DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!! The owner is crooked, and dishonest and does not own up to his own mistakes!! I volunteered to pick up a light for my childs Halloween Carnival. Studio Equipment Rentals hitched the light to my truck for me. The worker, unbeknownst to me, DID NOT give me a coupler pin. Luckily I made it to school with no problem. On my return, the light released from my tow hitch and lodged itself under my truck!!! I had it dislodged and delivered the light back. I told the worker (Brian) what had happened and showed him the damages. He apologized and acknowledged not adding the pin, believing it was unnecessary. Gave me the business card and number to call. Called the next day and spoke to owners son (Tim). They accepted full responsibility and after agreeing to the estimate from the body shop, and 3 days into the truck being fixed, they decided they werent going to pay!!!!!! They told the body shop that they would only pay a certain amount (our deductible). They expected us to report it to our insurance and didnt feel they should pay more than our deductible! Owner is a POS!!! He lied and tried to cheat the body shop (Westside Collision)! The son of the owner (Tim) has no backbone and knew what was right but couldnt stand up to his father!!!!!! We had to claim this to our insurance and pay our own deductible to have our truck released!! So much for supporting local businesses! Hopefully this place goes out of business before this happens to another trusting local!
Yes the equipment is a little older but the staff works it ass off to make good deals, deliver the equipment on time and help customers. Cant ask much more than that. I would suggest that any small contractor or large do it yourself person go here first.
On the other end .....I provided Trucking for the Equiptment to a Customer . Did not exceed my estimate . Did Not receive Payment for Services. No one answered Phone for 3 weeks. Now it is disconnected.Twin City Transport
