Seems like they constantly bite off more than they can chew.. Calls and messages go without response for a few days, but it is to be expected since small business. Tax prep is good though, just waited about six weeks for an update. Probably better than H&R or basic places like that.

Nope never coming here again, the girl who helped me was cristel she never finished signing my paperwork which ended up with the irs sending me back my paperwork’s, then another problem she spelled my dependents name incorrectly. I paid 300$ for everything to not be correct waste of money. Don’t go here do your research guys.

Theyre a small business so be patient... its tax season, theyre busy! But its worth the wait, Im not paying $300 or $500 like at other places.. thorough and detailed work takes time. Never been audited and I get a good refund every year. Definitely recommend if your looking for affordable, friendly and accurate.. want fast people rushing through your taxes not the place for you! Just Turbo Tax it!

I’ve been doing my taxes with them for 8 years... really like the family friendly environment and the fact that they’re detailed with the work they do. The waits are worth it, some years it’s fast and others not so fast but I’ve never had problems with my taxes and I like that they’re not rushing to hurry up and get them done. They ask me a lot of questions and make sure my work is done perfect! Thank you Family Tax!

Im sorry but I have to give this tax place one star. I made an appointment at 1030am and they had me waiting for an hour. I got there before 1030 and I was the first that showed up out of 10 people. All the other people that got there after me got seen before me!. I went up to the office window and asked why they were taking so long and said that they were backed up. One thing is that if I made an appointment I should be seen at my appointment time, I dont mind waiting 10 or 15 more after my appointment time but they had me waiting for an hour! I will never go there again.
