen.The sales reps were engaging, thorough, and knowledgeable, with no pressure. The costs were comparable to the franchise companies, but independent reviews of the window made our decision the right one for us. We planned to replace only 6 windows, but decided to replace 12! We chose to match the wood grain in our living room windows and they look fantastic!The installers were competent, courteous and respectful of us, and our property.The company follows up immediately, to ensure customer satisfaction. Installation was well performed, tightly sealed and should remedy cold draft issues. Looks good too. Would use them again. Original 1994 windows were replaced by ones without the dividers between the double panes. Definitely an upgrade in energy savings!

We had our roof replaced by Aspen. They made the process easy. The roof looks great and it has a 50 year warranty. In the process they asked good questions which led to them recommending adding a solar roof vent fan. It has already made a noticeable difference upstairs on hot days. We are going to save a lot of money on our electric bill due to the A/C not having to work so hard and no longer needing to constantly run additional window units upstairs because that fan pulls the hot air out.

We replaced all of our windows using Aspen. There were a few delays getting them installed, probably because of COVID, which seems to be affecting all aspects of construction, but other than that we had a very good experience with this company. We’re very pleased with the quality of the windows, made by Okna. Our experience with everyone working with this company, from the salesman to the installers and the person they sent to check on things after the work was done, was very good. Also, the price we paid was a few thousand dollars less than a neighbor paid another company recently to install their new windows. I would highly recommend Aspen to others.

The team was courteous and professional. They were polite to my wife which she greatlyappreciated. They did excellent work and even took care of a minor but important piece of siding repair. They cleaned the property including sweeping with a metal detector after completing the work.

The contractors at Aspen went above and beyond fixing my roof. We had no idea how bad our roof and how many other companies were dishonest and provided poor workmanship as well as how many extra layers of singles there were on our roof. The workers worked for A WEEK STRAIGHT in 105°F+ temperatures fast and skillfully. We are so grateful for the sheer speed, work ethic, talent, and precision these men put into making our home complete again. I still cant believe how they cleaned up over a ton of debris on my property in one day.I couldnt recommend this company enough.Thank you!

Clearly theyve been around for a long enough time to hire great employees because their tech had our old door removed and the new sliding door installed in 4 hours. Aspen recently did a siding replacement for our home. It took four months after signing to get the job done. At the signing, I was told to expect 4-6 weeks. It ended up being four months. Most of the four-month delay was not their fault. However, their communication during the wait was mediocre. I had to chase them for updates. The one time they reached out to me was about changing color. They said they would look at our second choice for the trim color. Then crickets. At installation, someone from Aspen was at our house for an hour or so, then disappeared, never to be seen again, and it was the local crew they hired to do the work there. They said a one-day install, and it took three. Even their internal communication was lacking. On day two of the install, someone from Aspen called to get the financing terms started. They were shocked to hear the job wasnt done, but they were just as interested in getting their money even though they had not finished the work.A couple of days after the install, the Aspen person who made a token appearance on day one called back, to ensure I was happy. He told me someone would come to do a post-job walkthrough to make a list of any issues and address them. That never happened.About six weeks after the job was done, I got an email about starting the warranty. I reminded the person contacting me the final walkthrough had had never been performed. I sent some pictures of the issues, both relatively minor. However, as much as they charged me, they are going to fix them. I sent the pictures, got a polite reply saying they would schedule a time to address them. That was two weeks ago. Since then, issues are not fixed, and they have not gotten back to me.As for price…after I signed the contract, I talked to a friend of the family who works in the building supply industry. When I told him the price, he estimated I was paying 15-20% too much. The entire process started with wind damage from a storm. I was haggling with the insurance. They were lowballing what they thought was the cost to repair. One deliverable the Aspen salesman promised was an estimate on replacing just the two sides of the house damaged so that I could take that to insurance and get a better settlement. That ended up being one more thing Aspen failed to deliver on.We are happy with the finished product(except the minor issues that need to be fixed), and it looks great, but due to the multitude of shortcomings I have mentioned. I will not do business with them again, and I recommend looking elsewhere for home improvement needs.

