I really wanted to start my youngest daughter in the modeling business but wanted someone reputable that would not take advantage of first timers. I found this agency online, submitted some regular photos of her and they promptly got back to me with time for an interview. We got to the office, met Tara and now she has a seminar which is the next step in her journey in a week. I appreciate the seminar I.T.S offers as it is very helpful for the parents of young clients to learn more about their childs journey. Tara is wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about her, she is down to earth and honest. I know, for my child to be successful it does not fall all on the agency. One must be motivated and willing to do the leg work as well. I am very excited to start this journey and am very pleased to recommend this company.

Tara was great to talk to. But they couldnt sign me up due to living in Michigan, she told me I thought you lived in NY. They should have been told me this and never have wasted their time contacting me. Very unprofessional on their part. I had looked forward to this interview for about 3 weeks to be very disappointed.

Pretty disappointed with this company. My husband and I were so excited to get our son into modeling. We only got one possible modeling job and NEVER heard from I.T.S again. Don’t waste your time! We even tried emailing and calling them. No response back!

I have been with I.T.S for about 6 months now, and I have already been in a Holocaust Documentary and when I got to set I was upgraded to a better character because of who I am. Agents get you opportunities then its up to us the talent to book the gig. I receive emails on a weekly basis for other projects to Apply for but in this business nothing is guaranteed. Also as an Actor we should be self submitting ourselves to things on top of what the agent sends. Like the VP of NBC told me You get to the top from hard work

Tara is great - my boys have only been involved with this industry for a few months and weve booked a few things. Like another reviewer said, you need to work at this and constantly be on the lookout for things and self-submitting where necessary. Things will happen with hard work!

I have been with ITS Model and Talent for about 3 years and I love them! I have booked everything from industrials, lifestyle shoots, and commercials. I never had to pay anything upfront, there was no mandatory photoshoot package or anything like that. Tara has been amazing, great communication and always willing to work with my schedule. I wouldn’t recommend this company/ agency. My son was suppose to have a model gig through them but was told that he was no longer selected at the last minute due to him having a photoshoot in June. Which they didn’t even use his photos because they told us he wasn’t selected and the other baby before him was. It was very upsetting to receive this email since my husband took off work so he could go to this photoshoot. Before selecting my son or even emailing me they should of checked and made sure he didn’t already did a photoshoot before with the same client instead of giving our hopes up. Very unprofessional of them.I hope they take my advice like they “ claim” they are or they probably won’t have happy clients like myself again. They also could of called and gave an sincere apology. We will be taking our son else where with an agency that’s more professional. Also he still hasn’t gotten paid for his first photoshoot. Don’t waste your time

Terrible Communication with appointments, I had a 11:30 with my daughter. As we arrived we where at the door for like 15 minutes trying to get in and no one answered. Someone from the building opened the door for us and another family whose appointment was at 11:30 as so! We followed the directions and we finally made it up stairs and guess what? No one was there! I drove all the way from Baltimore for no one to be there nor to even answer the phone! Warning you make sure to confirm appointment with them because they will try to say your appointment was for a different time and make you drive from far and not even care to make sure someone is there to help! Be very careful with I.T.S. It’s was there lost anyways my daughter can do better!

Pretty disappointed. I was excited to finally find an agency who takes new talent with no experience. When I applyed they wanted an interview, I set up the Skype appointment and confirmed. However, they never were online to answer my call the day of my appointment which I found sketchy. When I emailed them, they said they would set up another appointment which they did answer and where we did talk for about 3 mins. It ended with Tara asking for me to send an email of a preformed monologue which she would get back to me about. I practiced, filmed, and sent it in the same day thought the email in which I’ve been communicating with them. It has been about a month now with no response back from them. I would of liked to receive an email back like a professional company would have, even if they didn’t want to represent me. This is just my experience, yours may end differently.

Hello. Ive been working with I.T.S. for 3+ years. But, before I post my review, Ill tell you in advance that I do not work forI.T.S., and Im not being paid to write this review. Okay, so, the first year I was signed w/ I.T.S., I didnt get a lot of calls or emails about auditions. I was upset, but my acting credits were scarce, and its hard to get no-name artists good auditions. But I didnt get mad and accuse I.T.S. of being a bad, fraudulent company (which is what talentless pple do when they cant book a job). Instead, I got off my tush and networked w/ industry professionals. When I go to film festivals, or when I do things on my own, I always bring my p/rs and I.T.S. is listed as my talent manager. I used to work at Don Buchwald & Associates in NYC, and it annoyed me when lazy, talentless actors blamed agents when they couldnt book a job. As a piece of advice: create your own projects and dont just wait for your agent to call you about an audition. I appreciate & love working w/ Tara at I.T.S. bcse shes always available to me or whoevers calling her to inquire about me. Thank you I.T.S.
