UPS has made the decision that my package is not an essential item. I paid for overnight shipping so I could receive my essential item on Friday 4/10/2020. The package was on the truck for delivery then Held. I am not allowed to pick it up, or will they tell me when it will be delivered. UPS should not have the power to determine if a package is essential or not. I understand this is an odd time we are in but if the USPS is delivering everything why not UPS? This is not the first time UPS has failed to deliver to me on time but it will be the last. I will Never use UPS again or order anything from a company that ships with UPS.Thank you.

I paid extra to get my package on a specific date and the package has been floating around the Lancaster warehouse for two days now not being delivered on time. This is poor customer service and I will specifically request that any other orders that I make NOT go through ups because of the bad service. What is sad is there has been lay offs from the usps and I still got that package that was sent the same time before this one. I really expected more from ups but not anymore. Shape up or shut your doors and if your “too busy” hire more drivers so this doesn’t happen again.

One person working at this location that you are forced to go to... UPS should opt to have other pick up locations. Covid-19 has you standing outside on a cheese line in the hot sun in the middle of the desert to get your packages. Cmon.. Do better than this.

Every time I order something thru UPS it always ends up coming late or “can’t be delivered” so I have to wait another two days for my package to arrive.Or for one package I even payed the extra 12 dollars for next day shipping and it didn’t arrive the next day, instead two days after. So far pretty upset with how they have been shipping, I really hope it gets better.

BEST delivery place. Don’t forget that these drivers that people complain about has 150 stops minimum - 400stops (not included Christmas season when they have 500+ pieces) they can’t wait for you to open the door. They don’t have all day to sit there and look pretty till you open the door. Pay extra so you have to sign for it if you wanna see there face that bad lol.

For quick help: the site isnt easily seen, amd the building you need is either in front of you if you drive in through 1 entrance or to the left if you use the other. If theres a truck right there the building is hard to see. It takes a while for the phone to be answered (at least at the evening pickup), and you need a mask. They limit it to 4 people inside at a time. If you can, bring alcohol wipes to use on their phone when calling in. Nothing is provided- an upgrade to an intercom might be better but thats not in my power to change. The conveyor belt is visible from many areas. Good AC inside the building. What follows is my long story of my experience.For some reason, not by a UPS error, my Amazon order had the wrong house number (it didnt exist, which was lucky for me.) Because of the restrictions placed are putting on hours, they are open from 10AM-2PM for picking an item up. Then they called me around 6pm to let me know that I could get the package between 7pm-8pm by going there and using the phone outside to be rung in. It was a little difficult to find- even with Google Maps helping I had to make a u-turn and drive slowly. When I got there I had no idea where to go. Its where their trucks get loaded up for deliveries and one truck was blocking a tiny building. I drove all around the lot trying to figure out where to go. Eventually a man working the conveyor belt helped me amd I got to the front. I had to wait for a woman to finish using it before my turn. It took a while for someone to answer the phone (and with Covid making changes everywhere, I wish alcohol wipes were available to clean the phone- they arent so being a few if you can... or they should set up an intercom instead); I gave my tracking number to the woman who answered and she told me to wait for the door to buzz. I ended up going in as the person behind me left. It took a while. If the address had been correct on my order I wouldnt have had any issues but that was an error from Amazon ot me. It was a frustrating experience but at least I didnt have to wait until the next day hoping to get it, and 3 of the 4 people I spoke to were pleasant. The 4th person had headphones in and pretended not to see me or the car I was in. Hopefully the wait was an exception to the norm because of the times we are going through.

I went to ship a package for my business at 2:45 p.m. there was a sign on the door out to lunch. Why is that a big deal you ask I have a business to run and my customer has to wait longer to get a package. This is not the first time something like that has happened. However, I must say the employee left working worked his butt off!

The two guys that work the counter are the best and so helpful.When my tape wasnt holding up, he said no problem, I will secure it personally. Dont you worry. We have lots of tape. He even gave me a bag of snack mix when he heard I hadnt had time for lunch that day.What a gentleman.I have cut out the shipping places and just go straight to this UPS site.

After complaining about packages that werent delivered and mentioning cameras showing the driver never exiting three vehicle, we stopped getting packages delivered. They lied about delivery attempts, stuck new mislabeled stickers over correct addresses. Absolutely criminal, use any other shipping companies.

This is the most inconsistent UPS Center ever, there has been multiple times already where Ive had my packages kept for three days to week past delivery date and my most recent package was delivered to some else even though the package had a label with the correct address on it.

They knock on your door wait 3 seconds and leave, then you find yourself chasing your package for days and the next day delivery that you paid for becomes a joke. if you want to call their offices for help you are routed to Panama or other foreign countries with such thick accent that it takes you all day trying to figure out what to do, really people dont need the extra stress on their lives. DONT USE UPS, THE US POSTAL OFFICE PROVIDES BETTER SERVICE as incredible that might sound, in this case is the truth.

This is the worst delivery service ever. I have sat and waited at home all day twice this week for nothing. The driver never comes and never leaves a door tag. Just marks in the system that delivery was attempted.And the customer service is horrible no solutions offered other than oh well keep waiting. If you want to get your packages delivered to you in a timely manner I suggest Fedex. Because UPS is simply to incompetent.

