We had an appointment from 10-2pm and I had to keep calling them to find out if someone was going to really come. No one called me to let me know they were backed up or anything like that so I had to wait all day long for someone to come and I can’t believe this is how they run their business. I have never had a place not call and say they were running behind or something like that. Roto rooter just kept saying (when I called to check) maybe within the hour.Nick finally came around 7:40pm or so. Nick did a good job. Nick unclogged our toilet because it was backing up in the entire house. He was very friendly and fixed our clogging issue.

John Gleason #1482 was professional. Explained the process and what the price would be to fix the drain. He set time parameters and was done within the timeframe set. He cleaned up after himself and thanked me for my business. Great experience!

The service was great. The plumber used an auger and plunger to unclog the toilet drain. He also explained that we must hold down on the flush handle for a couple of seconds, otherwise the bowl does not get enough water to clean out the waste from the drain. On the downside, the dispatchers were terrible. After scheduling online for an 8-10 am appointment, they tell me that I have an 8-12 appointment. They call at 10am and tell me that they havent forgot about me. Really? At 1:15 pm, I call them and ask if they forgot about me. They say the plumber is 5-10 minutes out. At 2:30 pm the plumber shows up.

First of all they tried to send the plumber at 12pm when I scheduled for between 4-8pm (work) so that was a no go. It was rescheduled to the right time, so crisis averted. The plumber came at the right time, after that. He was a nice enough fellow and the drain was cleared, so that was a plus. However, I was supposed to have a “supervisor” come and put a camera down the drain to see what the issue was that caused the problem (if any) and no one has showed nor contacted me. Also, the plumber removed the drain plug, didn’t put it back on, and I cannot find it.

John (#1482) was timely and efficient! He observed COVID safety protocol which was appreciated. He explained the process of taking care of our drain clearly and was quick to get the job done. The price was better than expected also. Thank you!

Men arrived seemed knowledgeable and professional after much work cleared out large deposits of grease and cleaned up. It was about twice what I expected but they did do a lot of work.

Your employee was very helpful and nice. Only problem was we were told that you would be here 10:00-2:00 so we waited all day. No one from your placed called to update us. We had to call you twice to make sure you were even going to come. The drain was finally fixed at 9:30 pm. Our whole day was wasted waiting for you when a phone call from you would have been helpful.

They came out for three different issues we had inside our home with the plumbing. The first one was a leaky shower door and leaky shower knobs. I was told it would be $6000 as they were going to jack hammer the concrete, and it had nothing to do with the issue that I asked him to fix. I knew I was in trouble when the guy pulled up in the black Cadillac. They told me all my fixtures were too old and not serviceable, but I’ve been able to fixed the other two faucets with simple washers. So they were going to take me to the bank for over $7500, and I fixed everything for less than $100. Run like your hair is on fire.

The service worker did a phenomenal job. They repaired a shower pipe behind the wall that was busted and leaking. The shower faucet was replaced. I wish I could have repaired myself but it was something that I would have made worse if I did. Im glad they were willing to help and did so way quicker than I would have done.

Great friendly tech. Very timely

We needed a plumber quickly to help unclog both our bathroom and kitchen sinks. They came quickly and pinpointed the problem that fixed both sinks at the same time to make everything quicker. And they cleaned the floor afterwards where the sink had left a mess!

The technician, Mike, showed up promptly and was wearing a face covering and booties. We explained the problem with our kitchen sink not draining and he was very thorough in his inspection. He traced the clog to an area in the piping in the basement. He provided a quote and went straight to work. He double checked the fittings for leaks after clearing the blockage and we were very pleased with the result. We would definitely call Rotor Rooter again should we have another plumbing issue.

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter once again. Between working 4-5 days a week and clinicals the other 2 days, I really did not have time for my garbage disposal to die this morning. I noticed it leaking and instead of freaking out, I called Roto-Rooter, who has come to my rescue three times now. I was able to make an appointment online, which was super convenient because I still had a lot of errands to run. The appointments are for two hour blocks so I knew when I needed to be back. Prior to the plumber arriving, BP came and assessed the water damage. Luckily there wasn’t any, but it gave me peace of mind to know. Once Bobby, the plumber arrived, my garbage disposal was replaced within an hour. Bobby was super helpful and knowledgeable. As a healthcare provider, I’m very aware of PPE and hygiene and both BP and Bobby respectfully wore their masks for our entire encounter, not taking them off at all in my home. I very much appreciate their dedication to flattening the curve. TLDR: Roto Rooter is my go to for plumbing needs. They’re accessible, communicative, and convenient.

The floor drain in my basement where the washer empties was full of sludge and not draining properly. Joe was very professional, came wearing a mask (which was very professional and considerate during the Covid-19 pandemic), and took a good look, saw the problem (and another, which is another story), cleared the drain relatively quickly, and was very helpful. I wont necessarily call RotoRooter for all my plumbing issues, but this was a problem they specialize in, and I wanted it done right the first time. I will call them again if I have other similar problems in the future as well.

When my gutters overflowed and spilled into the basement, I lost 2 weeks trying to get a competitor out to snake my drains. After calling Roto-Rooter, they were here in under an hour and had the problem solved in no time for even less than the competition!
