I had the pleasure of having Peri assist me with my tires once again. This time around he was working in the shop on his own and managed to squeeze me in even after I missed my appointment. I greatly appreciate his efforts in accommodating me with such short notice.

Really good customer service. I misunderstood a coupon, and they still gave me the value of it, even though I wasn’t really entitled. Really smart ( intelligent people ), very nice.

Purchased a huge flat screen smart TV for my elderly father and stuck to his budget but got a much better brand and features for less than other places I checked. He loves it, we also got the warranty.

Worst BJs ever. Inaccurate inventory, not enough checkout lanes, a 15 minute line once you paid just to have your receipt checked, and the building looks so dingy and dirty. I’ve never seen a BJs so dirty in my life. $55 a year to shop in a dump like that isn’t worth it.

Nice enough and well stocked except for ice- on the hottest day of the summer no less. Still love BJs over other clubs.

Some miscommunication around a pickup I was coordinating due to needing to borrow a trailer to do so but Diana jumped in and took care of me and made everything right. She was a pleasure to work with and was accommodating, especially due to the circumstances. Thank you!

Hey you guys are fantastic, but it would be nice to have the big counter with the shield back at the exit. The poor receipt checkers are crammed around the security pylon with little protection. Yea? Its just sitting in the corner on the wrong side.

This store offers more of a variety as compared with Reading because it is in an upscale area. Fast checkout when we were there.

Great place if you like medium size mice running through the pallets near the cat food aisle and grocery!! If I saw 3 how many more are there ?!GROSS 🤢 I hope BJs does something about this!!

When I came to return an item that rang up wrong, the cashier directed me to the customer service desk. The lady there did the return however I did not realize another lady was waiting in line for customer service seeing as the cashier directed me, I just didnt see her. Upon realizing this i apologized to the lady in line several times and started to leave when I hear the customer service employee tell the lady in line shes so rude I told the employee I didnt mean to cut and the cashier had directed me and that I didnt appreciate her talking about me to another customer she responded by saying its fineAll this is not a huge deal however its incredibly unprofessional and really demeaning. My membership is up soon and we will be going to Costco.

I have been asking for a particular product in the Deli for a long time and everything was fine but today the service was lousy and horrible. One of his (male) employees was very rude and spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. If you are not willing to provide quality service and serve customers appropriately, this is the wrong job.

Writing this review while standing in line at the deli. Absolutely horrible service. 3 people working in the deli. 1 person helping customers, 1 person weighing random objects that noone has asked for, and one just standing around. Meanwhile there is a line of 6 people standing here. I have personally been standing in line waiting for one of these idiots to start helping customers for over 20 minutes. Will be forever recommending costco.

Overall BJs is awful (the company not this store). Ordered online for pick up, my bill was $292.00 which Im fine with but explain to me why BJs is holding on to over 500$ in my bank account. After calling the corporate number and being on hold for over 2 hours, the answer was hmm I dont know and hung up. After that I called the store where I got a rude disgruntled employee who also said I dont know. Once I get to the store to pick up the order I asked jerry at the front desk, he was not sure so he got the manager who was entirely sure but gave advice.I would like to acknowledge the 2 employees that were helpful but the company does not offer any sort of recognition or employee appreciation, so whats the point. Best I could do was thank them for there time and trying to answer my concerns the best of there knowledge.

The store is OK. Having been to Costco this is a step down. Very similar but just not quite as big or with as many options. Also next to no food samples! We went probably a dozen times over the course of two years and only once did they have samples. That’s half the fun!Their policy on not reminding you when your membership expires is also bad. I got all the way to the checkout before they told me it expired and I couldn’t buy any of the groceries I had just piled on the conveyor belt until I paid their membership fee

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone after 3 different calls as well as two attempts by their regular customer service person to reach someone in the tire department for me. Rings and rings and rings. Not even a voicemail option. I give up. You just lost a potential sale.

Bjs is such a great wholesale store, way better than Costco... I tried both memberships.. I’d choose Bjs over Costco. You just get more for your money here and coupons can really add up the savings specially with the high octane items now.plus employees are more friendly here.

I have been going to BJs for approximately 20 yrs. You can get almost everything at this store from bulk.items to a book, shoes, clothes from baby clothes to adult clothes. Fresh baked goods, etc.

Busy in the mornings.

Went in to join up, girl that assisted me was not trained to do paperwork. Another associate assisted, got to the billing and it said Automatic Renew option and I did not want that. The girl let out a sigh and frowned and spun the credit card machine toward her, hit a few boxes that I did not see and said now enter your card without spinning the machine back and looked off behind me. I ask if all the service was this lousy and she just shrugged her shoulders. I am concerned that this is the way you will be treated anytime you have a concern with something! Not sure if its worth it yet, time will tell.

Helpful both at the membership desk and optical. Had no problems signing up an associate to my card. My glasses came in as promised and were perfect and cost me half what I expected to pay.