Shopping for replacement windows and choosing an installer has always been a challenge for me. I did my research and chose Aspen Home Improvements. They were incredibly wonderful to deal with from the first sales call thru a follow up visit post installation . The individuals I dealt with through the entire process were fabulous. The installers were efficient, careful and left the work areas clean. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

On September 1, three weeks ago, the remains of Hurricane Ida hit our area. Our basement flooded and water began seeping through the walls on the first floor. The water restoration company came out to help two days later. They went into the attic and found gaping holes around the chimney and said that the chimney had not been correctly sealed or flashed. We immediately contacted Aspen, who had put a new roof on our house just this May, which is still under warrantee. We called every day for nearly two weeks, spoke to the secretary who was lovely and said she would have someone from management contact us. We never received a single phone call from the company. We hired a private roofing inspector to come assess the damage. He confirmed that the roof around the chimney had not been properly sealed by Aspen and noticed several other defects that he determined were NOT caused by the storm but by Aspens faulty work. Today we woke up to more water in the walls. Aspen has not responded.We are not litigious people, and we understand they likely had lots of work following a big storm. ALL we wanted was for them to come fix the roof. If we hire a different company, our warrantee will be voided. The house has now suffered additional damage because they refuse to simply contact us, take responsibility, and repair the roof. At this point we will likely have to hire a lawyer on top of all the stress of working with insurance and contractors to try and repair our home.Edit: David, the contract is under my partners name. That is the number we have been calling for weeks. We will try again today.

Aspen did a great job on our roof. Everyone we interacted with was polite and knowledgeable. There was one hiccup on the day of installation that was solved quickly by the company. The crew was efficient and clean. Very happy with our roof!

I highly recommend Aspen! We needed our sliding glass door replaced and I had called around to several places to get quotes. Wyatt from Aspen came to our home to give us an estimate and we had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, kind and genuine. After guiding us through the selections Aspen had to offer, we considered some of the other quotes we had from other companies. They did a great job on our siding, and they said our shutters would be late. That was July and its now April. Eveytime I call I just get transferred to someone else and leave a message and never get a call back.I even gave them 2 referralsEdit: it’s now mid July 2021, over a year since the installation and I still don’t have all my shutters. I’ve made contact with them and they have installed some of them.Edit: it’s Early October 2021 and I still don’t have all my shutters installed. Now some of my siding is starting to come off and I’ve contacted the main office many times and spoke to Lisa who assured me that it some one would come take a look. That was a week ago. I feel that if I don’t contact them on a regular basis, I will fall off their radar. I’m disappointed because one of the selling points they gave was their excellent customer service. I have not had that experience.

Can’t really give a review until work is done. I ordered ONE picture window for my home on 5/5/21. Contract said 4 to 6 weeks. After about 8 weeks I called to find out about update on window. Was told to call back in 2 weeks. This went on every 2 weeks till they finally came in on 8/12/21. Appointment was then made for installation on 8/30/21. On sunday 8/29 at about 4 pm I got call telling me installation will have to be canceled till 9/8/21 because of possible rain in forecast. COVID has also been used as excuse for delay. COVID was not used on 5/6/21 when I put deposit down and was told 4 to 6 weeks. So far today, no rain. On 9/8/21, if I finally get my one window installed, that would be “ 18 “ weeks. My permit I paid for is good till November

Upon entering my home, he asked me where my husband was, and that he wouldnt give a quote without him being present. First of all - were not married. Second of all - I own the home, not my partner. My name is the only name on the deed, the only name on the mortgage, and the only name on the utility bills. I am the one paying for the windows to be replaced. The salesman refused to move forward.What year is it?? According to Aspen Home Improvements, a woman is not authorized to make decisions on her own home, that she owns by herself.

