Love going to Onyx, the customer service is really good, its clean and beautiful, because of Covid they have made changes, just a few customers at time, and acrylic shields in front of the nail stations. And they do a great job.

Friendly environment but painful waxing experience. And its extremely pricing on the website it does say + however they should elaborate on the pricing. Ive never paid so much for waxing and been so much pain. :(

Our group was told by our wedding coordinator that we had to use Onyn Salon and we are so glad we did!! Everyone at Onyx Salon is amazing! Kim handled all my questions and our group’s requests so patiently. We didn’t just get manicures and pedicures but had fun chatting and laughing with one another and the kind staff at Onyx Salon. They think of everything to make it a special experience! Also, all our nails look amazing and manicures and pedicures are holding up beautifully. Choose Onyx for your wedding group or just a little pampering! You won’t regret it!!

I called to get a last minute appointment. They were able to squeeze me in. I have been going their for years. Very friendly staff. Nice facility. If are look for a nail salon I would recommend ONYX.

Went for waxing, the place was just okay. According to their prices online I was supposed to pay $130, however, after the service she charged me $180 and when I asked for the break down she said the online prices have a + on the side and those are only for her loyal customers who get it done often. She did a decent job with the waxing, but call and confirm the prices before going in because they charge you whatever they want at the end!

My toddler and I went here for pedicures and the staff couldnt have been nicer to her since it wad her first time and she was shy. The price was good too. After almost a month my pedicure is still lovely.

This was by far the best bikini waxing experience Ive ever had! Kim was super friendly and professional; she got the job done quickly and was very informational on what do do post-waxing. Overall great experience:)

Kim is the absolute best. She makes you feel comfortable whether shes doing a bikini wax or even your eyebrows. Shes the BEST and the entire staff at ONYX is very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this salon.

Biggest issue is the inability to leave a tip on your bill. Their cash-only policy is ripping off the people who work there. Im an older adult, and even I dont carry cash. Anyone younger than me certainly would not. I felt sad for the person who gave me the massage. Other than that, the place was clean and the people that greeted me were personable. The massage room needs to be more isolated. There were conversations going on right outside the door, which took away from the experience. Either that or the employees need to be told to keep their mouth shut at the top of the steps. My pedicure felt rushed and was rather rough.

As soon as I walked I’m I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable . I never been in there so I wasn’t sure who did eyes brows I walked in and nobody acknowledged me. After waiting for over 15 of just sitting there and nobody even looking at me I just decided to walk out .

This is, by far, the best place that have tried in Lancaster Pennsylvania. The staff was friendly; the job was great and my two daughters and I walked out with beautiful beautiful toes and fingers. I hope to come back soon.

Just got a wax, kim was so courteous and kind. she offered me water and made conversation the entire time. i will definitely be going back!

Best massages she wonderful good pricing

I did acrylics for my nails and after 5 days they started breaking, the nail lady cut my cuticle and it was very painful the next days, I could barely do anything, my nails become very sensitive. I called them to fix my nails but they havent replied. Overall, would not recommend.

There service is great and the people are so friendly. This salon is very clean and reasonably priced!

A friend from out of town looked online and found this place. He bought a gift card for me and I had a massage. The therapist was very nice. But the massage table was not comfortable and the sheets were stained. The person at the counter would not let me tip the therapist with a credit card. Not a great experience.