Reasonable fuel prices!

Nice store members here that are always willing to help you out. What is really nice is that the check out people and the receipt checkers get to know your face. It is nice to know you arent just a face to them. Other than that it has a good selection though I have seen other clubs with a fuller inventory of all the items that BJs carries. All and all though no complaints.

We went to get propane and some other things in the club. Went to the website to check what time they closed and it said club and gas closed at 9pm so we gave ourselves plenty of time to get in and out by 9 but apparently they consider propane to be tires instead of gas and the tire center closes an hour earlier. This isnt the first time the website was inaccurate. They are often out of stock of items listed in stock. Ironically his membership expires in a few days and he wont be renewing unless the management makes it right.

I love shopping here! The inventory changes frequently so when you see something you want, do your research on your phone and get it right away because if you go home and go back, it might not be there! Know your prices! ! Sometimes the grocery store sales are cheaper and watch expiration dates!

Greats store. You can save a good bit of money here. Love that they accept a credit cards and Android pay! Costco and Sams club dont do that! Its a little smaller than the other guys, but very good prices inside.

It looks like every location has a different way how to display items. I spent almost 10 minutes looking for an item that is usually displayed in open fridge. After going back and forward,a lady offered help and look around as well. While management saw me pass by them at least 3 times and did not even smiles, said hello, nothing!This location gets 3 stars just bc someone decided to help me and was very nice. If it wasnt for that, it would be a big 1 start! If I could give a negative star, I would!

Garage was empty and they said they cant do nothing for 8 days

I dont find much if what I want there. The few things I did buy there had been sitting for a long time. Cereals, Crackers, pastas, etc. Are stale. Most items in the store are lower quality.

Love BJS . Go every month. Use BJS coupons and save even more. Wednesday the young man Tyler helped me lifting cat litter also loading my car. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

No charge to check it out.Large free parking lot with handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible. Come check it out. I recommend this place. I save a lot of money here.

Great place to shop to save money plus it is nice that they have a gas station the gas prices are usually good price of food is also good I love their meats because when you cook them they stay a good size not like some places where you cook a big piece of meat then turns into a small piece of meat.

After years of being a member at this store and shopping this location Im not renewing, this past several months something changed, all the employees are new inc manager who did not appear to be trained he was pleasant but he didnt know how to do anything had to wait for an employee to help him. Ive had issues ringing out thru their system the last few times I shopped and the employees were very slow to respond, most of which did not know how to help had to hunt someone else (never used to be this way). Also cleanliness has changed. And some of the bJ products are no longer very good. Products have been moved about and the paper products (toilet tissue and such is split and not next to each other its weird and inconvenient for price compare and product locating) I just dont feel inclined to renew :( Will miss the discounts, which arent as good either tho anymore). I no longer reccd this membership to friends.

We really like it here. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because sometimes its really hard to find help and I wish they carried some things they dont but I guess thats to be expected they cant carry everything. Ultimately happy with membership!

Located close to our house, selection, fresh produce section is small but usually good quality.

Very dissappointed in their refund procedures bought a spiral Hatfield ham for our Easter dinner approx. 8 lbs and I have gotten this ham for years for numerous holidays in the past and never had an issue with it. Which is why I bought another one for Easter. I made it for our dinner and it was not good it didnt taste anything like a ham there was no signs that it was spoiled before cooking. The next day I called and spoke to someone who said that if I were to bring the package and receipt back they would have done something I did not keep my receipt nore did I keep the package with juices in it because I had no idea it was bad. I would think that they could go under our membership and find all that information if they truly wanted to help and to make it right. I am sure that I will not be the only one with this problem and that if more people come forward i would think that they should contact Hatfield.

Cheap gas, good prices on most goods. Bulk sizes, but its worth the membership price! You can usually find discounts on the membership on sites like Groupon.

I love going to get my supplies there. It saves me money.

I have been a member with BJs since 2010. The only reason why stayed with them is because Cosco doesnt have Pampers diapers. My deal breaker and one star is because i got accused of stealing on 03/03/16. My 1yr old daughter threw up in the car as i was on my way there. I get to the store brab somethings that were on my way to the clothing section. I grab the outfit, went to the register, PAID for it and told the cashier that i was paying the outfit first because my baby threw up but that i was still shopping so i was going to pay the rest when i am done. She said it was fine, and to go ahead and change her. I go to the bathroom, but leave the cart outside (obviously). The manager goes in the bathroom, but when i walkout she goes out too. I made my way to the customer service since i forgot my book, and the lady tells me You just changed the baby in the bathroom, did u paid for that! I told her yes i did, the register that was right in front them, and showed her my recipt as proof of payment. She saw me go in the restroom but didnt saw me pay for it???! I have never been so disrespected in my life. For that reason, i will never go back to BJs!