We bought a house from out-of-state and sight unseen, due to covid. The inspector noted the windows needed replacing and they did! Wes came out from Aspen windows within a few days of calling. Other companies I had to wait weeks just for the estimate. He provided us with ample information and was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to finalize the sale. Though they offered great financing rates, we decided to replace half the windows now and the others and patio door at a later date. I would readily recommend them!

Had windows replaced, a sliding glass door replaced, and replaced a window with a sliding glass door. The installers were on time and got the project done quickly and it looks great. Cleaned up everything and we are thrilled with the end result!

They ran my credit and I now have several inquiries which lowered my credit score and they admitted it was their fault as all their papers say I was paying cash and not to run my credit!! I was paying for windows with a card and did not need credit. Now they are not returning calls . Have called over 4 times and no response. I need the inquiries off of my credit report and they are the ones that have to contact credit agencies to take them off. PLEASE JUST CALL ME BACK!

Word of warning! While Josh from Aspen did a super job coming to our home and giving us a quote - our insurance DIDNT select Aspen because their quote was $10,000.00 more then all the others. We let Aspen know we wouldnt be moving forward with them. Now they call us everyday, sometimes almost every hour, hounding us for 2 days now. We have asked them politely (and eventually not so politely) to stop calling and they refuse to give up. You cant block them because they call from a different number every time. DO NOT contact Aspen for a quote unless you are 100% sure you will use them or you will NEVER hear the end of it. They are SUPER AGGRESIVE with their marketing/sales.

We got a quote for siding and windows from a number of sources. Aspen Home Improvements had good pricing, great finance options and a good reputation.The installers came out and did an excellent job. The siding and windows look amazing. What a difference new siding can make! Older siding can get dingy and fade - and depending on the amount of sunlight, it may no longer match. The siding from Aspen is guaranteed not to fade. We inspected it as it was being installed. There was one piece of trim that didnt look as professional as the rest, and the installers fixed it right away.We got our siding in Natural Slate. That, paired with white trim on the windows and door, really looks amazing. Thank you to Dave (our salesman) and the installation team at Aspen!

Rob Hill was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and took his time to make sure to answer any questions. The new windows have cut my electric bill in half! I love being able to open and clean them with ease. They were very apologetic with delays caused by the pandemic, but the windows still came on time! I will contact them for future work.

Aspen came out quickly even with the pandemic in full swing to address our need for a new roof quickly. They were patient as we shopped around. First let me say that the products sold by Aspen are top quality and the fact they do all of the work themselves and do not subcontract was very good to hear. My rating is based solely on the in-home consult that they did to provide some budgetary prices for a window project we are planning on doing. We made it clear up front, when scheduling, that we were not ready to move forward but wanted to get an idea of what the project would cost and they assured us that the price would be good for a full year. When the sales rep arrived and we explained to him we would not be signing an agreement that night, he seemed dumbfounded at why we were asking for a price now and asked us if there were any other projects that we were considering that were higher priority or more immediate. Our purpose in contacting Aspen was to get pricing for Windows. The sales rep measured all of our windows and asked about different types of Windows that we may want to use and we mentioned wanting an awning window over the kitchen sink. When we told him this, he had no idea what that was and told us what we were asking for was a casement on its side, yet some literature that he showed us later clearly had Windows labeled as awning windows. What we were left with when the sales presentation was over was very disappointing. We had a few numbers and his name written on a piece of yellow tablet paper. Nothing official was ever provided and its almost two weeks later now and we still have nothing in writing on the price. Needless to say we will keep looking as I know there are several other contractors that install the same make and quality window

Always super professional and answers every question you have. I know a good amount of people that have used Aspen as well and have all been super pleased with the work and the execution from start to finish. Everyone from the people on the phone to the sales reps, to even the managers were all friendly and patient. I would absolutely refer them to friends and family in the future!

