I have had a great experience with Premium Termite and Pest Control. I called because we had a big problem with spiders and crickets. The receptionists from the first call are professional and very nice. Joel came out to spray our house he is professional, knowledgeable, and very analytical with his approach to how to handle the problem. I have not ever met anyone who knows so much about spiders and insects(habits, breeding, how to kill etc.) After one visit we saw an incredible decrease in spiders. We went from seeing about 10-15 a day to 3 spiders the rest of the month and no crickets. I would highly recommend Premium to anyone.

With only TWO days left before closing escrow, I desperately searched for a pest control company to do my termite inspection. I was lucky enough to find Premium Termite & Pest Control because they IMMEDIATELY sent an inspector out on the SAME DAY I CALLED knowing that I was in a bind. The person who set it up, Bree, was the kindest and most accommodating person Ive ever spoken with. This company not only has top notch service but they truly care about their customers. They will be the first I call for any pest control needs. Id give them 10 stars if I could!

We had our home refinance and needed a termite inspection done, we first had inspection done to another company, but felt like his not being honest. So we decided to get a second opinion and thats when I called Premium Termite & Pest Control inspect my home. Karen was very courteous, helpful and was able to get me an appointment on that same day I had my 1st inspection done. Robert came and he was courteous, kind, honest, prompt, and knowledgeable with his job and most of all, he gave us an honest true inspection we needed, got the problem fix and done in the same week. My family and I are very grateful to Robert and to all the staff who had helped us tremendously. I highly recommend them and you wont be sorry!Thank you again for everything and for helping us.