I only have two shipping companies that routinely screw up my shipments, UPS is number one on the list. Their call center is out of the country so good luck trying to get it fixed. You can try going into this customer service center, but it’s the same thing. No one wants to really go out of their way to help. I don’t know why people use UPS when there are better options out there.

Of the four packages that were destined for me in the past three days, none of them were delivered to my address! Not one. 0 for 4! Instead, they were left on the front porch of a house five doors down the street. My postal carrier brought the first one to my home. This is unbelievable! UPS delivery people are paid to accurately make a delivery. This UPS driver cant even discern a ##58 from a ##88!

Its a busy UPS center so there can be a bit of a wait which is understandable. The problem that I have is that the customer parking is very limited. Theres less than a dozen ( about 5-6 that I remember ) places for customers to park. I spent more time in the parking lot waiting for a spot to park than I did inside.

5/22/19 6 20 pm I hear a loud knock on my door, I live in a mobile home. I immediately jump up, walk straight to the door, open it, The driver ran to his truck, drove away. IT DID NOT TAKE ME 1 MINUTE TO GET TO THE DOOR. Palmdale has always had very slow, and bad mail delivery, But now, UPS ?No note left, just drove away, really fast. That tells me no one hires enough people, not the post office, not UPS, not ROSS Dept stores.

I was told my package would be delivered by Thursday (end of day) Thursday end of day came and no package. I checked the status online said it would be delivered Frida by 3pm. Friday 3pm came and no package. I for sure thought it would be here by the end of day and nope nothing. Please train your drivers better, to double check delivery address and not just drop packages anywhere they feel. I have never in my life experienced so many screw ups by a delivery driver as i been recently experiencing with U.P.S. i just recently moved to new address and ordered a few things on 2 ocassions and driver dropped them off at other block, lucky i was able to get my packages because whoever got them were nice enough and honest to bring them to me. The way i see it, my neighbors should be getting paid to deliver my packages instead of you guys. Very dissapointing service, and im a Fed Ex driver myself so i dont understand how your deliveries get so screwed up so often . Im sure these mistakes by your drivers are costing buyers a fortune and lots of headaches, specially for people who depend on your delivery service for their medications, could even cost someones life. Something has to be done to clean your act and not just take customers money without delivering. Still hopeful,but as long as i can i will always ask not to send my shipments by U.P.S if i can help it. So inconvenient and stressful to be wondering if your package will arrive or not,specially when someone orders things that cost a lot of money, not everyone has money to throw around.

Edited on Aug/02/2021 (at the bottom).Whether you are picking up or dropping off any packages, doing so at this customer service center means a quick, efficient, professional experience. Parking might be an issue (since the parking spots are located in the northwest corner of the location whereas the customer service area is in the northeast corner of the location) but they will allow you to use a cart/dolly if you need one to handle your packages.Edited on Aug/02/2021: Just realized they are not open their regular hours anymore. Now they are only open for 4 hours from Monday thru Friday - 10:00am to 2:00PM.Most UPS stores (the franchises) are open 9 to 5 M-F, some even on Saturday... so you may be better off choosing a store rather than this location (which is their corporate owned/distribution center).

Last night my sons percription of a hard narcotic was delivered to someone elses home. Signature required, they droped the ball. And now my paralized son is going to the hospital and someone out there could die if pills are taken!!! Dont put your faith in UPS!!!I FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH NO SATISFACTION!!! So, I could not find a package, and called. Well sure enough, its here. It was just a romper for my daughter, so he slid it closer to my front door which Im glad cause no one can take it that way hahaha none the less, Craig the ups driver actually came back to double check to make sure he didnt put it at the wrong house. I have NEVER had such a friendly driver do that before, and he was so sweet. Drivers like him make me so much more comfortable ordering things and mailing things out. Thank you. Went to drop off a pakage and they were closed but an employee pointed out to me that they would be open for a few afterhours for those who (like myself) were dropping off thier pkgs late. So I came back in an hour and I was not only able to drop off my package but the gentleman who helped me even sealed my pkg for me and since it was equiptment I was returning to a very well known company that UPS delivers for. He even offered to print the return label for me! The whole experience was very much appreciated and it reminded me of the way business used to be done. Keep up the great work and thank you again! I would proudly recommend UPS to all my friends and family Everytime!

This place sucks. My package was supposed to be here friday 07/28/2017. UPS driver never made it, so they rescheduled my package to Monday 07/31/2017 and i still havent received my package. I had to call and follow up with whats going on and they had said that they dont know where my package is and will call me back as soon as they get word on where its at. I rushed after work to go pick up a package and showed up at the door at 8:29pm right before they closed just to have a VERY RUDE employee tell me that the computers were shut down and i had to come back tomorrow i then toldd him that i knew i was close to the closing time but i wasnt gonna have time the next day and i had made it on time. Dont use the package drop off. I dropped off a package, it never got to its destination and then I was told that packages get stolen from there all the time and they could do nothing to help and that the drop off was only for letters (even though the box clearly states package).

Sad to say that the deliveries from this center keep getting worse. Their night deliveries of my packages to wrong addresses are a big problem with me. It has gotten to the point where its actually scary because I never know if I will receive my package or not. These issues keep increasing. Maybe bad location management?