Aspen put in a slider in our dinningroom and a big bay window in our living room. They also took out a door and turned it into a window in our kitchen just prior to our kitchen expansion project. Additionally, the replaced a window with a door in the downstairs bar area to open towards a patio that was renovated with pavers. They also replaced three windows in the downstairs guest room/office. Overall, their workmanship was outstanding and their products are working beautifully. Were certainly going to use them again.

We had a roof put on our house and are so pleased, we are having Aspen do siding and windows for us. The work was performed in the contracted time period and was constantly monitored by supervisors. The work crew was prompt, worked hard, and answered all of our questions. Their clean-up each day and at the end of the job was excellent. They even raked our mulch....above and beyond! Aspen replaced my roof over 2 years ago and it looks as new as the day it was finished. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very disappointed. Roof installed by Aspen ...good sales pitch to get you to get the roof done. Very nice guy .. the work though ...thats another story .. no one came out to look at the roof to make sure it was done right. left a huge mess... Nails and roof shingles everywhere. STRESSED OVER AND OVER AGAIN about needing to make sure clean up was done right due to little ones. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD MAKE SURE IT WAS (They did come out to re-magnet) but after that still found over 40 😭😭 not to mention because of the horrible clean up we have a fix it flat on our van as well as our car.. As well a popped wheel on our mower trailer 😭😭 only some of the nightmare. For $11,000 cost of our roof....plus damages to tires I would never recommend them. I dont believe the company handled it properly they got their money they could care less. Knowing my husband was being deployed and left me with a big mess.

I am Always apprehensive the hire contractors to work on my house. The salesman was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. There was nothing hidden about any part of the transaction he was upfront and seemed very honest. Intallers came On the day that was scheduled and even arrived a little earlier and planned. They were fast efficient and very friendly to work with. I still cant believe they did the whole job in one day. I would always recommend this company for your siding needs. I was pondering the idea of replacing the siding on my home. I contacted Aspen. The sales representative came to the house and he was remarkable. After speaking with him and getting quotes for new siding I could not pass up the good deal. The workmanship is perfect. I am going to have them come back to install all new windows. Not only is their quality of work outstanding but you cannot beat the warranty you receive with their products. The sales rep treated us like we were family. I recommend Aspen to all my family and friends.

James was my sales man. He was very knowledgeable on products and protections provided to you as a consumer. The crew that came to do the work did a very good job. They worked from the time they got here till the time they left very good guys.

The 2 people who installed my 9 windows were very efficient. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up at every window as they went along. They were done in 5 hours.I dont feel the heat coming through my windows any more. The communication was excellent. Very pleased!

We were please with Dave, he was very informative about the product . Eric and his team did great work, even with the weather. We are very pleased with overall look of our home. I would highly recommend Aspen to others.

Would not go with them. We got a sliding glass door with the blinds in and all we got is frame and no window the door cannot open that far you can barely fit yourself through it and they dont go out of their way to help you to fix the problem. They are a very bad company to go through.I feel you could have done better than what you did as a company. And it take you how many months to send the lock for the sliding glass door that we still have not received or installed.

Dont know where to start, they have door to door people going around for free estimates, which is fine. But they dont take no for an answer. I wonder if they actually do background checks on employees. Obviously they dont because the kid who knocked on my door smelled like he was smoking something and not cigarettes which is unbelievable that he is representing the company . Saw him hope in a grey car and take off after finishing the street . Be careful, first impression is everything and this was a very bad one . Suggestion do a background check on employees.. would help . seeing the other reviews makes me wonder how they still do business.Reply to owner : I wish I could say that was a heart felt response . I can feel the anger and disgust you have for people being honest and trying to help you make your business better. I have read most of your complaints, which seem to have a common theme . Your positive reviews seem like they come from employees and not customers. As for the one woman stating people who arent customers leaving reviews are trolls . I have left plenty of positive reviews with companies I never did business with but had a pleasant experience with. Youre replies seem copied and pasted from a standard response sheet. Highly doubt its the owner himself responding. Anyways people can form their own opinion, use them if you want.
